Une semaine de détente dans un bel hôtel.

L’hôtel dans sa décoration, l’accueil, le bon petit déjeuner, le choix des restaurants, la piscine, l’écoute à la réception, le calme pour se reposer…. Un vrai plaisir.

Rien. Tout était parfait. Une très belle adresse à retenir.

Très bon séhour dans cet établissement.

Chambre spacieuse, aménagement de l'hôtel (piscines, expériences proposé) très bien, super petit déjeuner. Très bons restaurants. Le personnel est très gentil et toujours à notre disposition.

Cela est dommage que le parking soit en supplément.

Raport calitate servicii/ preț total nesatisfăcătoare Micul dejun a fost neschimbat timp de 10 zile Prețul/ zi a fost aprox.. . 400 eur / zi cu mic dejun inclus! Totuși exista Wi-Fi ptr VIP , prosoape la piscina ptr VIP

Es war ein einmaliger Aufenthalt.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, sehr schön präsentiert und von hoher Qualität. Das erste Zimmer war zwar grösser, jedoch war es sehr laut, was uns dazu bewegst hat, in ein kleineres Zimmer umzuziehen. Das Personal an der Reception war nur teilweise freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Une expérience incroyable!!

L'architecture absolument charmante de l'hôtel !! Les services au top: piscine très agréable, salle de sport extérieure avec vue sur l'océan. Le personnel au petit soin. Le petit-déjeuner : un buffet incroyablement riche et de très grande qualité ! ( et des musiciens tous les jours pour le fond sonore!!!) Une ambiance très cosy et relaxante(séjour en juin: l'hôtel n'était pas plein) L'emplacement idéal pour découvrir l'île (car il faut absolument visiter!!)

Le coût quotidien du parking privé : 15 euros....beaucoup trop cher! C'est plus cher que ce que coûte une location de voiture si on ramène à la journée......

It was beautiful, scenic, great views over the ocean. Our room was nicely furnished and both bed and pillows very comfy. The bali beds were really comfy and luxurious. The room and the rest of the resort were very clean. Generally the food options and the cocktails were varied and tasted good. We were all inclusive and it was better that way for us. The onsite Italian was excellent- we went there twice and would have gone there every evening if we knew how good it was. The food for breakfast in preferred club lounge was lovely - fresh fruit, pastries and eggs cooked to order. Staff were all really polite and friendly.

I got constant heart burn - likely due to the liquors in the cocktails, so personal choice really but possibly due to cheaper liquors used. Other than that - excellent!

Absolutely fantastic!

We loved everything about this place! The staff is as nice and helpful as it gets and the hotel has probably the most beautiful architecture in Tenerife. The breakfast is very good and diversified, the rooms are so clean you could eat of the floor and they smell like fresh parfume all the time. There is basically no downside to this booking. Best hotel me and my husband ever stayed in!

awesome stay, will definitely return

brilliant hotel, comfortable & clean, with friendly staff and great facilities, excellent choice of restaurants & activities. spa has excellent therapists.

it’s difficult to say what I didn’t like, if I say one thing… it was that buffet cooked food left under light heater was often cold. no alcohol with room service. spa needs a very small upgrade.

Wundervoller Garten mit Poolanlage. Keine laute Musikbeschallung. Dezente Livemusik - toll. Der Style des Hotels war sehr geschmackvoll. Outdoor-Fitness. Schöne Bars mit Sunset. Gutes und sehr grosses Buffet. Weitere Restaurants. Sehr nettes Personal. Tolle Auswahl an Massagen. Geräumige Zimmer, ebenfalls stilvoll. Sehr sauber. An der Strandpromenade und quasi mittendrin. Sehr ruhig. Parkplatzanlage Euro 15 pro Tag. Gerne wieder.

They had closed the salt water pool. Upgraded room for extra £400 but wasn’t worth tbe money. Stayed a couple years ago and was much better they was doing work in the bar area so had no live music of an evening

This hotel is not at the beach front. There is no beach in front of the hotel. You have to walk a lot to the side to get to the beach. Aircon didn't work well and was super smelly. A lot of things mentioned on the hotel description in the "sustainability" area are not true, for example there is no double-glazed windows, I saw a lot of single-use plastic cups around, a lot of recycled bins are not marked properly.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the sea, amazing sea views from rooms and hotel sunset bar. Lots of greenery and trees in the hotel, very deep pool and plenty of sun beds.

Loved every bit of it!

The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do on our trip. Staff were absolutely amazing. The pool was wonderful and reception were always happy to help! A short walk to Siam Park as well!

Possibly a bit more variety at breakfast and dinner for the buffet. But can’t complain as what there was, was really nice!

restricted areas for ‘preferred’ customers - I thought the language ‘preferred’ was slightly offensive to ‘normal’ customers & it was a shame that advertised areas on Instagram were not available to us.

Breakfast was excellent. The reception and attention to detail was brilliant as we got prosseco's to celebrate our honeymoon and my birthday. The personal touch was amazing

Everything was perfection, the staff were so attentive and the service was excellent, we felt Very relaxed from the moment we checked in, and were given welcome drinks too,we will be back!

The best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen from a hotel. Unreal cocktails. The hotel and pool area was always so clean. The treatment on arrival from the door staff was was second to none as well. We loved our stay here.

Rooms to the street are very noisy during the night. Trash and recycling collection (incl. glass bottles) around 1am.
