Mooi appartement ideaal als tussenstop op doorreis

Een mooi schoon appartement. Wij waren er op doorreis en het is daarvoor ideaal gelegen bij de snelweg. Ook krijg je een beetje code van een sleutelbox dus je bent vrij in het tijdstip dat je aan komt.

Er is volgens mij niet veel direct dichtbij de accommodatie maar wij hadden zelf een paar dingen mee voor het ontbijt en konden weer door rijden.

Es war ok.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage - 15 Minuten zu meinen Terminen - war perfekt. Die Ausstattung der Küche / Bad und Bett sehr gut.

Das Appartment war so klein, dass neben dem Bett nur zwei Esszimmertischstühle + kleinem Tisch Platz hatten. Die Dachschrägen habe ich (1,70m) - da es so eng war - ziemlich oft getroffen. Die Dachfenster sind so hoch, dass sie wie Lichtschächte wirkten. Das Haus hat in punkto Hellhörigkeit (Musik, Gespräche aus den Nachbarwohnungen) einen Spitzenplatz. Kleinigkeiten, wie - der Fernseher hing völlig schief in der Halterung und die Verdunklung war von Vorgängern aus der Halterung gerissen - lassen sich sicher beheben. Insgesamt hat sich die Größe des Raume und die hohen Dachfenster an Hand der Bilder im Angebot für mich nicht erkennen lassen.

Sehr sauberes und ordentliches Haus

Gut ausgestattetes Haus. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ein Bett für unser Baby wurde zur Verfügung gestellt.

Die Dachschrägen sind in Bad, Küche und Essbereich sehr stark störend. Man läuft automatisch in der ganzen Wohnung gebückt und vorsichtig. Bett ist eine Katastrophe Lattenrost Lose oder gebrochen, kippt wenn man sich umdreht. Regen Dusche für eine Größe über 1,75m nur gebückt Nutzbar. Haarefönen vor dem Spiegel wegen der Dachschräge nicht möglich.

Entspannung in Durlach auf 25 m²

Super gepflegt, ruhig, gute Entspannung von Alltag und Stress, es war alles da was man braucht, das kleine Apartment ist sehr durchdacht geplant und eingerichtet. Voll das krasse Gegenteil zum Fake Appartement in der Kaiserstr. 22 in Karlsruhe vom 21.-22.09.23 wo ich auf meinen Kosten sitzen geblieben bin und mir eine neue Unterkunft vor Ort suchen musste.

Das ich nicht noch eine Nacht mehr dazu buchen konnte.

Recommend but not in the summer.

It was clean

The apartment was so hot that it was impossible to sleep. The fans were provides but it was not enough to cool the apartment which was in the roof.

Hot but super clean

Loved that it was exceptionally clean and comfy beds

It's hot and stuffy at the top floor. You need more than one fan. Possibly two powerful box fans to air the place..The design of the kitchen makes no sense. The sink in the kitchen is practically inaccessible and so is the drawer for the utensils.

it was close to the Autobahn and clean.

the sofabed was really uncomfortable and there was no possibility to eat with children, just high chairs and a bar

Superb

It's clean, small but cosy. A very quick and easy check in/check out. Great restaurant La Terazza nearby.

There aren't any toiletries, just hand soap. Some shower gel and shampoo would be nice.

nice home but very far from city centre

all amenities were provided. The apartment was small but well furnished.

It is very far from the Karlsruhe HBF station if you don't have a car and take the public transport. Especially if you have luggage and cannot walk for long distances, it might take you an hour to reach on normal days. In the early morning taxis were unavailable as well. Nearest grocery store is 16 mins by walk. shower in the bathroom has bad drainage so the entire floor of the bathroom gets wet if you take a bath.

Don't expect much

Good location for transit. Good idea of interior, but poor execution. For 2 adults that will be fine.

Whether bad luck with users or it's a matter of low quality materials and furniture, but the room looks quite damaged. Walls, doors. Shower and kitchen tap are barely functioning. Not convenient items. Feels like there was a good idea for design and use, but the result is not comfortable at all. No ventilation in rooms. The couch is really dirty. There is a room for improvements.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was very clean and comfy. The location is perfect, also a few paths away there is a delicious pizzeria with a lovely staff.

Clean, good facilities and attention to detail eg coffee bags for coffee machine, microwave, small freezer etc

The VELUX window collected water which tipped all over the floor when opened. A kitchen draw doesn't open.

Small studio with great amenities

Easy check-in and check-out, comfortable apartment with a great, small kitchen. Clean room and good location with free parking.

The room was a bit warm, it was a sunny day in Karlsruhe (around 22 degrees), I imagine in summer it's quite hot.

This was a terrible experience for multiple reasons.

I needed WiFi for some work I had to do and the WiFi was not working at at all. It took a while for the managers to respond and they never fixed it. Also, there was a construction crew working on the apartment directly below tearing out walls and stonework—it was really-really-really loud. They should not have rented this apartment while that work was happening. The work continued after 5pm when I left the apartment and started again before 9am the next morning. Since the WiFi was not working at noon the next day, I decided to find new accommodations—which was not easy.

Maybe you should change the detergent that you use to clean the apartment, because there was a very strong smell, which almost did not disappear all the time. The angry neighbor on the second floor.

Good price for a nice appartment

The appartment has everything you need and is very pretty and nice and has a big and comfortable bed. There was a free parking spot right outside of the appartment. Very good price/quality ratio.

Location was a bit far out of the city center. And the shower is very small and shallow!
