Lovely Apartment

Apartment was lovely and comfortable and we would 100% come back now we know what to expect RE checking in etc. Host was helpful with his parking recommendations and the apartment was in a great location

We had issues with the heat- apt was freezing one of the days and we couldn't turn on the heaters. Eventually they came on for a short while- obviously on timer. An instruction sheet in the apt would have been helpful advising of this. Communication could also have been a bit better RE checking in and out. Checking in was very confusing and we weren't sure what to do to check out considering we had to meet someone at check in so just had to assume what we were supposed to do as we didn't hear back from the host before we left. This could maybe be outlined in the booking itself for future guests. I don't think it's necessary to have to meet a person for check in especially when the process did seem quite straight forward. We did however really appreciate that the apartment was ready a bit early for us.

Greet location, beautiful aparment thank you. Highly recommend.... Who needs a hotel???

I had to meet the owners. Would prefer to just open the key box.

Don't need the meeting of the owners. They were polite. but I grew up in Derry and don't need a welcome. Sorry

Great apartment near the city centre. Would definitely stay again

Great apartment, great location, check in service was very easy. Contact with John throughout was great. We had a small issue which was handled accordingly by a housekeeper being sent

Very nice stay, we

Excellent location, very handy to central tourist area and restaurants. Nice view of river from the apartment. Kitchen was well-equipped.

It was interesting, Google Maps put the location in the middle of the river. We checked the postal code we received twice, and both times it got us wet. We also did not receive an apartment number. Would recommend better directions, I.E. "look for the Chinese restaurant, door is around the corner on the left side of building. Also, the lighting in the main living area was quite dim; it was very hard to read after dark.

Ideal place to stay for groups visiting Derry!

The location was perfect, with everything very close by.

The apartment overlooks a main road which remains relatively busy during the night, and can be quite noisy when the window is open, which was needed at time as the room could become quite hot.

Everything was perfect. Apartment is very clean and stylish. Location just a couple minutes walk from town centre. Shops almost right next door. Hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Everything was right on our doorstep and the apartment was very well presented. Colin was very helpful.

It was very bright and airy. The views over the river Foyle were amazing and the apartment had all the facilities you would require. Best of all it is very central to all amenities.

No walk in shower and no handrail to enter and leave bath to have a shower

We liked the view we had of the river was nice seeing boats go past. They had a few items there that was nice to have as we arrived late like milk in the fridge.

The heat comes on automatically and can't be turned on or off at any other times we arrived back after dinner and apartment was cold but couldn't turn on heat.

Perfect location, ideal amenities

Great location, easy to access and nice views, very spacious. Tea and coffee provided along with some breakfast options.

Bit of surface dust in places, sofa bed wasn't particularly comfortable, no covers for the duvet or pillows for the sofa bed either.

Amazing location John and Connor were great and very approachable as and when needed Apartment was stunning had everything we needed and more Will be back here and highly recommend Usually stay at city won't ever stay anywhere other than here Mandarin Palace tight below, we were to hungover to go to restaurant and it was brought up to the door couldn't have complained about anything it was all perfect

There was 6 of us staying in the property so it was a bit small for us, it would be best suited for a group of 4.

I think its a great place to spend a few days and ideal for 4 people and not more than that..

location is excellent . You can walk to anywhere in Derry from the apartment. Tons of great restaurants just under the house . River facing view which is a plus.

The parking area but not that big a deal.

Lovely location. We could see three dolphins in the river Foyle through the living room windows.

Very stylish, attractive apartment. View over the quay & river & across to St. Columb’s park was beautiful.

Very noisy, right on the busiest, noisiest road in Derry! If ever you are upgrading the apartment, you should install triple glaze windows for better sound insulation. Also, may I suggest you add a mirror to the 2nd bedroom.
