Perfect basement apartment in a neighborhood not far from anything. King beds! Cute kitchenette, tvs in every room. Private driveway. The only note for those considering is the dehumidifiers and AC units make a lot of noise. We don’t mind cause we are used to using white noise at night, but someone who is used to quiet would not like it.Would stay again!

The apartment is super cute! It’s a basement apartment of a home. But totally private!!! It was perfect for my husband and I. Lovely decor and a cute kitchenette. (No stove, but there a microwave, toaster oven and mini fridge.) More than adequate. Located in a quiet older neighborhood that is very convenient to downtown. (Like 4 minutes!!) There’s a Trader Joe’s and a Whole food Market fast food just a couple of blocks away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again!

Excellent apartment. Only issue was the sound proofing from the upstairs. Very noisy

The property is close to grocery and fast food restaurants. It’s convenient to Asheville attractions. The interior is very nicely updated and decorated. It’s perfect for 1-2 people. For more than 2, additional seating would be nice. Parking just outside the unit was a definite perk!

Clean as a pin. Fit our group perfectly. Thank you.

Convenient, clean, modern, in a nice neighborhood and oh so noisy: from multiple AC units and heavy footsteps in house above.

Perfect rental and location
This rental was perfect for our visit to Asheville. It was a very short drive to many locations including downtown Asheville and hiking trails. The room was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Central location
Easy to check in and very clean. Good location for us to venture to Biltmore and grove park inn as well as downtown. Close enough to pop back for a rest between activities.

Cute Basement Apartment near Downtown
This property is located in a convenient area in relation to downtown. The space was very clean and had air purifiers in the unit to ensure cleanliness during COVID.
During our stay we really struggled with regulating the temperature in the unit. In the back “master” bedroom the air unit which is connected to the window kept falling off and pushing the hot air back into the unit. In the front bedroom our friends were able to cool off the room but in the middle of the night the unit switched to heat and again made the temperature uncomfortable.
The inside of the place was quite nice and the owner provided little snack and extra towels. Lots of personal touches. I think the exterior could have been cleaned up a bit. There’s also a camera that is watching you come and go, likely for safety but good to note.
As for check in we were encouraged to download and app but the app wasn’t linked to our listing. I messaged the owner about this and received little to no guidance on how to fix this issue. Ended up just having to use the lock box and key.
I think we did over pay for this unit but it’s the time of year we visited, during the fall the pricing in the Asheville area tends to be high. I would likely not return to this unit but I could get a hotel for similar pricing.

Highly Recommend
Lovely and comfortable accommodations for our party of three. The home is conveniently located for a short ride to downtown and nice for daytime walking or running.
The area is obviously in the progress of revitalization with many homes updated and maintained while others have yet to be tackled. My mother, a young 87 year old, and I very much enjoyed walking the area during the day. We felt quite safe and found the homes, trees, yards, and people quite interesting and entertaining. Many neighbors were out and about and all were very friendly. The residents seem to be young and energetic as is typical of an area being revitalized. If I were younger, I’d consider living here.
The apartment is creatively appointed and well done. Money was spent on important things like bedding and bathrooms and less on seating and conversation areas. The “kitchen,” as advertised, is more of a wet bar and coffee station with a toaster, microwave, and small frig, which was perfect for us. even though this is a daylight basement apartment, it does not feel like it is. (Love the ingenious lighted faux windows.)
It did not seem damp and the temperature was good. There are several dehumidifiers and air conditioners/heaters that pop on and off to maintain the air quality. For this reason, I would not recommend these accommodations for light sleepers.
The hosts made themselves readily available through messaging and I felt, had we needed more attention, they would have provided it.
I do recommend this apartment and would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

I do have a few friendly suggestions for the hosts to consider during their next capital infusion. The front bedroom needs seating and somewhere to place another suitcase and personal items by the french doors. We would have enjoyed some comfortable seating outside the french doors. Though space is obviously at a premium, a couple of additional chairs are needed in the din to accommodate 4 guests.
Well done and good luck in the future.

