The room was gigantic and clean, the only thing ( and I usually don’t care about this) was that I had no shampoo or body wash etc and that was pretty lacking in the room. But 10/10 would totally stay here again! Very cheap for the quality, it was great!

Hallway smells of smoke. Side door to outside pried open with a rock. Smoke coming inside from smokers outside the door. Bedsheets looks dirty and unwashed, smells dirty and wrinkle. Room and hallway smells muggy or moisty. Overall could not sleep on the bed, checked out and went to a different hotel. Advise...demolish the hotel and rebuild to standard.

Had a desk with no chairs no grab rails in the bathroom couldn't find any ice machine never had change for the vending machine just a plain old bad experience

My expectations weren’t high to begin with but I was dissapointed the room had musty cigarette smell :( I was also disappointed with the lack of blankets provided. The beds only had couple thin sheets. Maybe they add more in winter?

God aweful tried to check out and get refunded but they kept telling the support team at hotels.com that the manager was not there yet staff never changed and I saw the manager multiple times while they were saying there was no manager. Where to start first room… bed bugs… second room just as yuck plus roaches scurrying around

It was comfortable clean spacious. Just the wifi signals was weak for gamming consoles and laptops. The air conditioning and heat wasnt noisy. Slept peaceful

We didn't get enough towels and washcloths. Even left a note, but it was ignored. The coffee pot had the wrong coffee filter holder and new coffee wasn't left every morning.

I was upset with this stay!! We had a double bed room 2 guests with only one towel set. Could never get the extra towel set. 2 adults cannot use the same towel and washcloths!! Had to find a Family Dollar and buy towels

There was no actuality stove eyes in kitchenette to cook food. The pool and gym was unavailable and not in working condition. Place was covenant to my new job.

The hotel had a smoke smell even though it said non-smoking. Had cockroaches in bathroom and bedroom, housekeeping didnt clean room all weekend and never left fresh towels. NEVER stay again.

Disgusting place. Bug infestation. Armed robbery occurred over the weekend. Absolutely no parking due to bar next door. Children roaming the hallways, slamming doors, running up and down the hallways all hours of the night. Would never recommend to anyone.

The property was okay, first room I've stayed in that did not have carpet. The bed squeaked. But the worse part is the hotel is next to a club. I heard the dull thud of the music until 2 am. My room was on the front and end furtherest away from the front desk. I went out to my car at 1:30 to het sleeping pills and there were many young people hanging out in the parking lot. Happily, no damage to my car, but i did not feel comfortable at this hotel.

The key card didn't work when we first checked in. Hotel manager said they would bring me a new card to our room in 15 minutes, an hour later I went to the front desk to retrieve a new card. Bathroom toilet had unflushed urine in it, when we arrived. The toilet seat had paint completely worn off and looked unsafe to sit on. Before we checked out, I noticed several bed bugs on the night stand, sheets and floor area. Not good!

Staff was great very friendly. Room was big and for the price it was what we expected. Saturday there was an even did play music but was able to sleep through it. Other than that no issues.

There were roaches crawling all over the walls. When the front desk was informed they acted real nonchalant. I was not the only one complaining about it. They refused to give people they money back said they can only change the room.

It was dirty, sketchy, scary and gross. We will never stay there again. There were people yelling and fighting at 1 am. It was smelly and disgusting.

Front desk service was not helpful at all and didn’t seem to care about the cleanliness of the room. I asked for a new blanket because there was some dust/lint on the one on my bed and they refused to change it saying it wasn’t dirty. If you actually care about your hotel experience, DO NOT STAY HERE. My friend found roaches in the bathroom as well. Not worth the money.

I can’t imagine why this hotel had such a good rating on this site. Everything needed to be updated. The walls needed painting in the rooms and hallways. The elevator wasn’t nice and sounded terrible. The room and hallways smelled of smoke. The older gentleman at the desk was rude and obnoxious. Someone with asthma wanted their money back due to the smoke and he yelled and carried on so bad they called the police. Altogether a horrible experience.

We've stayed at this location numerous times before it changed over to Red Roof Inn and it was always very nice. The past few years it has really gone downhill. Several angry customers in the lobby when we arrived. Problems with programming the room keys. We'll be staying elsewhere next time.
