Condo was clean and updated. It’s a cute little quiet complex and the condo had all the amenities we needed. Unfortunately WiFi was non-existent. We could never see it to even connect. We also had barely 1 bar of cell service from our AT&T and T-mobile cell phones so not being able to connect to any wifi made it difficult to plan the next days activities. We could not even check on our family back home without driving back into town. Since it is in an area where even cell service is weak, wifi is critical in case of emergency. Otherwise rest of the stay was great and would stay here again.

We had a great stay, quick access to Wilson arch and Hole in the Rock. Also few minute drive to downtown Moab for eats and park for us this trip!

Updated newer home perfect for a weekend of trail riding. Plenty of room for the family.

Clean, excellent condition. However, highway noise was loud.

Basic essentials (only) go with this place, better bring you're own food right off the bat. If you're a light sleeper--probably not the best place to stay--lot's of traffic on the Hwy next to the units. Out of town a little ways, which isn't bad in some respects, not so, if you want the night life action. Wifi-was on/off, on/off a lot...good when it was on.

First of all, I loved this location. Easy to access. Aside from the road noise, it is quiet. We were extremely disappointed by how dirty it felt in there for being a newer home. No attention to detail, floors were extremely dirty and dishes were stinky and still had a gross film. There was a bad stench like someone had made stir-fry in the house that we couldn't get out. Comfortable mattresses and amenities but we wouldn't stay here again.

Well appointed
Everything we could possibly need was provided and in good shape. The beds were comfortable too.

You can do FAR better for your money
Dirty, badly renovated condos with moldy windows, dead bugs, ant infestations, broken cupboards, HORRIBLE property management and far more. Worst of all theyre 20 feet from a 70mph road with heavy truck traffic all day and night - NOT advertised or pictured on the listing.
I was going to give it 2 stars for the benefit of the doubt until I saw every single issue I had with the place was mentioned in other reviews, but still not fixed! Will be contacting VRBO for further action on this stay, I wouldnt have paid half what theyre asking if I toured the place first.

Excellent home. Hard to find
The property was very nice. The view was even better. However, when we came in to find it after a long drive we couldn't find it. A larger or better lit sign is definitely in order

Disappointed
We stayed in Moab at a great property two months ago. This stay was disapponting. You cannot find the property with GPS and the directions were poor. 90+ degree weather on first two days and ac didn’t work. Two lamps in bedrooms only. Minimally furnished for price. We felt we were staying in a Comfort Inn for Ritz prices.

Great for 2 couples
Property was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a bit far from downtown but we planned ahead and was not a problem. Highway noise didn’t bother us, it was not that loud. It was actually pretty peaceful being out away from downtown. Views were incredible. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent a good week in this house after a tough check in. The locks baffled us at arrival, and remained tricky throughout our stay, but we finally managed to get inside. All clean, functional and properly equipped. A good value choice with full kitchen and laundry.A little close to the highway so noise does seep into the house but does not prevent falling and staying asleep.Nice view of the mountains, above the wall and next to the billboards.

Needs some deep cleaning
The house overall is beautiful. As for the cleanliness... there was 4 long brown hairs in the sheets in the mater bedroom. The mater shower had a long brown hair in it. The master shower also had red mold in all corners of the shower easily cleanable with some bleach and a scrub brush. The other bathroom with the tub was filling up with water because the drain was broken. Our guest had to use a washcloth to keep the drain open. The dishwasher needs a cleaning tab through it. The dishes were covered in a layer of buildup because the dishwasher was so dirty. The kitchen table looked like it was gently wiped over with a wet washcloth and the smudges were still in place. For the price we pay for the week this is unacceptable! This is our second time staying at Rimview. Both times there was an issue with the cleaning services.