Not as expected
Generally a good stay, however there were a couple of surprises. Very clean and new, spacious bedrooms and nice bathroom. Good coffee and nice snacks. However, the neighborhood was not what we expected. Just a little rundown. Not unsafe. The bigger problem was the lack of sitting space in the living / kitchen area. The apartment will sleep 4 adults, but only 2 can sit at the table or on the sofa. There were 3 adults in our party so one stood at mealtimes, and the lack of seating in the living area meant conversation was short. A premium is charged for more than 2 guests, so you would expect better accommodation for the third or fourth guests. There is enough space, but it has not been laid out well for a 2 bedroom apartment.

Good getaway spot
We enjoyed the space a lot, especially the beds & large shower! The back room was very private and good for our kidless guests. The front room opened into the living space which was great for us having kids. I highly recommend blackout curtains in front room. It got light very, very early and caused kids to wake up, this would be the main reason why we wouldn't return in the future.

Cute spot
This place was so cute, and CLEAN! We had an issue right away when we checked in re: one of the bedrooms having water damage, however, that was quickly resolved and we just stayed in the other bedroom. This place is very homey and a nice relaxing spot at the end of a busy day. If we are back, we will DEFINITELY stay here again

I was in Asheville on business. This property is conveniently located near downtown and the arts district without the associated noise and parking issues. Very reasonably priced compared to downtown hotels.

Accomadating and comfortable
The owners checked with us everyday to make sure we had what we needed. The accomadations were clean and looked new. Plenty of room for the two of us staying there. It was centrally located to get to either downtown or to Biltmore. We could here the people upstairs walking and moving things around.

Fun in Asheville
We really enjoyed our stay in Asheville. The 2 bedroom apartment was sparkling clean, and all of the furnishings were classy, and in great shape. The extra treats and amenities were also appreciated. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore, and the check-in and check-out process were effortless. We'd definitely recommend staying with Danielle!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
We absolutely loved this place. When we travel, we love to stay in roomy, cozy accommodations and this rental has it all! We were in Asheville for four nights and had everything we needed. Our hosts were awesome! They were spot on with communication and extremely hospitable. Danielle checked in on us via text to make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodations were wonderful with a suite-sized living room, large bedroom with king sized bed and Tempurpedic mattress (I'm pretty sure) and large shower. Loved that there are snacks, water and coffee offered, complimentary by the hosts. Also, there is a Whole Foods a couple of miles from the house. We ate out most nights so the small fridge was plenty for snacks and drinks. We have been to Asheville 5 times and if we go again, we'll definitely book here. Loved it!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

What a nice spotless remodel!!
My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary this last month when we stayed in these lovely accommodations. We felt like no one had ever stayed in the flat before as it was so new and clean and beautifully remodeled. The location was definitely perfect for Asheville. We are lucky enough to travel
alot and would love to return to this home which we can't always say!
Thanks for thinking and providing everything we would want in a getaway!

Minutes away from DT Asheville & SO clean!!
This apartment was so beautiful and clean and had such a nice charm. We were in town for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and the owners went above & beyond and had a gift waiting for my sister. The king bed was so comfortable. There was great space for us 4 ladies. The shower was like an oasis spa. The bathroom was large enough to not feel cramped. There was SO much space in the bedroom and living room was a good size. There were plenty of dishes/cups/silverware. And the keurig and snacks provided was a very nice touch. We will be visiting Asheville again and will for sure be back to this apartment again and again.
Oh, and the apartment is located about 6 mins from DT Asheville, but I wouldn’t recommend walking to downtown. There is a parking deck in the DT area, and the most we ever paid at the parking deck was $6. So, overall this apartment is beautiful, convenient and in a quiet area.

Great location and very comfortable suite!
Our visit to Asheville was amazing and our choice of this suite to rent worked out perfectly. Very close to downtown and easy access to roads to Pisgah, Hendersonville and Biltmore. The space was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and it was a quiet place to take a break or wind down for the night. We would definitely rent again.

Great property, great location, great management
The property is in excellent shape, the king size bed is extremely comfortable, bathroom, kitchen and living space are all nicely designed with multiple access points to the bedroom. The owners were very quick in their communications with us, and checking in/out procedures were the most efficient we have experienced. The location is great for downtown, about 20 minute brisk walk. We had a wonderful experience and will attempt to return in the future.

Clean and beautiful!!!
The apartment is beautiful and very clean! It is convenient to the city. The only thing I would do to improve the stay is add another portable airconditioner in the bedroom. It is a little warm if closing it off from the living room. Really enjoyed our stay there.
