The location is perfect. We have traveled to Savannah several times - the location is ideal. Short walk to river, city market and Forsyth Park. The kitchen is small but we were able to cook dinner one night - make sure you bring all you need to cook. There is NOT any oil or even salt and pepper. Bring your own coffee grounds - only enough for 1 pot was there for us.
Communication with the property management company went well. I wish I had not had to reach out - The property is listed as Non-Smoking.....be careful if you are allergic to smoke (like me) - the tenants smoked below us on their deck - so we were not able to use our outside deck area during our entire visit. The router is housed in the unit above us - and we were unable to use our TV on 2 of our 5 nights because the router was unplugged.
Both beds were not comfortable - but tolerable. The king mattress is a futon type mattress - the queen mattress is loud and make a squeaking noise when you make any movement.
I LOVED and sought out a tub - it is perfect for a long soak.

We loved staying at this property - 2 couples, stayed for 4 nights. The location is perfect for walking to Forsyth Park, dinner, and touring the nicer historic areas - far enough away from the overly touristy areas. Parking was never an issue. Purchased visitor day passes from Mobility & Parking Services (at Bryan Street garage) and most of the time were able to park in front of the apartment. The kitchen seemed to have all of the necessary equipment (although we didn't prepare meals while we were there). Only suggestions we have would be to update the curtains / rod / rings (including shower) throughout, as they are rather worn and / or non functioning. Also providing folding luggage racks for each bedroom would be inexpensive, but very useful.

You couldn't ask to be in the middle of it. Park the car and let the walking and exploring begin. This phenomenal centralized location access to the great parks and all the restaurants and activities of Savannah has to offer.

My 18 year old daughter and I loved this apartment! The setting is perfect, as it is directly across the street from one of Savannah's beautiful little parks. It is a quiet location, but within about two blocks walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. It is decorated in a very modern fashion, which was a nice surprise from most of the traditional interiors do you find in Savannah rentals. Everything was clean and comfortable. The mattress on the master king bed is not as comfortable as I would've liked it to have been – – it is really more like a futon mattress. The back porch has nice seating for two and is open to a small courtyard. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Parlor House. There was an issue with the fuse causing the washer to work but we figured that out quickly. The house is beautiful and we loved our stay. The only thing I would recommend is a small dresser in the big bedroom and a full-length mirror. We would definitely come back to stay at this rental.

The apartment lived up to our expectations. It is located on Savannah's prettiest square and it's a quick hop over to Forsyth Park. It is well appointed with everything you need to make yourself at home. We were happy to discover closets in both bedrooms (which is not what the description of the property or the property manager reported.) The 2 negatives I find worth pointing out are that first, neither of the beds are very comfortable. My comfort rating (being generous) is 3. New thicker foam mattresses would go a long way! Secondly (less important, maybe trivial) guests are required to take out the garbage at the end of their stay - around the back of the building to an alley. I would expect cleaning staff to do this, not paying guests. I found it a somewhat rude "goodbye". That being said - yes- I would recommend this property provided you're not a finicky a sleeper.

Only time spent in the house was sleeping g really. The main bedroom stayed pretty warm compared to the rest of the space. Also the main bed was pretty pathetic. A box spring would help a lot, instead of having a thin mattress on top of the slats. A single cup coffee maker would have been nicer. Overall the stay was good. The proximity to Forsyth park is great and the streets are lovely.

This was an exceptional stay for us. It's nicer than in the pictures. We travel to Savannah each summer and love it every time. This was our favorite trip to date because of the fabulous location. We would definitely stay again.

My family rented the Garden and Parlor.Overall very nice. Nice location. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchens. Coffee makers are traditional (not k cups). You can hear the neighbors above you but not too bad (could get loud with certain guests I assume). Wi-Fi is a little slow and not great in the back bedroom. Parking on street was fine although be cognizant of street sweeping nights which start at 12:01 AM on the day, and only 2 hour parking sessions allowed M-F 8am-5pm. Stock the kitchen for breakfast if you’re an early riser - most places open at 9am for breakfast weekdays and 8am Fri/Sat. Areas in need of TLC for the management company: windows and patio/deck need a power wash and cleaning of chair cushions. Mirrors need to be windexed. Shower curtain liners should be replaced more regularly- ours were torn or soap-scum/mildew upon arrival, but Monike arrived within the hour to have them replaced (thank you!) Garden: front bedroom has no place to store/ unpack clothes - no dresser, closet or rolling rack so you either live out of the suitcase or use the storage in the back bedroom - a rolling rack would be nice. Parlor: Front bedroom light near bed has no on/off switch - must plug/unplug it. And upon arrival the unit had a bad smell - like cooked food that lingered, but it stayed all week.

