Lovely hotel and staff, not ideal location.

Staff excellent, huge comfortable beds. Very pleasant stay

Located well out of the town, though taxis well priced and easy to get hold of. Thought the breakfast wasn't particularly good.

Good stay for last minute booking. Comfy beds and good lounge/bar areas.

Big so had lots of nice seating for relaxing on the ground floor. We got an extra bed which was a bonus.

The breakfast wasn’t great. Coffee was weak and cooked breakfast didn’t appeal.

Lovely peaceful location beside city. Really clean. Comfortable beds . Really good shower. Plenty of fluffy towels, toiletries .iron hairdryer. TV. 1st class hotel.Staff really friendly and helpful. Piano playing in hotel was icing on cake ❤

Staff were exceptional...but I find all Derry people very friendly. It is a very relaxing and calm hotel.

Bar a little pricey. Would have liked a pool or spa as it rained a lot while we were there. City a little too far to walk so had to take taxis.

The way a hotel should be

The quality of this hotel is superb: fresh, clean, bright rooms with impressive public areas. Clearly this hotel has been designed, built and operated by people who really know what they are doing. I’ve stayed at several hundred hotels around the world in the last two decades (Oberon, Hyatt, Four Seasons level) and the Everglades is up there with them, and at a fraction of the price. Has to be one of the best value hotels of all time . Superb.

EV charging not working which was disappointing. The one let-down was dining. The restaurant and staff were excellent, but the food seemed a bit stodgy.

Brilliant hotel

Brilliant hotel. Great service from all staff but especially the reception and bar staff who made us very welcome. Breakfast was awesome, dinner was one of the best meals we've had.

Superb

The hotel was very nice and clean. Loads of different seating areas. Staff were friendly. The food was beautiful. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

There was no sockets near the bed. There was an alarm clock on the bedside but was not connected as there was no socket.

Perfect Pre-Christmas break

Everything. The staff couldn’t be nicer, the food was beautiful, the room was fantastic and the place was spotless throughout. Nobody ever wants to go back to porridge after a break away, but we genuinely didn’t want to leave.

The only thing I would say would be that you could hear the traffic from our room but that’s nobody’s fault.

Generally stay was pleasant.

Property was fine

Radiator started rattling at 5 am coming on we assume, noise from the music a pity there was no sound proof door separating the bar to the ground floor rooms. On leaving the property, advised the car park was slippery, it was treacherous, no evidence of any area salted and the entrance/exit was terrible and if you lost control of car due to the ice you were straight out onto a main road .

the staff we came into contact with were very good. the rooms were comfortable.

there obviously were not enough staff. As we had to wait for over 15 minutes we asked at reception if bar staff were available. The barman was very pleasant. On ordering food in the bar that evening, it took more than an hour and a half to receive our orders. The same barman was very apologetic and gave us 20% off our bill. A daughter of the friends who were with us rang the hotel prior to our stay to organise a treat of a bottle of wine or a cheese board. The reception informed her they could not oblige.

unbelievable staff so so friendly would go out of there way to help you million percent I will be back again

staff we’re amazing was talking to a man called Finn was so so friendly and lovely to talk too he was so helpful lovely and a true gentleman

location was perfect and staff were so nice can’t remember a girl checked me in but she was really nice and made me feel so welcome
