Peace and quiet, but a 10 minute walk into downtown. Four nights to just getaway from it all. Perfect!

A Magical Place
Gorgeous, cozy cottage with stunning decor on a quiet beach. Close enough to walk to everything but far away from crowds in P’Town. Very private. Definitely will be back. Host was very nice.

Amazing classic beachside cottage
Adorable, classic seaside cape cottage. Walk out to the beach, great view, well appointed. Close to town but far enough that you don’t have crowds or noise. We absolutely loved it. And the owner was great. Excellent and quick communication. We hope to go back.

Spectacular setting, lovely property!
Picture perfect setting right on the beach! The cottage was a delight; clean, and with all the comforts of home (plus a perfectly private outdoor shower which I used exclusively!)
Rich was wonderful to deal with; warm and obviously happy to share his home.
This was my first time renting this property, but I'll definitely be back!

Iconic New England charm with commanding beachfront location
This is by far one of the nicest condominiums in Ptwn. Ideal location with quintessential charm and unbeatable location. Well-appointed and efficient layout. The view of the sound is tranquilizing and the lawn and garden are perfectly manicured. Most importantly the owner could not have been any nicer or more helpful. Great spot indeed and perfect getaway.

Heavenly location!
Lovely property in a quiet beach-side location - steps away from the National Seashore and the bustle of Provincetown. The grounds are beautiful and we ate all meals outside by the grill. I always knew the West End of Provincetown was special and we will absolutely be back!

Just right. Quiet, clean, parking, comfy, and ON TOP of the beach. High tide almost licks your toes. Perfect escape and managed well by owner. Will rent again.

Awesome stay!
We’ve always wanted to stay at Delft Haven while in PTown, and this property did not disappoint. The cottage is right on the beach and the breezes at night with the windows open just can’t be beat. There is a fantastic outdoor (private) shower just off the master bathroom which we used the entire stay. While the kithen(ette) was on the smaller side, it was completely functional and literally has everything you need to make any meal or mix your favorite cocktails. The outdoor grill on the private patio made grilling a breeze. All of the neighbors were incredibly nice and hospitable. Rich was super easy to work with and extremely accommodating. He even had an AC installed the day before we arrived to help with a few of the hotter than expected days. Would definitely stay here again.

Heaven in Delft Haven
This property was meticulously designed and the location could not be better. You are literally on the beach and the property is quintessential Cape Cod. This is a perfect rental for two, and it's next door to fine dining at the Red Inn - while still being beachfront. You can walk to town or to Herring Cove beach (another larger beach nearby). This is an upscale rental - it is worth every penny. The owner could not have been more lovely!

Awesome beachside cottage in Provincetown.
The property has a private location right on the bay with outdoor seating and eating. One of the highlights was eating breakfast in the sunshine on the patio over looking the bay. Richard was very exteremly helpful.

A Dream!
Delft Haven is a dream! Pleasantly surprised by how close we were to the beach, the week flew by at this lovely cottage, which is well-appointed and incredibly comfortable. It is only a short walk away from the excitement of the rest of Provincetown, but this felt like a real escape of a vacation. Plus, Rich is a terrific and attentive host. We can’t wait to go back!

Quiet and Charming Getaway
Tucked all the way on the west end literally on the beach, this home has a rich historic character and yet feels contemporary at the same time. It is very well kept, the sofa, the view, and the marble shower are amazing. Perfect beach escape for one person or a couple.

Wonderful Cottage
A great place to spend a week in Provincetown. The location on the beach between the Provincetown Inn and Red Inn gives you many options for sun and beach or drinks and dinner. It is also a short walk to downtown entertainment or a bike ride to Herring Cove and the bike path.

wonderful stay
perfect getaway in P-town. great location right at the water's edge -- a real treat to swim daily right outside my door. The cottage is small but has everything one could need and Rich was easily reachable and gracious when the lights didn't work (a simple circuit breaker fix). I loved my time in this lovely cottage and wouldn't hesitate to book again. just the right distance from town -- walkable when you want to be in the "mix" but removed enough for peace and quiet. I miss it already!

Staying at this waterfront cottage feels like a taking sailing journey
This quaint cottage has all the amenities, plus an oceanfront location. The perfect get away a bit out of town! The owner Richard was super gracious and the place was spotless.
(Note that Delft Haven is between the fabulous Red Inn, so you can have happy hour oysters and shrimp while sipping a martini, and the Provincetown Inn if you want to hang by the pool. The first week of August so can be noisy/crowded on the beach as it is family week).

Delft Haven is Delft Heaven in this most comfortable cottage
The cottage is wonderful, beautifully appointed, impeccably maintained, generously stocked with basic necessities, and more. The location is ideal - right on the beach - and the view is to die for. The owner is a thoughtful and delightful person who was a pleasure to interact with. It is a most telling statement that we were not unhappy being in this cottage on a rainy day (of which we had several!) because it was so comfortable and the view so stunning.

The Perfect Retreat
I walked by this place for years during other visits to Provincetown, but finally decided to spend a little extra money and get a place that was above and beyond. This year was the best thanks to the tremendous hospitality of Richard and his beautiful and charming rental. He was extremely gracious and accommodating, and when there was in issue with swelling of the door due to poor weather, he had someone there within minutes to correct the situation to ensure I had the best stay possible. I highly recommend Delft Haven for anyone looking for a lovely, private getaway to detach and decompress.