We invited our son, his wife and 18 month old son to meet in Savannah. We came from New Jersey and they came from Houston. Nice not to have to host in one of our homes and be somewhere new and rich w culture, entertainment, history and good weather. Only regret is we didn’t stay long enough.There is a lot to do in Savannah itself and plenty to do in surrounding areas. Location could not have been better and the parlor apartment was spotless, efficient and beautifully styled. We wanted for nothing.It helped that we rented a car, parking was a breeze....get the park Savannah app on your phone and you won’t even miss a beat taking care of meter parking. We’d go back again for sure!

This rental is only one block from Forsyth Park and within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. The only negative I have is that it really needs an external spring cleaning. The outside of the windows that look over the square are really filthy. Also, the porch needs to be hosed off. The cushions on the chairs were so dirty I sat on a towel. They even looked like they had some mold on the cushions.

The Parlor apartment was exactly as described and was fully satisfactory, with two reservations (one of which is likely beyond your control).. Most urgent: master bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable and should be replaced immediately .A less urgent frustration was the intermittent noise from rear neighbor's ac unit prevented us using the lovely porch. (also, please wash the windows! such a pretty park view clouded with grime)

The apartment is very well located, clean and spacious. Great for a weekend in Savannah. Parking is on street but easily available. There are about 7-8 steps up to the apartment, no issue for us but if you're not super mobile important to be aware of. Internet wasn't very reliable so wouldn't recommend trying work from the apartment.

We were blown away by the service we received from Lucky Savannah. We had to reach out three times and each time they were there within the hour. Their promptness was incredible - including one request which I sent in at 11pm not expecting a response until morning and was answered within minutes. Lucky Savannah, can we buy an investment property and have you management it please? :) The home is in the best location - walkable to everything. We also found parking out front each day, and one day we just had to feed the meter every 2 hours until we were ready to leave which is easy to do if you download the app and pay by phone. The two pieces of feedback I would say was that we couldn't walk in the house barefoot without our feet getting black - not sure why, but we had to rinse our feet in the tub before getting dressed each day. Otherwise the home was spotless clean. The other was that the wifi signal was really slow. I gave up trying to work (probably for the best) and just used my hot spot as needed. Overall we would stay here again because the home is just adorable and so visually appealing with its decor and cozy. It made our first trip to Savannah a memorable one.

My friend and I chose this listing for a four day visit to Savannah. We loved the location - in the historic section, across from the most beautiful square in the city Monterey Square. It was just one block from Forsythe Park which meant it was a quieter section of the city. But certainly an easy walk down to the River and nightlife of the City Market. Only hiccup was the information on getting visitor day parking pass. We were told we could get it at the Savannah Visitors Center. Turns out you have to go to the city services center on East Bryant and they are not open on Sunday. So a bit of a process to get the pass on Monday morning. But other than that, the apartment was perfect for a several night stay. Kitchen had lots of small appliances and there were plenty of linens and towels provided. We would definitely consider staying here again

This was AN amazing stay for my first time ever experiencing Savannah, Ga. We stayed in this wonderful place, in an almost perfect location! We were extremely close to all the sites and realized after a old trolly bus tour, we drove through our location which was pretty cool to see!
Would absolutely recommend! We did experience wishing the property had more towels and there was an old leaky ceiling stain on the Owner’s Suite that was an eye sore but overall, my family and I were very pleased with our stay! 10/10!
Parking 101: If you are not from the area, make sure you absolutely read the parking signs/ meters on the side of the streets. The local number I was provided in my VRBO app was more than helpful and available, however, it is vital you pay attention to the days the city performs street sweeps so you will not collect a citation.

This was a great place for a girls weekend! The master bedroom was beautiful, and the space was very well decorated in general. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and spent most of our time walking everywhere. Only suggestions I have would be to upgrade the mattresses and clean up the porch a bit. It was so dirty outside that we didn’t sit out there. Also, the queen bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The king was better, but the opposite- too soft. Highly recommend updating! Overall, great stay and if those 2 suggestions were remedied, we’d definitely be back!

Amazing, super clean, beautiful Savannah home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Park House Parlor on Monterey Square. This home and location checked off everything on our Savannah trip list - cleanliness, centrally located, homey accommodations in a historical neighborhood. This home was so conveniently located to everything we had planned, one of our tour meetup locations was directly across the street at the Pulaski monument in Monterey Square. I highly recommend this property and Lucky Savannah Properties will be our first go-to for accommodations the next time we visit Savannah.
