I liked the location; just outside of town. The location made it feel more remote so that you could appreciate the scenery of La Sal Mtns. You could hear the traffic from the highway, but it was more like white-noise to me. I would rather hear the wooshing of highway traffic versus being in town and hearing the loud ev-ing and shifting at the intersections. The garage made it convenient to drop off gear (coolers, boots, back packs) without having to dump it in the hallway (in everyone's way). I couldn't get cell service, but the wifi worked great for messaging.

Great Place to stay at

The property was a great place for us to stay during our weekend get away. The house was clean and amenities were nice. Spacious and fun for my kiddo to play. The kitchen could use some more things like a baking sheet, plastic baggies, and some storage. I gained detract from our stay. We had a great time staying in this house.

The house was clean and comfortable. There were a few minor issues that were not game changers, just inconveniences.
The keypad on the front entry door requires 10 numbers to open. The keypad was difficult to use. The sometimes took multiple tries to open. There is a garage door opener, but no remote and no code for the outdoor keypad. This meant that that entry was was always through the keypad on the front door.
The kitchen has appliances, pots, pans, and dishes. The nonstick pan was in pretty bad shape. Again, not a game changer, but good to know.
The bathrooms are small. Single sinks. Adequate for only one person to get ready at a time.
We would recommend this house if staying in Moab.
While you do not go on vacation to watch TV, having a TV is nice. There are cable boxes with the TVs, but none of those boxes worked. The great room TV had access to on demand subscriptions, the main bedroom TV did not.

Almost brand new detached unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen that opens into family room, small patio, attached garage and barbecue area. Located 10 minutes south of Moab. Modern appliances in the kitchen, tv in the family room and master bedroom. Located right at the base of the red rock plateau that borders the west side of Hwy 191 and Moab (gorgeous view!)

This is a nicely decorated unit. There was very good trailer parking at the north side of the units. There definitely was
hwy noise but we got used to it. I brought a white noise machine that helped at night. There is a tv but not cable, but we couldn't figure out. The kitchen had most items for making meals. Could've used a cookie sheet and some aluminum foil. Bottom line, we would stay there again.

This is a 5 star place with a 2 star road noise problem. It didn't bother us enough to ruin our sleep, though we did sleep in the guest bedroom

The space was great. Very spacious. Views were amazing.

I would recommend this place! It was very nice, clean and enjoyed our stay very much. Was a great place. Will probably rent again next year.
4.1
Clean decent place. Definite noise from the constant traffic on 191. The broken billboard across the highway really detracts from the view but that isn’t controlled by the property owners obviously. It’s a fine place to stay basic but gets the job done after a long day outside. Would give 3.5 stars but can’t do 1/2 star ratings. Definitely recommend getting one of the other units with a hot tub.

My two sister's and I went out went to explore nature's beauty. We originally had bookings to stay in downtown Moab. However, by booking this property instead, it allowed us to save over $100 and provided us with so much more space. Two full bathrooms, 2 full-size bunk beds, and a king bed, allows for plenty of people to share this home. Only issue we faced was finding the property, as the GPS direction was not accurate, (although, the listing mentioned this). Highly recommend!

Quiet nice home
Home was nice & quiet. Just off highway easy access to trails and main street. Big open windows to see beautiful Moab views.

The unit was a good size for two couples. Garage was a nice plus. Kitchen adequately stocked. We were missing several essentials but once contacted VRBO/VACASA staff, items were brought that day. Unit a bit far from central downtown Moab.

The place is clean and open. However we had a very difficult time finding the place in the dark. We attempted to contact the manager with zero success. We also had to leave a day early and tried to contact the manager— zero success. This was an unsettling feeling when you’re with your family (children) in the dark and given directions that take you to an open field with empty shipping containers. Frustrating experience. Having communication with the manager would have had made a huge difference

Ver quiet, clean and organized. Lots of room to roam, animals to watch and things to do. Wild turkeys are a little noisy in the early morning. Bed and pillows are not very comfortable. Overall great place though.

