We enjoyed our stay. It was very close to downtown and Arches. If you stay - please follow the directions that are provided with the confirmation especially if you are arriving after sunset. The house was very clean and we really enjoyed the use of the garage. I would recommend this house!!

The place we stayed had everything we needed such as parking space, room to live, great location and scenic views. The highway traffic was a bit noisy but nothing that we could not live with.

Nice comfortable condo for our family during our stay visiting Moab & Arches. The condo is further south of town than I expected but I would stay here again. The only problem was trying to find it for the first time if you arrive after dark. If you put the address into Apple Maps you will be guided to the wrong location about 10 miles too far south.

The property was very welcoming and clean; we felt very comfortable staying there. We enjoyed how close to downtown it was, yet private and quiet.

Loved master bedroom and living area, second bedroom is really bad. It’s bunk bed queen beds that are way too big for the small room. If you need to get up in the night, you will stub your toe on the ladder, which I did. Mattresses throughout house were very soft and uncomfortable. For the price of this place, they really should invest in higher quality mattresses. WiFi worked fine for us, even though they’ve got a disclaimer in the notebook inside the house that says it may go in and out. This should be made more clear before booking. Traffic noise did not bother us either.

This house is lovely and homey! It worked well for our sxs trip. We had a large trailer and there was ample parking for our big unit! We loved having the garage option for maintenance! The house was close to the highway and there was a bit of noise factor but it didn’t bother us too much. If you are used to any city noise it is tolerable! BBQ was clean and so was unit. Felt very comfortable there right off the bat. Complex of 8 buildings was quiet and felt very safe.
I did have an issue with cell service, thus the four stars. It seems that service is spotty all across Moab, however we had to physically leave the house, and sometimes property, to get service.
I would love to say that we would rent this property again, however we found the customer service of the management company Vacasa lacking and will not be renting their properties in the future.

Location. Away from the crowds.
Furnishings. All very comfy.
Organized. Anything we needed was readily available.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was close to Moab and had everything we needed for a family of 4. It was a little noisy with the traffic, but just plan for that and you'll be ok. It might have been nice to have a fan in the bedroom to help with noise. It also would be nice to have an extra blanket in the living room. Other comments mentioned not enough plates and rough sheets. There were extra plates and the sheets were great. Thanks for a great stay!

This property was perfect for our family of four...two teens. It was very clean, in a small quiet neighborhood of similar properties that was easy to get to from the city of Moab. The property managers responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay there again!

Great property for our family of 4! Very close to Moab and all it has to offer. The house had everything we needed but an extra blanket in the living room would have been nice. It is a little noisy with the highway traffic - bring ear plugs or a fan. The noise did not affect our sleep.

We stayed here as 3 brothers on a last minute off-road trip.
The house was clean and was surprisingly peaceful considering that it's right off the highway. It was nice to have the garage for one of the Jeeps. The beds were comfortable and everything worked. We had 3 different cell services and at least 2 of them didn't have signal. At one point wifi calling wouldn't work because we were streaming something at the same time.
We really appreciated the ability to book only one night less than 24 hours before check-in. It was a great stay that was so much better than any hotel room!

The condo is new and was very nice and clean, although I didn’t realize the Condo was right on the highway when I booked. I actually thought I was booking at Rim Vista. You will hear the trucks going by.
As a previous reviewer said a year ago there were only 6 large plates and 6 bowls and no cutting board. A year later there are now only 5 large plates and 5 bowls and somehow still no cutting board. A non-stick pan set would be nice as well.
There was also a mouse scratching in the wall between the Master and the bathroom. So I think 3 stars is generous.

Very comfortable, clean home. No problems or issues. Except trying to find it in the dark. Reflectors at the driveway would be good. The Highway is a bit noisy, but we used the fan and had no problems sleeping. Would definitely stay here again!

Really great, modern, small house. Lots of room, we also had use of the garage and a grill. It's a bit outside of Moab, but worth the drive.

It felt like staying in a model home. Everything was new and it was super clean. Would definitely stay here again. My only requests would be softer sheets (they were actually rough!) and at least one more blanket on the beds. That being said, overall amazingly great.

This property was very nice. It is a little way out of town. It is neck to a busy highway which was noisy at night. The sliding patio door has no blinds which made it very bright in the morning. They need extra blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed however the toaster wouldn’t stay down in its own. Overall it was nice place to stay.

Overpriced, but then all of Moab is overpriced, so in line with others.
Comfortable, but because right next to the road, it was noisy with truck traffic.
Worked out nicely for us; no complaints.

We stayed here as part of our summer vacation the Utah’s National Parks. It was the perfect location to be far enough away for relaxation after a long day but close enough to reduce travel time to the parks. It was very clean and comfortable!

Great place for family or group of friends to stay at this unit. Spacious kitchen/dining and living area, the full size bunker bed is great for teenagers or younger kids. Nice home base for multi day staying at Moab.

First off, the truck noise is not bad. My wife and son didn’t have their sleep impacted. I put in ear plugs and that was fine. Proximity to sights is really good. Because you’re out of town, the stars are actually quite visible. The place needs to be better stocked. We stayed for 6 nights and only 5 dishwasher tabs were provided. The dishwashing sponge was not good. There are only 6 plates and no cutting board. No nonstick pan so pancakes were not a possibility. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Grill worked well. Wifi is good too. Overall, solid stay but needs to add a few things for more comfort.

Place was comfortable, clean and contemporary . Located just south of the bustle of the city the scenery was somewhat compromised by powerlines and a billboard and the overall industrial activity all around. It’s right off the main road so there is some heavy truck traffic through the night. We came for the hiking and adventure, arches and the rec areas were very accessible despite the ongoing road construction in Moab . It was a very nice place to come back to after a long day on the trails.

Clean house with basic amenities
The house was nice clean but it had only the basic amenities (4 Chairs, 6 plates and so on). It had no supplies we found in other houses (oil, sugar, etc).
We did not like the queen bunk bed (it appeared on the picture so we knew it when we booked the house).
