Ideales Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Karlsruhe

Das Hotel Berliner Hof liegt an einer Seitenstrasse nur 5 Minuten vom Europaplatz und ist ideal an den öV angebunden. Das Frühstück im schönen Frühstücksraum ist gut und reichhaltig.

Wegen den Taubengitter kann man den Rollladen nicht ganz runterlassen, darum schäppert er etwas bei starkem Wind.

In the hotel modern IT-technologies are used. Both check-in and check out are available online. The hotel is located in the city center. The client service is also high: I've got a requested invoice for my employer fast and without any problems.

The room, where I stayed, was a bit small. But for the only one night it's OK.

Cute and good for a short stay

While the hotel room is really small, it was so efficiently planned that it was a cozy room for a couple with a small child. Close to city center and eateries. Breakfast also good.

We enjoyed the hotel for the short time we were there. The staff was nice and helpful and the room was nice. The later checkout in comparison from other places was very much appreciated because you don't need to rush in the morning gathering your baggage, etc.

We were surprised and disappointed that we had to pay additionally to use the sauna, one of the reasons we chose this hotel in the first place, considering that the price was already higher than other hotels, it should've been like an utility you can use in the hotel, like other hotels have pools, fitnes, sauna etc. that you don't have to pay additionally to use . The opening for the garage was too small to fit a normal vehicle, although the staff was very helpful with the parking issue, it took up a lot of time and again we had to pay additionally to the hotel to purchase the ticket permit for the district so we can park

Great option to be near downtown in a comfortable place with good breakfast

The location is excellent. Modern design. Good breakfast area.

Noisy teenage guests running through the hall, shouting from room to room. The entrance to the parking area is too narrow. Just for small cars

A nice place for a city trip

A location near the schloss. A perfect place for an evening stroll. Easy to reach with S-bahn. Friendly staff. Many shops, cafeterias and restaurants around.

Very uncomfortable pillows. A lot of outside noise throughout the night (cars, partying people, etc.). Fortunately, earplugs provided!

The location is very good, very easy to reach from Hbf, one stop away from Marktplatz.

good location, clean and great service by staff! thoughtful to provide hand sanitizer in rooms.

no ac just a fan. room is extremely hot especially in the morning. duvet is really really really thick for a hot summer night… don’t they have those separate for winter and for summer?
