Tv didn't work it was very noisy bed was uncomfortable and the front desk guy was rude

We really liked the Western theme. We liked the references to the TV show: Gunsmoke.
We arrived to an empty desk to check-in and had to wait at least 10-15 minutes for service.

Location was good, easy access to interests.
Locks coming into building did not work. Carpet was ripped up and loose on the floor in the hallway. Room and hallway had a bad odor. To take a "warm" shower, I had to let the water run in the tub for 5 to 10 minutes, not exaggerating. Staff at desk was very smug and unfriendly.

Location. Hot tub.
It was advertised on Bookings that we had a room in the courtyard. Instead we were put way in the back, window facing the parking lot. People with dogs and kids playing ball outside our window. Bookings advertised restaurant and lounge with live bands and dancing. The lounge was closed due to AC issues even though the restaurant was open and in the same building….a little fishy. Room was run down, everything old and scarred. The lock to the Entry door to the back lobby was broken, scary.

No breakfast locations right next to Mariah Hills.
No breakfast and front desk new guys a stiff.

This place was disgusting. Besides the worn ragged carpet on the stairs to the completely rust cover shelving in the bathroom and the paper thin “bath towels” the size of a large dish towel, there was only a trickle of water in the bathtub. I insisted on an additional room to take a bath which they gave me-but that bathroom, tho it had water, had the ceiling almost detached and ready to fall in the tub. Rust was everywhere and a broken bed lamp was the icing on this horrible cake. Booking should remove this property from its books, as should the city commerce department. It’s a disgrace to Dodge. (It did have a picturesque lobby tho)

The property is old and definitely needs maintenance at the location and the value were great.
The front desk seemed a little too busy to answer questions. And just that some of the doors and stuff need maintenance. No big deal.

The best thing about the entire stay was Morris Smith - the man who worked the desk (and everything else). He was so kind and professional, and very helpful.
Morris promised that the new owners were going to clean some things up and fix some broken things. I hope so. It's a great place in a great location, but it needs some updating.

The price was great. The woman who was behind the counter was very friendly though not in charge. Our room had a spa tub, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the hot water was adequate to fill the entire tub. The room was clean, though defiantly dated.
It took the staff almost an hour to find our reservation even though we showed them the confirmation number on my phone. They kept us waiting at the counter the entire time they were searching. The flapper in our toilet was not attached, so it would not flush unless we manually pulled the flapper up. The woman let herself into the room without knocking to fix it, then left without fixing it and never returned.

Price and location
Old, floors uneven, stain in tub, room was facing the inside where pool was so it was humid, and small pillows. Light switch didn't work so we fumble in dark until we found a lamp. It dark even with three lights on.

Loves the atmosphere!
Our room needed updated A/C but loved the hot tub in the room!

The place was horrible and smelt as soon as you entered. We asked for a refund and went to a different motel.

The hotel is very unique and our suite was odd but uniquely charming. The suite was 2 story with the bed, TV and a half bath in a loft. The main floor had a couch, full bath and a jacuzzi tub.
The whole hotel is run down and needs a facelift. The hotel is being run on a skeleton crew and our room while not super dirty was also not that clean. The hotel was overbooked so we were bumped to a different room than what we had booked.

Staff was friendly. Price was good.
Rundown hotel. Refrigerator didn't work and wasn't replaced. No water for bath. No amenities upon arrival. Had to wait 30minutes upon arrival for room. No trash can in room. Beds were uncomfortable. I checked out a day early.

The facilities were in disrepair and our rooms were missing coffee pots, refrigerators, etc. The meeting room lights were not working. The bedding and bath towels were thin and stained. I will not be back.

The location of the hotel makes it easy to "take the back way" to other places in town.
This place needs a lot of TLC. The hot tub wasn't working, and it didn't seem like there was anyone available for maintenance because the front desk clerk was the one trying to repair things. This also leaves the front desk unattended.
