This cabin in the woods epitomizes the Best of Maine experience. Quiet and secluded yet near to shops, stores and restaurants. The cabin itself is very well stocked and contains all of the amenities that you would expect in a much more expensive lidging.

This is a lovely property that allowed us to travel to the Maine coast, grey game farm, and children’s attractions in NH while enjoying the quiet of the Maine woods. Perfect!

Second time renting here, great cozy and clean house, perfect atmosphere for a post Christmas ski trip. Despite the rain, still enjoyed a day of skiing, ping pong in the basement, and exploring downtown Bridgton. Owner is attentive and responsive. Looking forward to our next trip and will rent here again!

This was a great place to stay! We booked this cabin for a few days midway through our Maine vacation from Texas. It was a great place to relax and just enjoy each others company in between driving around and doing all the tourist things. We enjoyed the foosball table, darts, and games upstairs. The cabin was beautiful. Loved the screened in porch and the surrounding tree view. Very peaceful and relaxing.

We had a great stay in Brian’s cabin, which is nestled in a beautiful, peaceful spot, still close to all the area’s offerings. Brian was a wonderful host and we can’t wait to return!

The cabin is located in the woods but there are neighbors! Occasionally we would hear the sound of a motor but we never actually saw anyone! If it is a quiet environment you are looking for, this is or.
The cabin is fully stocked with anything you might need. It is a very pleasant enviroment, even in the rain. Both Bridgton and Fryeberg are within easy driving distance and the ski resort, Pleasant Mountain, is right around the corner.
The host is immediately available either by text messaging or telephone if necessary.
You will have a great time!

The house is really nice and was perfect for our mid-winter family getaway. Exploring the town of Bridgton was fun (good restaurants, bookstore) and having a ping pong table back at the house was an added bonus for the kids. We'd definitely be interested in going back!

Our second year in a row at Brian's cabin and we really had the best time. Just such a great place to gather with our family of five.

Nice house in the woods to relax in. There are other houses near by, but great privacy with the trees all around. My grandkids loved all the toys and games in the loft! Brian was great to work with! He was readily available for any questions.

The renting process was easy.
Brian, sent everything via email prior to our stay. Checking in was easier than any place I’ve ever stayed at.
The days were full of trees swaying in the summer breeze, evenings of fire flys, and moon lit nights. The children had a great time playing with the games provided at the cabin. Insects galore to explore, toads, butterflies - I think I saw a humming bird!
This cabin is great if you’re into nature.
There are beaches and hiking trails within a 3 mile radius. Washer and dryer. A fire pit for s’mores. A hot tub (we did not use).
We would absolutely stay here again.

Last house on a short road into the woods. Soooo quiet! We enjoyed cooking in a well-equipped kitchen (even a griddle for pancakes and a slow cooker), sitting around the fire pit - cooking s’mores and strawberries dipped in Fluff, while watching fireflies. Lots of games at the big kitchen table, dining al fresco on the screened-in porch, some horrible attempts at ping pong (with lots of laughter). Slept soundly! Just an absolutely lovely time away! So grateful!

Thank you so much!!

The home was very comfortable. The location is off the beaten path and private but close to everything you need. Close to North Conway, the mountains, hiking, etc. Our two kids loved the basement with ping pong, foosball and the couch. Everything we needed was there.

As a property owner myself, I can say Brian is the perfect example of the responsive host! He emailed me and texted us to check in before, during and after the stay! We drove all the way from FL during a very bad storm, but we made it! The snow on the cabin in the woods was beautiful and we were cozy. We were a bit worried about getting around, but Brian had the driveway cleared and the country road in the neighborhood was maintained to perfection. It was very cold, but the fireplace was surprisingly efficient at keeping the entire house warm (although I would suggest keeping the bedroom doors open).
Overall, I highly recommend Brian's beautiful cabin! I'm honored he shared it with us so that we could also have these wonderful memories. Thank you Brian!

We had a wonderful time cross-country skiing during the day at Jackson, NH, and enjoying cozy dinners and game nights in this charming, well-equipped cabin. Truly a gem with everything we needed and more things we hadn't even thought of. The host's quick responsiveness to all our questions was also truly appreciated. We will look forward to renting the cabin again.

This was a very beautiful and clean cabin in the woods. We had everything we needed for our first few days in Maine. After full days of hiking in the region, we had fun playing ping pong downstairs, playing cards, and enjoying a bonfire out back.
Highly recommend this gem in the woods!

Beautiful property and cabin. All of the amenities you need plus more. Short drive to tons of activities - great place for families and kids. Cabin was super clean and owner graciously checked in with us shortly after our arrival to make sure all was well. All was well and we will be back!

Our whole family had a fabulous time at Brian's Maine cabin. The house has an in the woods atmosphere but is perfectly located to so many family-friendly activities! The cabin was neat, well stocked and had some great amenities. Would highly recommend for families looking for a Maine getaway.

The cabin was nice not worth the money. Under the beds it was filthy dirty. Not clean. The upstairs was steamy hot could not use those beds instead those guests slept on the couch and floor. Too bad it looked nice from the outside.

We brought my 1.5 year old up to this house for a last-minute Memorial Day trip, and we all had a great time! There was lots of space, and everything on the main floors felt safe for a toddler without much extra babyproofing on my part. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, playing games on the covered porch while listening to the rain, and making smores at the fire pit after the baby had gone to sleep. We also took a few excursions to the nearby lakes, which were easy to get to. I would happily stay here again.

Brian's place was perfect for a late winter escape to enjoy eastern NH and western Maine ski areas and also do some winter hiking. His house was exceptionally clean and well maintained! Everything worked and was just as described only better. Brian made sure we were all set and let us know he was available if we had any issues, which never came up. I highly recommend staying here if you want convenience to ski, snowshoe, or any enjoy any other winter activity during the day and have a cozy, comfortable home to relax in afterwards.

Excellent accommodations.

We had a wonderful February break at Brian’s cabin. We went skiing every day and night, it’s an easy drive over to the mountain. The house had everything we needed, to keep 6 adults and 2 little kids busy and comfortable. Shoveled out the fire pit and had a great night under the stars cooking marshmallows. A very memorable trip & we will be back! Thank you!!
