About this apartment rental
Facing the Public Garden in Boston's most elegant and prestigious neighborhood, Beacon Hill, our 1700 sq. ft. home, completely renovated in 2019, is central to the best Boston has to offer. Restaurants, galleries, boutiques, the Charles River and Boston Common -- all just steps away!
Enjoy Boston and live like a Bostonian in our newly renovated, sophisticated and relaxed garden duplex home. Located on Beacon Street in Beacon Hill opposite the Public Garden and Boston Common (the oldest city park in America), our apartment occupies the first two stories of a historic granite-faced 1828 Asher Benjamin townhouse. The home receives sunlight all day long and offers spectacular park and city views. It is, of course, fully air conditioned..
The main floor (Parlor level), with magnificent 11 foot ceilings and beautiful woodwork, is comprised of living room with TV and gas fireplace, as well as a brand new open plan Siematic kitchen with island and dining area. These two areas are separated by beautifully restored original pocket doors. Beyond is a powder room and a bedroom/den (sofabed) with an adjoining outdoor terrace in back.
Three bedrooms are one level down (Garden level). The main bedroom has one queen bed, two fully outfitted closets and en-suite bath with tub/shower. The second rear-facing bedroom has two twin beds and a walk in closet. In front, there is a single smaller bedroom with a full bed and outfitted closet. Off the hallway there is an additional full bathroom with a glassed in shower. The baths are fully tiled with specialty tiles from StoneSource.
Together, the bedrooms sleep 7-8 comfortably.
High speed WiFi is available throughout our home.

This place is fabulous! We have stayed in several rental properties around Boston, and this is our favorite - by far! A recent renovation means that the property is bright, airy and clean. We loved the location and had fun walking around Beacon Hill and beyond. Peter was very helpful and communicative during our stay. We will highly recommend this property to friends and family traveling to Boston!

Our family stayed here on our trip to Boston. You can’t beat the location across from the Public Garden and Charles Street around the corner has great restaurants, coffee, quick groceries, etc. The unit is two floors and is updated and clean. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. We felt we had plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day of exploring. We enjoyed morning coffee on the back patio. Cheers is steps away and was great place for a drink and bite to eat when it wasn’t busy. Stay here. You won’t regret it!

Everything in this VRBO is new and beautiful. It was spotless, and Peter was so accommodating. The pictures really don't do it justice. There are actually two twin beds in the downstairs bedroom, which was a nice surprise because we were only expecting one. There was plenty of space for all of our kids to spread out. We had everything we needed for our stay, including all of the little touches that a lot of rentals don't have like laundry detergent. 10/10 we would definitely stay again.

We rented this unit to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. There were 7 adults and we all fit in great. The rental is newly renovated and very pretty. The open kitchen and family room was great for all of us gathering for games and cocktails. The location is absolutely perfect. You are literally right next to the Boston Public Garden and the metro. There is a little grocery store (with fresh fruits and veggies) two doors down from the unit. The owner Peter is super easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Boston!

Peter’s home was one of, if not the best, vacation homes my family and I have stayed. The location was perfect and short walking distances or Uber rides to anywhere you wanted to be in Boston. The home was sparkling clean and the furnishings were very comfortable. Our one regret was not booking a longer stay. Peter was very responsive and helpful from the time we booked the stay to the moment we checked out.

The accommodations are amazing. Everything in this apartment is high quality. It was impeccably clean; and there was a treat waiting for us when we arrived! Peter was wonderful to work with. He responded so promptly to all questions. The location was unbeatable. We were able to walk to historic attractions, shopping, restaurants, and Fenway Park. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was awesome! Beautiful, very clean and in a perfect location. Parking garage was very close and easy to access. We had 5 women and everyone had plenty of space. There are 3 bedrooms and then a sitting room with a double futon. The communication with the owner was fantastic. He was quick to respond every time I messaged him. Highly recommend this VRBO.
