Absolutely loved the two story flat! It was very hard to navigate with our large van and the GPS on our phone sent us to the center of downtown St Ives in a storm. We were able to drive out to the bus station and get better reception so map it out on a paper map before you go!! Great location to the beach and shops. Pay to park right across the street and walk the rest of the trip!!! We even walked to the bus and took that to Marzion for St Michael’s Mount tour. Bring earplugs for seagulls, they were loud but that comes with the beach and it was birthing season. Comfortable beds, kitchen stocked, great space in living room to relax.

Loved the quality of the flat and the attention to details by the property manager. The welcome package for guests was perfect. I would definitely stay again. Wish we had stayed longer.

Lovely clean location on the second floor
We loved our stay here, it was clean, the rooms were well equipped except the parking provided wasn’t onsite and a 17km walk away so we ended up paying for parking on the public parking across the apartment.
The other thing was that we had booked for 4 nights accommodation and assumed that there would be enough dishwasher tablets or even toilet paper for the stay. We were told that only a starter amount was provided by the company and any more would have to be provided by ourselves. Given the price we paid, to have to go out to buy another roll of toilet paper just for our stay seems ridiculous . And there was no option to buy just an extra 1-2 days supply as there was no point in us buying a box of it as we would not have been able to take it back with us to Australia.
Otherwise it was a lovely apartment

Coastal seascape st ives
We had a great week in st Ives. The property was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. Only 2 things I would mention really, the en-suite shower/drain didn’t work too well and every time you had a shower the tray nearly overfload, the other issue was that there was no blinds at thr side windows in the upstairs large bedroom so it was very light very early! These are only little issues and overall we had a great stay.

Stay in St Ives
This property was amazing, very clean and comfortable. The only downside was the parking situation, we had a reserved space at the rugby club which was a good 15 minutes walk up hill. This wouldn't ordinarily have been so much of a problem but St Ives was so busy it was impossible to obtain a booking for anywhere to eat. If the car had been closer it would have been easier to head out somewhere else. Other than that I can't fault the property.

Coastal Seascape - St Ives
This was a very clean, well equipped family holiday home ideal for a visit to St Ives. I cannot praise the letting agent Orange Roofs highly enough. Their communication and customer care was 2nd to none I have experienced particularly during these very trying Covid times for holidaymakers.

Stylish St Ives, Great for the Tate
Lovely flat, well positioned with spacious rooms.
Interesting views.
High standards throughout with comfortable beds and modern stylish decor.
Numerous facilities as close to the town centre whilst providing open views of the sea.
Good access by road
Maybe not so good for people who struggle with stairs and steep hills.

Excellent stay. Wonderfully furnished.
Beautifully furnished flat with sea views (over a car park). Everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Lots of crockery & glasses, quality furnishings & furniture. As it was December it was decorated with classy knickknacks & a tree, which we loved. First class music system, showers & beds fab. Walkable everywhere. We were able to park at the property as the ground floor was empty, otherwise you unload & drive 3/4 mins to park. Glad we didn’t have to. Had extreme weather & the boiler cut out & was repaired within the hour, thank you! Some closer recycling facilities would be welcome but overall a truly excellent stay.
