This is a wonderful, spacious, high-quality home in a quiet and gated community. Enjoyed the sunset views nightly from the living room, dining room, and/or the expansive lanai. Would definitely stay again!

We recently stayed at this property and absolutely loved it! The house and location was perfect for our family. There were 7 of us and with 3 bedrooms w/ en-suites, it worked out great. It was very quiet, and we really loved watching sunsets from the lanai! The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. My granddaughters could go out and play in the grass outside, and enjoyed the local beaches and pool. There were beach/ pool supplies available which was very helpful. South Kohala Management was awesome; easy to contact and very helpful and kind! I would strongly recommend this property and will rent again when we come back with my family. This house is truly beautiful!

Paradise With Room to Spare
Great property, quiet neighborhood, well-kept grounds, nice amenities, well-stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, etc.
Outdoor BBQ needs maintenance, lighters did not work and a flashback was experienced. But lanai was beautiful and sunsets a daily treat. Occasional encounters with ants in interior but bug spray was provided, and after all, it is the tropics. Plenty of TVs, comfortable beds, good climate control, garage access a plus.

Perfect location with room to spare
We really enjoyed our stay. It was a longer trip of 14 days they even helped me correct an error that I made during booking. The communication was fast and courteous. The unit itself was generously spacious, with enough room for multiple couples to have their own privacy as well as enough room for all of us to be together in the shared spaces. We would highly recommend this unit!

Very large comfortable place
This is a very luxurious property with high end fixtures and appliances. Definitely plenty large for us to spread out. Comfortable beds and huge bathrooms. It was obvious that this property had been vacant for a while, which resulted in a few initial issues - a few dead bugs on the floor, ice maker frozen up, broken chair on lanai, toilet having problems. We were able to fix the ice maker and maintenance fixed the toilet. I was disappointed that the broken chair was left for our entire stay as it should have been replaced (it would have been the one comfy outside chair). I had read other reviews for the general vicinity and was aware that walking to the beach was probably going to be a long road walk, but I really was hoping for better walk ability. It’s a very quick drive, but definitely not a pleasant walk. I noticed a neighbor had rented a golf cart. If we were to stay there again I would consider that for going to the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything I needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a cooler and beach chairs that we could use.