This property was comfortable, but the dishes were extremely dirty. We had to hand wash everything in order to eat or drink. The instructions to take shoes off would have been followed if the floor itself was actually clean. The floor was grimy, and we could feel dirt just walking around. If there could be more cleaning supplies available, including extra paper towels, and actual cleaning spray, that would have been nice.

Great spot for adventures in Arches and Canyonlands (Island in the Sky and even Needles). Amenities were a bit limited, but worked out for 5 people. Comfortable bed and couches. Could have used 1-2 more chairs for the dining table. Outdoor space is a bit bare, but too hot to enjoy anyhow.

What we liked:
Comfortable living room
Nice property, away from the busy downtown Moab.
Comfortable beds
Nice master shower
Good kitchen
Garage
Clean
What we didn't like:
Impersonal connection with VACASA; previst exchanges were not helpful, or we got not response at all. Email from the house with a few minor things that should be addressed was not even acknowledged
This is my first VRBO rental with a "Premier Host" being a property management company. I much prefer a Vacation Rental By Owner with the contact with the owner who is interested in their guests.
Nit picky ... but
1) Glasses and some dishes were plastice ... should they even go into the dishwasher? Went to Dollar Store for some glasses
2) Doesn't everyone check under the bed to be sure something doesn't get left? Lots of dust bunnies would be an easy pass with vacuumn or dust mop.
3) The lighter on the gril doesn't work and there was not way to light the grill.
4) Pans had burned on food on them.

Few issues: - the checking was painful. Once we got at the property, the door didn’t have a keypad (it was indicated to us in the instructions that the door has a keyless keypad ). We had to call the property manager for help - took 30 minutes to get hold of them. - the highway is very loud and a lot of semi-trucks are going through that road. You can feel the house shake when the trucks go by. - the house was dirty - dust on the floor, hair in bathroom, fans are dirty, water cup rings on the table. - the bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable at all. - no extra linens- sheets are worn out - no real comforter - just a dirt coverlet- kitchen needs more plates and glasses etc

I booked this property for 1 night to take a break from camping. I don’t usually write reviews, but there were just too many disappointments with this property that other people thinking of booking this property should be aware of. 1. Price: the additional fees were endless, and the total ended up being 2x the listed rate. 2. Check-in: when we got there, the provided lock key code didn’t work. The first Vacasa rep I got ahold of after waiting on hold for 15 mins was an odd interaction. She didn’t understand the type of lock box and eventually just abruptly sent me to the automated short survey to inquire about my service experience, WITHOUT RESOLVING THE FACT I WAS STILL LOCKED OUT OF THE PROPERTY. I called a second time, again waiting on hold, and started explaining the situation to another Vacasa rep. Meanwhile, a family across the street is having the exact same issue - the lock box key code doesn’t work. We jokingly share our provided 4 digit codes thinking maybe they mixed them up - nope. As I was talking to the rep, I started walking around to the back of the property. There i found an unlocked screen door and was able to unlock the front door from the inside. A few minutes later, the Vacasa rep was able to give me a new lock box code that actually worked. Unfortunately the family across the street wasn’t as lucky. I’d say they were locked out of their property for well over an hour before they were able to get it. 3. Cleanliness: the cleaning fee is an absolute joke. During Covid you have a somewhat higher expectation, and you will no doubt find on Vacasa’s website how committed they are to cleaning and disinfecting. However it’s all a facade - be prepared to clean the place yourself if/when you are able to check-in. There was crusted food stuck to the bowls and dishes. Silverware and glasses all needed to be hand washed. In the bathroom, there was hair all over the floor, telling us no vacuuming occurred. Washing sheets is apparently also not part of their cleaning fee, because the same hair could be found on the bed sheets and pillows. Thankfully we had sleeping bags. Overall it is a nice, new place, but going forward I’ll probably avoid any properties managed by Vacasa.

Amazing value
This is a perfect place to stay in Moab if you prefer having amenities. The house is full of thoughtful touches, with very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, grill, and finishes. The wifi was strong, and we really had no issue with noise given how close it is to the highway.