Once we found the house, we loved it. We would probably stay here again if managed by a different property manager. We enjoyed everything about the house except the master bed and the well water. The bed is a plush-top that has body groves worn into it. The well water was not drinkable but that was easily resolved Toby buying bottled water. Now for the property management company: 1) we traveled at night and it was very dark, using Apple Maps the address provided took us to a rest stop 6 miles south of the property; 2) the additional directions provided placed us on the opposite side of the highway from the property; 3) unable to find the property, we called VACASA for help to find the house and was told the local property manager would call us. 30 mins later at 11pm we had to called VACASA back for additional assistance; 4) we rented during COVID and was told the property would be clean, the floors were dirty, and the air vent had what appeared to be months if not years of dirt built up.Overall, great property but terrible management service experience for us.

Moab Utah. what a great setting for a little unwind time!
The property was just what we where looking for. The snow capped mountains to the east and the long red rock rim out your front door! Plenty of room to park our utv trailer, when not in use. We will return to Rim View again!

Vacation in Moab
This was a wonderful place to stay. The only thing to be aware of the highway traffic can be very loud at night. My husband used ear plugs but we are used to no traffic noise. We liked being outside of town but close enough to do anything we wanted.

Overall, the property was clean and comfortable, just what you would need after a long day of adventures and hiking. It does not come with a wine opener and the coffee maker gave us some difficulty. At one point, the lock on the door stopped working, but once I contacted the property manager, it was fixed in timely manner.

Quiet and new property
Quiet and small neighborhood with only 8 units and single home units, not a townhouse, which we liked.

Late September
House is nice and kitchen is more or less up to date. The pictures are spot on. Some lights were out and furniture needs replacing. The master bath is not huge, but the shower is nice. Master king bed was fine for me but my wife said it was to stiff. The garage is nice and clean and lifted Jeep will fit inside. The spare room seems fine with the bunk beds but we didn't use it. The master closet is big and so is the spare room closet. There is no place to have a fire. I would suggest they put in a fire ring. The property has no grass around at all and a 8' stone wall separate's the back yard from the highway. Also there is no shade in front or behind until late in the day. Bring lawn chairs if you want to sit out back.
Mind you the house is right off 191 so traffic IS NOISY. It did not stop me from sleeping though. We used this house primarily as a home base while we were out hiking and off- roading. If we were the type to stay at the house more than not, we wouldn't choose this place, simply because of the highway and lack of shade. There is excess parking right next to the house, so RV or trailer is no problem. It is about 5 or 6 miles south of town which I like. Anywhere you want to go is not a big deal to get to. You do have the Moab rim in front of the house, and the La Sal mountains behind.

Mountain view with highway noise
Our 3-night stay at Rim View 4 in Spanish Valley was pleasant. The views of the mountains are lovely, but the condo is directly behind a wall on the main highway out of Moab so you can hear the traffic. A bigger patio table would be nice as the 4 of us were unable to have dinner outside. The condo is new so is clean and comfortable. It has the minimum of what you need. However, there was only 2 wine glasses and no wine opener. The ac vents are in the floor, so we had a hard time cooling the bunk bedroom. The first night the smoke detectors kept going off but after a few phone calls Jenny stopped by and we got this resolved. Thank you Jenny

The home was very clean and well equipped. We loved the views from the front patio, and the beds were very comfortable! The access to the garage was a great perk as well!

Nice location- good size
Same comments as others - something REALLY needs to be done about the windows. The West morning sun from the Sliding glass door is overwhelming. The little window by the laundry (also without a curtain or blind) gives a view from both the front porch and street to the second bathroom— bring a bathrobe. Write a check - it needs to be fixed. Cleaning could be better- again, same comment as others. The garage is a bit short - a Tahoe will fit, but is very tight lengthwise. Other than those glaring issues it is a lovely property and well designed.

Amazing!
Great location a little outside of down tour Moab. Loved it. The only thing is the back door lets a lot of light would recommend blinds or curtains there. Other wise beautiful and quiet!

Location was good and for the most part the place was excellent. The windows were terribly dirty and there were other parts of the house that were dirty. But we still had a great time.
