The property was lovely and the kitchen facilities brilliant. You are up a steep hill to get to it but the views from the balcony are stunning. There was no pool bar open when we were there but the pool are is very nice and spacious.
No pool bar

The Colina Blanca complex where the apartment is located in the quiet area, on the top of the Costa Adeje hill. The complex is accessible for residents only (there is a door with a key).
The area is really nice, a pleasure for your eyes:)
Obviously, the view from the apartment down the city and the ocean is absolutely gorgeous.
The balcony has a sofa, table and chairs - so you can have your breakfast/lunch/dinner enjoying the amazing view over the La Gomera island and the sunset:) There are also two sunbeds and even a shower on the balcony:)
There is an amazing pool area in the complex - it's really-really nice! Usually, no people around, so it's almost your private pool:) There is a big and very deep pool for adults (2.0 up to 2.4 meters deep) and a small one for kids (something like 0,5m deep).
I would say, the apartment has all you need to live: full kitchen (except an oven!), a medium-size TV with Netlix, Youtube, etc (and you can also connect your smartphone/tablet via Chromecast).
There is a double bed (i think it is 160cm wide) in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room (sofa is not really comfortable but kinda ok).
There's also a tiny room (with no windows) with a bunk bed. So, a total of 5 people can be accommodated for sure.
Checkin/checkout was "electronic". You can communicate with the host via Whatsapp - always a fast response and support. Many thanks!
In overall, I was very happy with the place and would definitely come back again! IMO, it's a very good value for money.
PS: You definitely need a car to commute (the alternative is a taxi, of course). But walking down to and from the beach / city on a regular basis is not really an option, in my opinion. I mean, it is a 20-25min walk down the hill and coming back is up to a VERY steep hill. So, if you're for example with children, it will be a challenge for sure.
Nothing, except there was no shampoo / shower gel in the bathroom upon arrival (maybe I simply did not find it, not sure). I bought it, of course, not a big deal (€1 at Mercadona), but would be good to be able to take a shower after checking in:)

Very good place to stay with an awesome panorama over the city and ocean. Well equiped and spacious.

The balcony with amazing views, the location and facilities of the apartment
Aircom wasn't really strong, although the living room and master bedroom had a ceiling fan.
4.4
Best thing was the feeling of spaciousness because of the large balcony, spacious couch in the living area. A strong "homey" vibe.
No aircon, just fans, so despite temp dropping outside the temp inside remained too warm to sleep comfortably. And personally not a fan of the bed but I'm used to 180cm wide bed.

The big terrace was really great- stunning views over the area and the ocean. In February there is sun from about midday, and the sunset is fantastic 👍 The terrace is totally private, and you can stay there from morning until late evening.
We had a long stay, so we wanted to make our one food, and we missed some stuff in the kitchen. But Kathe was a perfect manager, so she fixed it all. in our opinion the mattress was too hard- we asked Kathe if she could help us, and in a few days, she brought us a fine top mattress 👍
The Apartment is placed uphill, so it’s a good idea to have a car, and it’s easy and safe to park in the street. It’s a nice and quiet area.
The interior design is quite simple, but you are outside most of the time, so it’s not that important.
The pool is very nice and clean.
Thanks to Kathe for very good service 👍👍👍
In fact it’s a four person Apartment, but in our opinion it would be crowded with more than two persons.

Easy to check in and out. We always found parking on the street. The flat is spacious and has a nice view.

The view is amazing and the kitchen is well equipped.
- The mattresses were the most horrible mattresses we’ve slept on in years. Our backs hurt, especially when sleeping on the bunk beds. Also, the sheets were synthetic and we therefore sweat a lot. We also had to ask for blankets which seemed as an obvious necessity during the winter. We froze the first night there.
- The bathroom was not clean. The shower has a nasty green mat that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Also the kitchen was sticky and we had to clean it before using it.
If you’re planning to stay here, keep in mind that you certainly need a car as the apartment is uphill and there is no restaurant or supermarket in the neighbourhood.

Very clean and nice apartment with amazing views over the sea, especially at sunset. Kathe was a lovely host and very helpful. Very good value for money.
It is on a big hill so there is a bit of a climb when walking back from the sea/restaurant but the views are worth it.

Terrace and probably the best view from it in tenerife!
P.S
Someone in the reviews mentioned that there were cracked window. There where NO cracked windows and apartmanet where super clean and well maintained.

The apartment is on the top floor of the central block of Colina Blanca so there is no-one above and the balcony is a good size and not overlooked in any way, so very private and ideal for lovely views South West towards the Marina. Sun hits the balcony around 12 p.m. in early April.
The complex is gated, and so is the pool so very safe and secure.
The main bed was comfy and the apartment and utensils were very clean.
The apartment is a 20 minute walk into town via path or steps and is a little steep in parts. Great for exercise on the return. 10 minutes walk from the nearest bar, 15 minutes walk from the nearest supermarket. There are three tiny lifts in the complex which are useful when returning.
Thank you to Kathe who was helpful throughout and met us with the keys and gave us a short tour of the apartment. A large bottle of water on arrival was ideal - thanks!
Very minor points: There is a microwave and there are electric hobs, but no oven or grill.
The shower gets its hot water from the tank which is ample for one shower before needing to reheat so make sure you get in first ;-)
The window to the main bedroom has a crack in it which needs replacing but doesn't spoil the holiday in any way.
The complex is residential for the most part, and generally pretty quiet - but sound does travel. If you enjoy Dido on a Sunday, you'll be in your element.

Property is exactly how it was described. Suitable for families or close friends. I appreciate that the view was exactly as written - stunning. We enjoyed the balcony/terrace, had all our meals there. For active people nice beaches are reachable by foot. The closest one - Punta - was very fine not to mentioned other beaches, little bit further. Thank you. We would be glad to stay here again.

view from balcony/terrace is excellent. There is a table to eat outside and a sofa
beautiful sunset
swimming pool
Good for families with young children with bunk bed room
Well equipped kitchen
Karen was a good host, always available and friendly
To say something I like to have breakfast in the sun but the terrace is southwest faced.
The electrically operated external blinds do not work, so no blackout blinds for those used to.
The children room has no external window
It would be nice to have an oven in the kitchen
The TV sofa was uncomfortable (it appears as if the back cushions are missing) - but it is a sofa bed so you could potentially sleep another child.

Great apartment with fantastic view on ocean. One of advantages is availability of parking space.

Flat was lovely, excellent balcony with a tiny bbq and great views. Very comfortable.
It’s up on the hills so a car is recommended. Shops at the bottom of a long hill.

The self check in was easy and the apartment was very clean and tidy. The view from the balcony is amazing and the owner is always available for any information. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious and the smart TV is easy to use and nice to have. I highly recommend it, we will go again!
