Extremely rude and obnoxious front desk people, awful Wi-Fi and overcharging for crappy rooms 😡

The room assigned was an extremely poor shape, an entire window was cracked and when this was mentioned to the rude person at the front desk, he said they cannot do anything about it except to fix it which will take a few days! So we said please change our room, and the guy just kept us waiting instead of being considerate and professional enough to say yes we have another room you can change your room. It took us going back-and-forth to the front desk to finally get them to give us a room with an intact window! These people are extremely rude and unprofessional , will tell all friends and family never to stay here!

Not worth wasting my time, since this was all critiqued previously.

Worst experience ever being in a motel

The price

I stayed in that motel from Dec. 29 to Jan. 8th. They didn't want to clean the room. Didn't change my sheets until the last night. It was infested with bed bugs. I sprayed the room with alcohol and baking soda. I had to sleep in Vicks

Everybody is smoking in the rooms and they all stink. As I went outside I was being begged for money. It's a bad area and people living nearby are aware of it. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING HERE

Unpleasant

There was nothing to like about my stay.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. The facility was not clean and it took over 2 hours to get checked in. I had to contact police because of this matter. I recommend that they be taken off booking.com.

Welcome to Hotel Bosnia!

The saving grace of this place was the dedicated and friendly clerk who checked us in. She was very helpful and was passionate about her job and our satisfaction.

We had to go through 2 full rooms settling for being satisfied on the 3rd one when we checked in. The first room nobody cleaned or changed the blankets. The second room literally had blood stains on the blanket. The toilet or bathroom was not cleaned and the tub was out of order. The third room was better than the first two but there was drywall work all other the room that was not painted over yet. Clearly Someone doesn't know how to install a door as screws stuck out in random places. They only gave us only two pillows. That is one for each of us. Outside my apartment was Tarped monstrosity of some sort and pallets. Could of been some hobos home who knows. Felt like I was in a third world country staying at the Superlodge.

It was the creepiest😫

I like that nobody kidnapped me, but that may be thanks to myself i put a chair up to the door because the latch lock was missing. I also appreciate the parking lot was well lit but since my curtain was broke it shined in my face n kept me up 1/2 the night. The shower was nice and hot too, the high light of the stay.

The room smelled like cigarettes so bad even tho it was a no smoking room. It smelled like cigarettes i sprayed Lysol almost 1/2 can and the smell returned within the hour. I think they turned the heat off through the night i woke up freezing. (i brought my own blankets to sleep in i found 2 cigarette burns in their "no smoking room") That pic is misleading that rom is too clean.

Close to 1-95

Their we're gobs of hair stuck to shower wall When I told house keeping she gave smart remark and left hair stuck on wall in shower. Very disgusting! Manager refused to let me in to get belongings the day of check out because he said it was after 11 am. Even though I told him I was in process of adding extra night but after his rude and disrespectful attitude I changed my mind. Only when I told him I that my ride was there to pick me up did he unlock the door Horrible service, disgusting room. Drug dealers hanging out side my door all hrs of night. No soap, I was given 2 hand towels for my shower, not a regular towel NEVER again

it was awful. everything from the attitude at reception to the people outside all night.

prostitution and drug sales in both courtyards all night and into the next morning. people standing outside the room all night. hotel reception saying they are guest staying there but security guard saying they are prostitutes and drug users. security guard telling me to put a sign on my door that says don’t knock if I don’t want to be disturbed by the prostitutes. the room was in poor condition with cigarette burns and stains in the bathtub and sink, a wobbly bed and front window with a huge crack in it.

That the prices are one of the lowest, rooms are nice, and the staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Sometimes it can get a little noisy and there can be some unsavory characters outside.

All the night action and roaches. 1st room they gave the door was already wide open and it wasent cleaned . The door was hard to open and cats were everywhere .
