Dobra lokalizacja, duże minusy za brak klimatyzacji i brak parkingu

Lokalizacja, uprzejmości personelu

Brak klimatyzacji w obiekcie - latem nie da się wytrzymać, po prostu sauna. Okna wychodzą na ulicę, po otwarciu jest jeszcze goręcej. Brak możliwości skorzystania z parkingu. Zmuszeni byliśmy płacić duże sumy za parkowanie daleko od obiektu (2,5euro/1h).

the location was perfect, generous rooms and space. Our daughter felt wonderful having so much space. The parking experience was a bit difficult, but after 6 pm you can park in front of the property until the next morning 8 am

Great stay

It was huge, so much space, Trams are just across the road, so easy access to the main attractions. Very good restaurants close by particularly the Croatian one right downstairs

Very modern property. Location was okay as public transport is nearby - 20 mins to city centre. Supermarket is only 5 mi

Facilities are great. Everything we needed was in the property.

Property wasn’t very great. The sink in the toilet was dirty. We booked a family of 6 and my mum and dad slept in the sofa bed, there was no blind or curtain on the window next to them so neighbours could see them sleeping as we were on the 2nd floor and neighbours’ windows are close.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Fully equipped kitchen and clean&cozy rooms. Public transport and supermarket are nearby. We enjoyed the stay very much. We can strongly recommend.

Responsive host, clean apartment but smelly building and neighborhood far from city center.

The host was very hospitable and always available to answer any questions or help. There was free street parking in front of the apartment, which was nice. The rooms were big and clean, so was the kitchen, which was fully equipped.

The neighborhood is quite far from the city center so not ideal for tourists. The entrance to the building is quite dirty. The worst was the fact that there is a fish restaurant below the building so the whole building smells like fish including the bathroom in the apartment. The apartment was also quite hot given peak summer season, so the host should offer a fan for guests.

Beautiful appartment, well equipped. Very close to the train station. Supermarket as well as restaurants up to 5 min walk.

Apartment to recommend

Nice and comfortable apartment for us. Although a bit far from the center, it is close to a tram station so it is easy to get to other parts of Vienna. The host was very helpful and kind. We didn't notice the car dimensions restriction for parking in the host's garage, but he arranged another parking in a nearby garage

Some of the dishes were not washed very well, maybe it was just an oversight by the host

The apartment is spacious in a nice neighborhood. Everything was clean. Really great apartment for a longer stay.

We had to wash our towels, I expected more for a 13 day stay.

It was really good place to stay

Some supermarket and backerei near, the rapidity of response from the owner, the posibility of free parking (garage), the tramway station very close to the apartment.

The apartment was in a great location, very close to a tram that goes to the city center. Near everything - shops, restaurants and cafes.

It was not cleaned - the floor was dirty, the bathroom too. It was also not warm in the apartment.

Very nice apartment

Very nice, comfortable, clean apartment. Kitchen has everything you need. There is dishwasher too. Tram station is close and it’s easygoing to center of the city. P&R is close too,one metro station far away. I recommend it!

Spacious & Clean Apartment

1. Very spacious apartment, high ceiling with living room, open kitchen concept, hallway, 1 bathroom & 1 toilet (separated) and 2 large double bedrooms. 2. Modern style apartment. 3. Easy access self check in via safe key box located at the entrance of the house. 4. Washing machine (no dryer) located at the bathroom. 5. Smart TV with Youtube, Netflix, local channels etc. 6. Strategic location, close to coffee shop, restaurant, grocery store (SPAR), tram. 7. Kitchenette with induction cooker, kettle, coffee machine, microwave etc. 8. Parking garage (narrow entrance unless you drive a small car) is located about 5mins walk from the apartment. Please contact the owner for reservation.

1. Unfortunately there is no lift/elevator. Our apartment was at the 2nd floor, trouble some for me & husband to carry our few large suitcases via spiral stairs to the unit. 2. The kettle need to be cleaned or replaced with new one.

Amazing

The Place was very close to everything,we actually walked to town(40 min walking) but was a pleasure and an opportunity to check around in Wien.There is shops,grocceries,restaurants and bars around te place too.The parking it’s been provided in a private place that is keeping the car safe too.The rooms are a bit noisy as you can hear outside but if you have few beers or a night tea before sleeping you’ll be fine.The temperature in the rooms was fantastic.The lady we talked on the phone she’s very helpfully and friendly too.Overall i recomand the place and it’s been a nice experience there.
