Location excellent very central to all tourist attractions , food facilities and pubs people very friendly and Kevin very helpful and professional to deal with.
We liked everything except weather but that couldn't be helped this is our climate

Great location with everything in walking distance. Great customer service from Kevin, the owner. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. As we were touring, a great benefit was safe cycle storage, and this was organised with no problems at all.

Just disappointed overall, old, out dated, gross black mold bathrooms, the three that I used. Our toilet broke, but Kevin fixed it. The toilet seat didn't fit. Just a weird OLD home near the Walled City. Not an American B&B. Kitchen was gross. Sitting area soiled, warm out furniture,, pictures ripped off the walls, cob webs everywhere, broken vase at the picture window outside with fake flowers. Just disappointed!!
Everything. Take this off booking.com

nice room. Good bed. Good location.
Breakfast was a tea tray. Coffee in paper cups.
A small box of juice.
A cereal bar and some sort of bun in a packet.
With the reviews I read. I was expecting a little more.

It is a fire hazard and should never have been passed as a B&B as Airbnb

Great location for the city. Beds were comfortable and our host was easy to contact by phone.
The building is tired. Rooms were small and our first bathroom was minute. Our hand basin and tv didn't work- remote batteries corroded so hadn't worked for ages. We were moved to a bigger room which was overheated as radiators were on - in August- and couldn't be adjusted. Kettle on the floor - dangerous - with a short lead so unable to move it. Electrical sockets loose in wall. Breakfast was no more than a packaged snack that really didn't justify the name. Some reviewers called it "superb" - no, really, it wasn't. No spoons for stirring and no plates/paper plates. It was budget accommodation pretending to be much more. Sorry.

Location only
The hotel is described as B&B which was completely misleading as there was no breakfast provided other than an infrequent box of wrapped pasties in a box with coffee sachets left at the door. New towels were not offered, and the bedding was never changed. The kitchen was very dirty, with the washing machine soap trays that had never been cleaned. The tumble drier was clogged up with fluff. There was a cleaner who did a very poor job. I my opinion it should be removed from the Bookind.com web site. Would never recommend anyone to stay.

very dated and old furniture

Excellent location for seeing Derry attractions. Owner is not living on premises but arrived promptly to let us in. He was very friendly & accommodating. Parking is on street, so if arriving during business hours, parking near to house could be an issue, but no issue after 6.
The property was not very clean & was more on the order of student housing. If luxury is your thing, this is not the place for you.

Location good Friendly staff
No breakfast thought there was Pillows on bed need changed Could get a smell

The host was most engaging. Free and easy to come and go.
The name "walled city" should be taken with caution. The location is fine and quite central enough, but not in the walled city and we half expected this before we arrived!
