The idyllic property is located on a 4000 square meter quiet plot in La Sabinita, a small suburb of Arico Viejo and has a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. Patio and pool invite you to relax.

We rented to see what living off the coast and into the hills would be like. The set up is great, all amenities there were well looked after and we felt we had the place to ourselves even though there were other guests. Very peaceful and night and great for star gazing. We did not use the pool as weather was not hot enough, but we did BBQ a couple of times which was lovely. The log burner was a nice feature but was needed at night.
For us a little too remote and we liked to be back before dark as did not fancy driving up to the a accommodation in darkness.
Overall we were well looked after by our host and the facilities and set up were excellent.

Clean and stylish finca
Clean and very stylish finca, at the end of a bumpy road (you will get the hang of it after a few drives). Pippo was friendly and helpful.
The apartment was located at the rear of the finca and didn’t get a lot of daylight (winter times). The fireplace was cosy though.

Quiet, calm vacation retreat far off the beaten path.
This is a beautiful, well maintained, well equipped retreat property. The property is beautifully laid out with pool, garden and nice views. You'll definitely need a car to get around to and from the property. It's far away from any main attractions and very quiet but if that doesn't bother you then this is the place for you. The only complaint that we would have if that we, who are from southern California, found the lager unit we rented to be a little colder than for our tastes. The owner does have a nice enclosed fireplace that warms up the living area very toasty but it required burning wood all the time you were in the living area, this being January you really couldn't expect the best weather and the bedroom has a small useful heater you can use. . The units are equipped with everything you would need. Overall this is a really wonderful property and you will enjoy your stay there.

Ruhiges Anwesen mit super Ausstattung
Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, für die Liegen am Pool gab es weiche Auflagen und für die Waschmaschine stand Waschmittel zur Verfügung und das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Klima auf dem Berg war total angenehm und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Lediglich die Entfernung zu Supermarkt und Co. sollte man nicht unterschätzen, es dauert etwas bis man zur Autobahn kommt.

A heavenly place
This rental is amazing, Pippo is a very pleasant and helpful host, very professional and discreet. every place in the house and outside is pleasant. the night sky is incredible, facing the Milky Way.The swiming pool is large and very nice. I recommend this perfect place to rest and enjoy the landscape. If you have a car, the 10 minutes to the highway won't be a problem. Thank you for all Pippo.

Amazing spot with beautifull outdoor space and incredible view. Perfect place to disconnect and chill. The house was very cosy and with my bf we enjoyed a lot to spend the evenings relaxing on the huge sofa in front of the chimney.

Entspannte Tage auf Teneriffa
Meine Tochter und ich haben an diesem schönen Platz 10 Tage verbracht. Das Häuschen ist für meinen Geschmack sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Auch in dem Bett habe ich sehr gut geschlafen. Nachts war es absolut ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super und wir haben viele Tipps schon im vorhinein bekommen. Auch den Pool und den tollen Patio haben wir sehr genossen.

A good sized apartment. Excellent furnishing, decoration, condition and equipment. Friendly and helpful hosts. Stunning views down to the coast and across to Gran Canaria on a clear day.
Can feel cold when the sun doesn't shine. The wood burner in the living room quickly makes it snug.
Overall we were very content with our stay there.

Thoughtful layout made it feel like we had our own lovely little house with outdoor living space, while sharing the pool with its stunning view over the ocean. The casita was beautifully appointed, with everything we needed for cooking, etc. - it was not only comfortable but aesthetically delightful. The hosts were helpful and welcoming, giving guidance on hikes and places to eat. Be ready for a bit of a drive off the main road up some roads with switchbacks; the benefit is a quiet, peaceful setting and unbelievable stars at night. We loved it!

Hier stimmt das Gesamtpaket: Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr vollständig ausgestattet. Auch eine eigene Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und hat einen schöner Ausblick. Der eigene Pool ist ein Highlight. Nur der Weg dahin ist sehr abenteuerlich. Aber auch daran gewöhnt man sich schnell.

A well equipped property ideal for getting away from it all
When Pippo met us he said that we were going to “the end of the world”. This place is out of the way but certainly not isolated and if it is the end of the world, the end of the world is rather nifty. A great place to relax, Pippo and Karin are great hosts who respected our privacy. We enjoyed our stay here and it is a great base. All you need for a peaceful relaxing break.

Die Einrichtung und die Deko wurden mit viel Sorgfalt ausgewählt und eingebaut. Eine richtige Wohlfühloase. Die Außenanlage wurde ebenfalls sehr schön gestaltet und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien war sehr gut. Der Kamin verbreitete an den kühleren Abenden eine lauschige Wärme im Haus. Auf Fragen hatten Karin und Pippo immer Antworten und Tipps parat.
Diese Unterkunft war eine hervorragende Basis, um die Insel zu erkunden und sich zu erholen.

Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben wundervolle Ferientage in der Finca bei Karin und Pippo verlebt und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Auch wir können bestätigen: Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Nicht nur das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll angelegt, verschiedene sonnige und schattige, gemütliche Sitzgruppen laden zum entspannten Verweilen ein. Wer aktiv unterwegs sein möchte, die bequeme Autobahnanbindung ermöglicht Ausflüge in alle Ecken der Insel.
Karin und Pippo sind ganz wunderbare Gastgeber und wir bedanken uns für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Traumhaft schön und Erholung pur!
Wir sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im Alter von 4 und 6 Jahren nach Teneriffa zu Karin und Pippo gereist und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Bilder, die Beschreibung des Anwesen, alles stimmt. Man kann gar nicht beschreiben wie schön und mit Liebe zum Detail alles hergerichtet ist. Bei unserer Ankunft haben Karin und Pippo uns herzlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Sie hatten uns sogar Sandspielzeug, Bodyboard, Bücher und Spiele Ihrer Mädels zur Verfügung gestellt, so haben sich unsere zwei direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir sind mit allen nötigen Infos, wie nächster Strand, Supermarkt oder gute Restaurants versorgt worden. Also, wer es idyllisch, romantisch und abseits vom Massentourismus liebt, der ist bei Karin und Pippo genau richtig. Wir sagen nochmal ganz ganz lieben Dank, wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen total erholt und super wohl gefühlt!!!!

Zauberhaftes Feriendomizil : Entspannung pur
Wir bedanken uns bei Karin und Pippo für zwei wundervolle Ferienwochen auf Teneriffa : Pippo hat uns dankenswerterweise von Arico abgeholt und uns zur "Finca Lisa" geführt. Dort erwartete uns nicht nur eine bis aufs Detail liebevoll dekorierte und stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, es war auch wirklich alles vorhanden, was man sich für einen angenehmen und entspannenden Ferienaufenthalt wünscht. Perfekt !
Karin und Pippo haben uns herzlich aufgenommen, haben Tipps gegeben und standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und waren trotzdem immer angenehm zurückhaltend : ganz, ganz liebe und aufmerksame Gastgeber.
Genossen haben wir auch die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Pool mit dem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Alles sehr geschmackvoll hergerichtet und großzügig gestaltet.
Die Gegend ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen ( z.B. von La Sabinita, Las Vegas oder Villaflor aus ) oder auch zum Besuch der Strände im Südosten (z.B. in El Meldano) . Man kommt aber auch schnell von dort über die TF1 an alle anderen interessanten Orte der Insel , nach Orotava an der Nordküste, zum Teide oder ins Anaga-Gebirge.
Arico selbst, bestehend aus mehreren Ortsteilen, ist sehr ursprünglich, hat wenig Tourismus, aber mit ausreichender Infrastruktur.
Sehr gern haben wir im "Casa Lala" in Arico Viejo gegessen und natürlich in den Fischrestaurants in Tajao. Zu empfehlen sind auch die Weine der Bodega "Cumbres de Abona".
Ansonsten können wir nur alles unterstreichen, was von anderen Gästen bereits positiv angemerkt wurde : auch wir werden "Wiederholungstäter" und kommen wieder.

We enjoyed two weeks of peace and tranquility in a very special place. If you're looking for beaches and parties, please stay away -you won't find them here. What you will find is a cared-for and beautiful garden surrounded by nature, with generous and observant hosts who truly will look after your needs. La Casita had everything we needed for a relaxing stay: a well-equipped kitchen, bath, comfortable bed. The view from the pool is stunning but should the weather be inclement there are books, games, TV, and internet. All in all, an experience to be repeated without moderation.

We stayed a week in this property, and we really didn't want to leave. The ambience was so relaxing, the owners Karin and Pippo so nice. The evenings were quite chilly, but it was very cosy inside with the wood burning stove going. We shall definitely return.

Delightfully romantic. A relaxing, quiet spot with a pool and shady spots. Off the beaten track but within access of beaches (if you want) and the night life of Los Christianos. We would certainly return! We stayed 23 June for one week.

Excellent
We had a lovely stay staying at your beautiful cottage. The house made a good base for us whilst we did have a hire car which made it easy for us to get around as and when we wanted to. The house was quiet with plenty of relaxing space to sit outside & a wonderful views over to the sea whilst we had you to ask if we had any queries.
The house is up a hill with the next village offering bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery & butchers etc. The house was exceptionally clean & well equipped with everything you could possibly need.
Thank you for your all care & tips Karin & Pippo. Your english was great & your handwritten maps came in very helpful to get us around. You were very kind & thoughtful too getting in some food for us ready for when we arrived late in the evening & meeting us on arrival to welcome & guide us to the house initially.
If you enjoy hiking then there is a wonderful hike through the canyon accessible from the village with the option of a long route or short route. The coast is approx 7 km away & we visited the National Park which is a site not to be missed although it does take a couple of hours to reach centre where the cable car is. I would advise booking online for the cable car as there was a 2.5 hour wait when we visited.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad.
We verbleven in het huisje en dat was helemaal compleet,van grote koelkast,tot broodsrooster,complete ingerichte keuken dus.
Heel gezellig ingericht,heel sfeervol en heel schoon!

Het ligt erg afgelegen,maar we zijn echt tot rust gekomen.
In een half uur rijden ben je in El Medano,luchthaven,in 45 min ben je in Los Cristianos.Dikke 10 min (de berg afrijden )dan ben je aan de kust.
De omgeving is heel rustig en een super uitzicht!
Het zwembad is ook erg fijn,en alles op het terrein(bij het zwembad,de vele zitjes,BBQ terras enz )is allemaal erg mooi en sfeervol aangekleed,oog voor detail.
Als je in een rustige omgeving wilt verblijven buiten de je toeristendrukte,houdt van sfeer kan ik deze accommodatie zéér aanbevelen.
Wij hebben het er heerlijk gehad!
En de drukte is makkelijk op te zoeken.
