Right in the center

The position was really central, close to everything Room was nice and clean. Very silent People working in the hotel were all nice and available at request

The wardeobe was too small for.a triplw room Hotel not accessible by car in a crowded pedestrian road: local community similar to the people you meet in the surroundings of a station

Bardzo udany przedłuzóny weekend majowy

Znakomita lokalizacja. Do wielu miejsc blisko piechotą, a stacje metra i przystanek słynnego tramwaju 28 tuż, tuż. Bardzo wygodny pokój. Śniadanie w relacji do ceny całkiem satysfakcjonujące, aczkolwiek zero warzyw (ale za to sporo świeżych owoców). Prosiliśmy o zorganizowanie transferu z i do lotniska. Zadziałało b. dobrze. Jak w centrum wielu współczesnych miast sporo koczujących bezdomnych w okolicy, ale nie wpływa to na poziom bezpieczeństwa. Widoczny nadzór policji.

Żadnych podstaw do uwag negatywnych.

Lovely room.

Location is very good although be aware - the street where the hotel is located is very narrow and not suitable for a taxi , but the road is only about 100 metres away. We travelled by metro which is only a two minute walk away. The room was BIG and the bathroom was very lovely. There were bottles of water free as well as tea and coffee with a facilities in the hotel dining room for tea and coffee all day. This was a lovely hotel and I would stay here again.

Toilet flush didn’t work correctly, the ironing boards they have are useless safe also was not working correctly in my particular room but didn’t use it anyway.

The location was perfect close to the city centre.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Philippa (the best). Breakfast is satisfying, and the hotel is close to many restaurants and shops. Also close to the train station.

The lack of shelves in the shower room and the walldrobe is too small.

Perfetto per esplorare la città

In pieno centro, a meno di 10 Min a piedi da Piazza del Commercio fronte mare. Piccolo hotel con ristrutturazione recente, camera comoda e pulita. Bagno spazioso. Colazione ben preparata, dolce e salato, non pretenziosa ma sicuramente di buon livello. Nella piccola via adiacente alla piazza, a pochi metri si trova la fermata della metro. Ottimo punto per esplorare la città, facile perché in piano. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Diciamo che nel pezzetto di via in cui si trova ci sono un po' di persone disagiate...non è il massimo ma non si viene importunati. Può fare una brutta impressione ma non dipende dall'hotel. Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema a rientrare la sera.

Séjour parfait.

Proximité immédiate de la ligne verte du métro. Proximité du centre ville. Proche de restaurants. Hôtel très propre très confortable et avec un personnel au petit soins merci encore !

Calle con comercio y bullicio. Habitación muy pequeña y web la calle de las tiendas de una calle estrecha. Gente con mala pinta en la calle que te acosaban con la mirada y se acercaban a pedir tabaco... Nos fuimos a la hora a otro hotel decente donde poder estar tranquilo y dormir, aún a pesar de haberlo pagado.

Boa experiência!

Quarto espaçoso e hotel bem localizado, próximo ao metrô, pontos de ônibus importantes e restaurantes. Chuveiro e toalhas boas. Bom café da manhã.

Paredes do hotel finas, pude ouvir o hóspede do quarto ao lado. Colchão duro e cama que range quando a pessoa se mexe.

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro di Lisbona, a pochi metri dai taxi e dall'ascensore di Santa Justa. Personale gentile, camere molto pulite, doccia fenomenale.

La camera era un po' stretta per due persone.

Prima voor 1 nachtje

Ideale ligging.

Taxi kon niet recht voor de deur komen( laatste stukje lopen zo’n 2min. Wel handig om te weten voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn of met veel bagage). Ook hadden wij een slaapkamer with out a vieuw. Voor ons 1 nachtje geen probleem, maar mocht je langer blijven voel je je misschien wat opgesloten in een kamer zonder raam wat ergens op uitkijkt.

The location was good and what the hotel has the best to offer. Service from reception was good and receptionists helpful.

For the price, I think the reception is great but the room doesn't match the boutique style. Bed were ok, but not super comfortable. I wouldn't stay again in that area neither in the hotel. Maybe for 1 night ok, but for us that stayed 4 days was not in a good standard - definitely not 4 stars

Nice hotel but need to improve service.

Beautiful room and lobby. Nice breakfast.

My TV wasn't working and I wasn't offered another room. Only a breakfast and for the price of the room that wasn't good enough. Some staff appeared disengaged.

Very quiet place

The location was just in the center, you can walk all araound. The place was very neat and clean, very nice room and bathroom. Very quiet, even though it's in a busy street, you couldn't hear anything.

Dishonest, over promised and underdelivered. Seeking compensation.

Central location.

Expected more from a 4* hotel. For 30 euros, you're assured a parking discount, but upon collecting the card, it turns out ineffective. You'll then be charged the full amount when the machine issues a different card. Tensions rise as the security office disputes with hotel staff over the phone, all while your partner waits at the ticket barrier with a line of busy traffic behind you. You are then made to go to a cash point as the machine also doesn’t take card. A lot of street sellers and homeless outside the hotel, leaving a concern for safety. We chose this hotel because they advertised as providing a cot for the baby. After seeking confirmation, they assured us they would do their best, but upon arrival for parking card and reminder when room was ready, the cot never arrived. Despite mentioning it was on our booking, we returned to find no cot in the room at 8:40 pm. The receptionist eventually conceded that no cots were available due to high demand that day, proposing the alternative of letting the toddler sleep in the bed with us. This contradicted the information provided earlier, especially considering our initial attempt to check in before midday. Overall, a dishonest experience, will be seeking compensation and goes without saying we won't be returning to this hotel.

Receptionist was rude at first. The room had weird smells coming up like food or sewage. Breakfast was pretty poor - not one vegetable… The hotel entrance is on a pretty scary street filled with shady people.

Propre, confortable et personnel accueillant

Personnel super accommodant, chambre propre, bel endroit!

La localisation est proche du centre mais se trouve dans une rue piétonne donc l’accès en voiture avec valises est plus « difficilement » accessible. Ceci dit un stationnement payant se trouve à environ 5 min à pieds. De plus les commerçants autour de l’hôtel peuvent enlever un peu de charme à l’hôtel malheureusement.
