About this apartment rental

This luxury condo is located in-between Gas Town and Yale Town. Amenities to this unit are ideal. There are two major grocery stories just minutes from the condo. Costco being one and TNT being the other. Five star restaurants and coffee bars are also within walking distance. If you would like to do some touring then hop onto the Aqua bus. Going to Grandville Island is a breeze. You can also take a bike ride around the sea wall and enjoy the ocean and Stanley Park. This condo is close to just about anything that you would like to do, whether that be shopping, sightseeing or just relaxing in a coffee bar.

Very nice spot. Things were clean. Location is really good. Check-in is a nightmare But I have a feeling that this is the building in total as when I arrived three other families were trying to get in the building as well. I finally got it after a few tries. The lights take some figuring out and the guest bathroom toilet has some flushing issues. Nothing major. All in all very happy.

This place was perfect for our trip to Vancouver. We were close to the skytrain station, arena, stadium, shopping areas, movie theater, and a plethora of food options. There are also 2 grocery stores and a liquor store close by. The condo was perfect for our family of 3 and the stocked kitchen and in-suite laundry machines really helped us save some money. The building is also nice and easy to access. Best part of this booking was the owner. She was very responsive and provided easy to follow instructions for everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property. Hostess was very nice and responded quickly to minor issue. She had a book with lots of wonderful restaurant recommendations. Easy to get to the major sights by bus.

First, let’s start with the couple of issues, which need to be improved. The check in process was fine but only because of the concierge; he was very nice and helped us access the building and elevator. The property manager is extremely responsive and I have no doubt would have helped if we asked. Also, it was unusually warm in the 11th floor unit but we were ok. I did ask whether there was central air and the owner responded that she used a portable air conditioner. So, if you’re planning on staying during the summer months, then just a heads up. But again, I am 100% positive that the owner will make your stay positive and memorable. Now I got those two little, tiny issues out of the way, let’s move on to the positives. The location is solid. Rogers Arena across the street. Costco, across the alley/street. A market, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants within a two minute walk from the building. Although the parking space was tight, it was just fine. The unit itself is clean and the natural light was incredible. Very close to Gastown and Yaletown so have at those neighborhoods. And finally, the great owner is amazing. Responsive. Caring dare I say that you have a great trip. Service is king!

Compact two bedroom, two bath condo had everything we needed for a good stay. Provided parking spot was a tight fit deep in the underground parking structure, and close to the elevator. Check-in codes, door/elevator fob, and garage fob remote was a challenge to master. Was able to walk to a lot of attractions and condo amenities were nice. Would stay again.
