House is located in a private community yet only 2.5 miles to Death Valley and Clemson. Enjoy a walk down to the lake or relax on the back deck. WIFI is included with access to Netflix and Hulu. Kid friendly as well. Property is also within 1.2 miles of Oconee Airport, 0.7 miles to a dock, 1.5 miles to the grocery store, and less than 1.3 miles to Y beach public parking (avoid game day traffic if you are coming in for football). Close to everything in Oconee, Pickens and Anderson Counties.

We had a great trip dropping our daughter off at Clemson. The property was quiet but was also close to a ton of amenities! We wish we had more time to hang out at the lake across the street. The path to the water was beautiful, as was the lake. Next time we will plan to bring some floats and our swimsuits to enjoy the water. The home was great for everyone to spread out but also to be together. We enjoyed our stay and the snacks and drinks that Keith provided. Will definitely be back!

It's a nice place. Nothing fancy but cozy. They have toys for young kids and you can walk down to Seneca Creek for a swim. The home is very close to Clemson University.

Wonderful location, quiet (some planes on weekdays from nearby regional airport), no light pollution on bedroom side, very accommodating layout. Loved the deck! Very comfortable.

We had an amazing stay! Great location, especially for Clemson. Enjoyed several hikes as well. Our kids enjoyed exploring the woods and lake across the street. Enjoyed the little extras like games, drinks, and shampoo/conditioner provided. Check in and out easy. Thanks so much!

The house is located in a beautiful woodsy area with a lake nearby. Loved the open spaces inside the house. We were truly comfortable, not crowded by too much decoration. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well supplied. Lots of extra towels and blankets. Beds were very comfortable. Check-in was easy. Owner left good instructions in the house. We were even able to work the TV (which is an accomplishment for us). House has lots of books and games available. Laundry room is great. Two weaknesses: 1. Bedrooms generally do not have place for hanging clothes. 2. The chest of drawers in one bedroom was dangerous to use. The drawer glides were broken and the drawers would just fall out on your foot if you pulled them more than about 1/2 of the way out. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there and would not hesitate to return.

The Seneca Private Setting was very comfortable, very nice home, easy to drive to and great view of the lake. The host communicated well and provided excellent guides for the area and the home. We would definitely recommend for a stay in the Clemson area. It was a plus for us to be close to where our Family resided. Thank you for a memorable visit.

We rented in order to drop our son off at Clemson. The place was great and convenient for enjoying all that the town had to offer. Would definitely recommend for families with children at Clemson looking for someplace nearby.

The property felt just like home. It was very roomy, clean, comfortable, and definitely in a great location for the campus. We all had a great weekend for graduation and I even had enough room for some of my son’s friends. Thank you for a wonderful and pleasant stay.

If you are trying to find a place to stay for a clemson game then this is it!!! Although it wasn’t the reason we came, this place is very near the stadium. Also, lake just across the street with walking path down to it. We saw 2 deer in the yard our first morning!!! House was clean and comfortable and the owners thought of everything to make this feel like a home away from home. Would absolutely stay here again if we returned to the area!!!

The property was perfect, short walk to the lake. Large home great for family stay. Drinks available upon arrival, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Washer and dryer available. Games, books, and toys for young children. Large deck. Quiet and nice walking neighborhood. Very please with host and property.

The house was perfect for what we were doing. My son was fishing the BFL ALL AMERICAN fishing tournament. He practiced 3 days & fished the tournament 3 days. It was 2 minutes to the boat ramp & plenty of places to eat close by. I would definitely stay there again.

Attended a graduation ceremony at Clemson. The house was 6 minutes from the school, shopping and dining. The house was very well appointed with everything we needed. My grandchildren especially loved the games and dvd selection. We were able the have wonderful family time. Keith, the owner, was great to work with.

Our stay here in Seneca went very well. The house was very spacious for my family. We loved that. It's a very quiet, peaceful area, but nearby you have restaurants, grocery store and other stores as well. The property manager was available when needed. He kindly left coffee, drinks and some snacks for us. We found that very thoughtful. The deck has a nice view to the trees and lake across the road. My favorite part was that it had a crib for my baby so I didn't have to take a pack n play! Baby had plenty of toys to have fun with and my teenager enjoyed the DVDs and books available in the house. I'd definitely stay here again when visiting SC.

We were so happy with the rental. Although the house was a little dated it was extremely clean and homey. The communication with the host was perfect. They offered advice on some great activities as well as provided some snacks for our kids upon arrival. It was so sweet to show up to Oreos, Doritos and granola bars. Our kids were so excited! There are plenty of games and even a play kitchen for the kids to play with. The hosts even made sure there was plenty of coffee for the next morning! The location couldn't have been better for game day and we loved the lake access across the street for the kids to fish and run around on the shore. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to town for a Clemson game!

House is situated close to all activities, only minutes to Clemson, Anderson, shopping. Had everything we needed (supplies), and more. Keith was quick to answer any questions and very accommodating to our requests. House was clean, rooms comfortable and spacious. Overall great place to stay .

Our family enjoyed Clemson’s Family Weekend celebration and stayed in this house. The location of this property to campus was fantastic. So close to Clemson Univ,. it was literally 3 minutes to Tiger Blvd. Although it’s close to campus, it seemed like it was in the mountains. The property was beautiful. The house had everything we needed. The deck was a great place to have morning coffee. The owners were so kind and made us feel at home. EVERYTHING was easy! So glad I stumbled across this property. We will be back!

Quaint house close to campus makes this a great place to stay and make an entire weekend for home Clemson games! Very clean and the owners left us great extras like cold sodas and bottled water in the fridge. Easy check in check out process. Just a quick drive to campus on game day. Be sure to plan your route back after the game too as Seneca Creek stays blocked off much longer than other roads in the area.

We were in town visiting our son that was graduating from Clemson. The house had plenty of room, was completely comfortable and the area was very peaceful. Coffee on the deck in the morning was super relaxing. Although, we didn't need to bother the owners, Keith made sure we knew he was available at anytime. I would definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful experience.
