Navona Grand Suite, part of the Palazzo Scapucci, is right at the heart of Rome. The palazzo has been carefully restored and the same goes for the hotel itself which has been carefully and sympathetically decorated in keeping with the history of the building. There is no front desk but instructions for entering the building and the room itself were very carefully communicated prior to arrival. In fact whenever required, there was timely communication with the staff via messaging and telephone. The room was large, very clean, and very comfortable. I have to commend the helpful behaviour of staff who went out of their way to help whenever we needed some assistance. Thank you very much.
There is little that we did not like but we were I guess unlucky that the elevator was broken during our stay and the hotel being on a top floor made the entry and exit a little difficult. Because of this, staff offered to move us to a nearby hotel but we stayed eventually as everything else was very much to our liking.

Is always a great pleasure to return to this magical place. Best location, the most beautiful and clean rooms, amazing staff. The moment you step in will be hard to leave. Undoubtely the best place to stay in Roma.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Well kept. The cleaner was very helpful when we arrived.

Room was well equipped. Location amazing and so central. Would recommend it if you want to be close to everything.

I loved the accommodation itself and the location was excellent. Walking distance to all attractions. Clean and tidy and staff were lovely. Aircon excellent. I would definitely stay there again but not in room 316. Would make sure I had a suite.
There were no breakfast facilities which was disappointing. Plenty of eating places nearby but made the trip a lot more expensive. My room, 316, I didn't think was particularly fit for purpose (smallest room on the premises). It was too small, had nowhere to sit suitcases. The wardrobe could only take short items. Nowhere to hang long items. In general it was too small for comfort. I couldn't unpack my case. Had to dip in and out of it every day. Possibly OK for a short stay but I was there for 6 nights. En suite was fine albeit no bath, which didn't bother me particularly. Safe was a bit dodgy at times and even had to contact staff at one point to open it for us.

+It is a great advantage that it is located right in the center.
+Rooms and common room are very clean.
+The host who greeted us was very helpful and sweet.
-The only problem was that we were in Rome at a time when the heating was needed and the heating in the room was not very effective.
-We stayed 3 nights in total, we slept like babies for the first 2 nights, but our last night turned into torture because the loudest people in the world settled in our next room.

it was a wonderful stay, biggest thing was location, great location !
internet was very spotty, and we had an impression we would have a balcony, not a shared common area. we opted for the executive suite and it was not anything special. we could have saved ourselves money and gone with the regular room.

The location and authentic decor are very appealing.
No contact checkin worked well and we were allowed to leave our bags in the hotel beyond check out.
the shower was also good.
The ability to make a coffee in the room would be an advantage, and toiletries are quite basic but that didn’t detract from our stay.

We stayed in suite #311 which is the biggest room and so spacious to be able to unpack our cases properly
Minor detail but Wifi was poor as it was too slow

The rooms are very comfortable, though ours was a bit on the small side. Nice bathroom. We did accidentally lock our keycards in the room at one point and there was no one there to help us get back in. Fortunately, we were able to call the remote manager, and she helped us out, but it's a little disconcerting that there is no one on site. We did not have breakfast - had to leave early for the airport. Cannot comment on that.
I was not aware when I booked that this is more of an Air B&B type of set up - there is no lobby or staff present. It's all remote check in and self-service. It's nice, and the common room is fairly well-stocked and useful, but I would have liked to know this prior to booking. There are other people living on the floor - so our room was next to a permanent resident.

Absolutely amazing stay! The rooms were large and the beds were so comfortable. The coffee machine in the common area was excellent and the location was perfect. The lift broke on our last day and the manager was so kind to carry our bags down for us at 8am! All around a fantastic stay :)
