Enjoy our spacious 3-level townhome, ski in and ski out at Pleasant Mountain! Steps away from chair lifts, with access to the entire mountain.

Located across from Moose Pond, close to downtown Bridgton and public beaches. Only 30 minutes to North Conway, NH where you can shop the outlets.
Story Land and Santa’s Village are also a quick drive into NH, where you and your family can enjoy an action packed day in the family fun parks!

Winter:
Enjoy slope side accommodations with ski in ski out accessibility. Pleasant Mountain is a great mountain for skiers and riders of all ages and levels. The fun on the mountain doesn’t stop when the sun goes down, enjoy night skiing too!

Hiking, biking, boating, swimming, and fishing are only some of the activities available in Bridgton through the beautiful Spring and Summer months.

I booked this space for four family traveling to Bridgton from NC. I live across the street, but could not accommodate this many in my place, so I booked this place. I knew this development, as I walked through it often over the past few years and thought it would be acceptable. I’m sorry to say that it was awful for them and I feel terrible! And I paid for this scam! Much of this is on the non-responsive owner. The beds were apparently so bad that no one could sleep all night. There was a back deck with a bunch of broken plastic chairs and only one could be used. So tacky! There is a front deck that we across the street (I live in development across the street), heard are not safe due to rot and instability, but in this unit, there was only a sign saying “don’t use this deck!” and the door to access the deck was not locked! I had to stop my 75 year old parent from walking out in this deck as it’s not safe!! This is really shameful that these “owners” rent out these places to somehow make a profit but don’t care about safety at all. Major construction is going on at Pleasant Mountain Ski Resort over the summer, but the owner “doesn’t really know about it.” The whole experience is really disgusting. Elizabeth, grow up enough to pay your own property taxes and don’t allow other unsuspecting fools help you to pay your taxes for you! And if you can’t afford it, sell the dump!

We had a great time in Bridgton! Condo was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of room for the 5 of us traveling. Would definitely go back!

I have been a guest at the condo many times in all four seasons. Elizabeth is an impeccable host. The property is very comfortable, well appointed, flawlessly clean, minutes to downtown Bridgton with many great restaurants and has a wonderful slope side deck for winding down at the end of the day. Thank you for another great stay as always!

This was our 3rd winter staying at the condo and it has become a family tradition. It is absolutely perfect for young families and kids. The condo is super clean and set up well for a group of kids and families. We cannot wait to head back!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location, the 1st time in this unit. The other unit we rented two years ago was not as nice as this one. We enjoyed the location to the mountain, unit was decorated very nice and very clean. We would recommend this property and will rent again.

Great for business or pleasure. Property manager Elizabeth is extremely responsive to requests and very flexible if able with reservations. We have stayed at the residence multiple times.

Loved the area. Condo close enough to Bridgton that trips back and forth were easy. Condo was comfortable. The only negative was the 3 levels but we knew that when we booked.

Nice location. Teens enjoyed hiking Pleasant Mountain, swimming in Moose pond, excursions to N Conway and Naples while grown folk worked from the townhouse. Clean and spacious with loads of natural light and a view of the mountain. Owners provided linens, towels, and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen was provided. Clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

This condo is in excellent condition & supplied with everything we needed. Family members, who rented other properties, had to provide their own bed linens, towels, paper necessities etc. Being a ski slope property, most of the nearby condos were presently unoccupied. As a result, it made for a very pleasant and quiet stay. Bed mattresses were Luxurious!!

Our family spent a great week at the condo. We had 3 teens and friends along with us and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we wanted. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the meal prep items that we needed. Our family enjoyed the skiing and access to the lifts was so easy. We are already looking forward to our next ski trip to Pleasant Mountain.

I live in Bridgton and always need an extra house/condo for overflow when the whole family comes to town. Since this unit and my house are on the same road. It couldn’t have been easier. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Rented this condo for a 3 day ski trip with the family. Perfect location slopeside on Shawnee Peak. The property was just what we were hoping for. Even my wife didn't want to leave and she typically turns into a pumpkin after 3 days away from home 😂! The only detractor, if I can even call it that, was that the wi-fi connection was not great but that was more of an annoyance for the kids than it was for me. Overall it was a great place to spend a ski vacation!

Owner Attentive. Lots of room for the family to spread out. Kitchen is super well Appointed. Place is clean and well cared for. Great location for summer lake getaways and sneak to North Conway in 35 Minutes. Overall a perfect location and property which our family of 6. Highly recommended property.
