Helles, zweckmäßiges Apartment in zentraler Lage.

Tolle Lage! Das Dachfenster über dem Bett ist ein Hingucker. Schönes Bad, insgesamt eher zweckmäßige Einrichtung.

Nervend Straßenbahn

Es ist alles vorhanden, komplett eingerichtet, modernes, großes Bad. So weit, so gut, aber…

…aber es ist komplett anonym, statt Menschen lernt man nur Maschinen kennen. Um das nüchterne Ambiente etwas aufzulockern, hätte man wenigstens ein paar Bilder aufhängen können. Die Lage ist zwar zentral, aber an einer Kreuzung. Und da quält ab 5 Uhr morgens eine rumpelnde und extrem quietschende Straßenbahn, die alle paar Minuten um die Ecke biegt. Gegenüber ist ein gut sortierter Edeka, nur macht der morgens erst um halb Neun auf. Ist halt doof, weil Apartments nunmal vorwiegend von Selbstversorgern genutzt werden.

Auf Meldung des TV Ausfalls wurde zeitnah reagiert und Fehler behoben:)

Es fehlt ein Blech oder Auflaufform für den Backofen, TV funktionierte anfangs nicht - wurde aber schnell behoben, keine blickdichten Vorhänge - Nachbarn konnten einsehen

Kalter Kommerz, ohne Seele

Bett und Wohnbereich sind ok

Unglaublich dreckiger Lüfter im Bad, lockeres Klo, Silikon gerissen. Schlüssel muss man sich holen, diese Info bekommt man an der Eingangstür, nach 500 km Anreise. Parkplatz sollte vorhanden sein nach Anfrage, 1 Stunde später die Antwort , kein Parkplatz frei, hätte reserviert werden müssen. Service geht anders.

Miserable Erreichbarkeit, wenig Komfort, kaum Geräuschdämmung und Verdunklungsmöglichkeit. Kein Parkplatz schlechte Kommunikation!

Very good

The local is excellent. Easy travel to the entire city. Paid parking is just round the corner. (Beware - paid parking is very expensive).

Communication with hotel staff was very hard. They did not respond to emails, or phone calls. I had asked them for a car parking place, to which they asked me to send an email. I did so, but got no response.

very clean, lovely.

When I booked the property , I booked for 3 people. I got the confirmation of my booking for 3 people. The second email I received Only mentioned 2 people. So after having payed a price that I thought was for 3 people , I had to pay 20 euro more per day for an extra bed... a rip off. It was impossible to sleep with the window open has the street is way way too noisy. But with the window closed you die of heat... There is no middle ground.

Really Nice apartment but bad wifi

Fantastic apartment if you're looking for a place in the central part of Karlsruhe where you can be independant and for example cook your own meals. Very clean, spacious, modern and overall nice.

Pretty bad wifi, couldn't connect in majority of the room and made it really difficult to enjoy som netflix in the evenings.

Generally nice place, but needs thorough maintenance quickly!

Relatively clean and well equipped place. Centrally located. Spacious places. Room itself was facing the backyard and hence was relatively silent. Bill was provided very quickly by email after respective request.

Several shades did not exist anymore. Hence the appartment could NOT be shaded for light nor from the heat outside - resulting in a super, super warm place at arrival. Also both !!! roof window were defect, which means that the heat could not efficiently escape the place. So: No way to really get some thorough sleep in the summer days. Generally while being centrally located, the building is located at a major x-junction with quite some traffic. Also light in the bathroom was broken and no water or any other amenities provided at arrival. Check-in is anonymous at a check-in machine.

Definitely not recommended on hot days, it is unbearably hot and no AC!

It was insanely hot and no AC. There was also no water in the fridge, so I had nothing to drink when I arrived late.

Quite nice and comfy apartment!

Great location. Across the street from the tram and walking distance to everything. The apartment was complete with everything needed for light meals during short stays. The bed was comfortable and it was roomy.

The apartment we were assigned was on the top floor, and like most places in Europe, there was no AC. We stayed from June 11 to June 24 and most days were pretty hot and sunny, which was great for our days outdoors, but coming back to a pretty hot apartment. Luckily, most nights cooled down and we opened the windows to refresh. If you can, and go during the summer, request an apartment in a different floor.

Apartment overall, see remark at "What didn't you like"

The apartment was on the top floor with windows in the roof. The shades were however not there anymore apart from 1. In the morning I was woken up way too early due to the sun. It could have been made clearer that the apartment was not at the place where one gets the key form the machine. A map would have been useful along with a note on the screen.

Exceeded our expectations

The room is very spacious, modern and flawlessly clean. The location is very good: There is a tram stop directly in front of the building (it's called Karlstor/Bundesgerichthof), which is directly connected to the central station (through tram 2 or 3) and other destinations. The city core is just in walking distance. We had a great stay here, even though it was just 1 night.

Nothing, everything was great. But it's important to mention that we had to pick up our key at a different location first. It was in walking distance so that's okay.

Overall a very good stay except the initial challenge of waiting 5 hrs near the check-in machine.

The property is located at an excellent location. You have the Tram station just as you get down and Edeka Supermarket across the road. Lot of shops and restaurants including supermarkets like EDEKA, ALDI, REWE etc. which makes this a very convenient and lively place to stay.

Had to wait for 5 hours as we arrived at 10:00 am and check-in was only at 03:00 pm. It was terrible waiting near the check-in counter in cold. Some facility to at least sit inside, like a waiting area with some chairs or a sofa should be provided.

overall it was not bad but I would not stay again

great location, close to a supermarket

the elevator did not work during my whole stay, which was 5 days. And I lived on the 4th floor. Had to lift all of my heavy suitcases all the way to the room using the stairs and the same when I was checking out. I didn’t like the electronic self check-in process that is located in a separate building across the road. I had 3 suitcases and had to walk all the way, just to get my keys.

Disappointing

The room was not clean. Under bed there was huge dust. Maybe it was Ok for a single person, but for a family with a small child, it would be unhealthy. Also the ground was not completely clean, specifically the corners

too hot , usable space exaggerated , clumsy services , bare minimal provisions of towels etc , no dust pan or extra rubb

1) too hot due to being top floor , big sky lights and no air conditioning . 2)Space advertised was misleading as it’s an attic with slanting roof so there’s a lot of dead space. bathroom os big but living space was inefficient . 3) as it’s an Apartment , the cleaning is done once a week . apartment has no reception . communication has to be done in writing . Only given one set of towels , no dust pans , no extra rubbish bags etc . Have to write n ask everyday !! 4)one time the cleaner did not complete her cleaning n forgot to leave fresh towels for us . we arrived back at around 9 pm n made 3 emergency phone calls , each telling us someone was dealing with it n so we waited till midnight n lost hope AND to be told the next day they don’t work 24/7 !!! They have us 2 breakfast vouchers as apology . 5) pillow is soft as mashmellows
