Lovely apartment

The apartment was lovely. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The owner of the property was very accommodating and came to meet us to let us in a little earlier as we had arrived sooner than expected. It was handy having a lift and a trolley to help with bringing our luggage into the apartment from the car. It was also good having our own parking space. All in all a good week.

Gut und sicher trotz Covid-19

Eine relativ große Anlage mit vielen Wohnungen. Nicht alle scheinen Ferienwohnungen zu sein. Die Wohnung war ansprechend eingerichtet. Alles für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt war vorhanden. Leider stört der Straßenverkehr etwas bei geöffnetem Fenster und auf dem Balkon. Ein deutscher Fernsehkanal wäre schön gewesen. Trotz Covid-19 fühlten wir uns überall sicher, natürlich unter den bestehenden Auflagen.

Location correspondant parfaitement à sa présentation, logement très propre et très bien agencé dans un très beau cadre. Tout était à notre disposition, parking privé très apprécié. Très bon accueil de Mr Warmé avec toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous pensons à reprendre cette location.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem tollen, sauberen, ruhigen, gut ausgestatteten Appartement mit Meerblick (den Fotos entsprechend). Wir wurden vom Vermieter herzlich empfangen. Ausführliche Informationen über das Appartement und die Umgebung lagen bereit, nicht zu vergessen, die Flasche Cidre und die Galettes. Concarnau, die Restaurants, der Markt, der Küstenwanderweg...haben uns gut gefallen. Herzlichen Dank R+S

Un appartement conforme au descriptif , une chambre très agréable avec un grand lit , de belles nuits , un loueur aux petits soins pour l'occupant , cidre et gâteaux bretons à l'arrivée , une documentation particulièrement détaillée , la classe ! Mais la météo n'a pas toujours été de la partie , ce qui ne nous a pas permis de tester la piscine, ni l'océan , dommage !

Ayant passé une agréable semaine à Concarneau, l'appartement de la résidence présente un atout comme l’accessibilité très proche à la plage des Sables Blancs, les commerces du centre (10 min à vélo), sentier côtier, et le confort nécessaire pour passer un beau séjour. Les équipements sont de tout confort. Les vélos mis gracieusement à disposition permettent de découvrir la ville de Concarneau et de sillonner les rues dont une très grande majorité est aménagée en pistes cyclables. Le propriétaire très accueillant, propose aux touristes une plaquette/brochure "faite maison" spécifiant les attraits ou autres curiosités locales. A recommander sans hésitations. VW

Très bel appartement, grand confort, bonne literie, propre. Très bien situé face à la plage et à environ 2 kms de la ville close en passant par la côte. D'autre part, le propriétaire a le souci d'informer ses locataires (documentations diverses sur place) et a eu de delicates attentions à otre arrivée (cidre, palets bretons, petits savons...) Nous avons donc passé une excellente quinzaine.

De très bonnes vacances à Concarneau et super location : appartement très agréable et très bien équipé avec vue sur la mer et en face de la thalasso (conforme à la description). Très bonne literie, piscine chauffée et équipements bébé de qualité mis à disposition (lit parapluie, chaise haute, transat et baignoire). Accueil chaleureux et prévenant du propriétaire : beaucoup de documentations et de bonnes adresses pour découvrir les environs et la ville, pas besoin de se rendre à l'office du tourisme ! Une bouteille d'eau fraiche et de cidre nous attendaient même dans le frigo, après plusieurs heures de voyages, nous étions ravis. Bref, nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Sehr gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Meerblick. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und kümmert sich sofort , Fahrräder werden gestellt. Die Gegend ist wundervoll und concarneau nur zu empfehlen. Der Pool ist beheizt ( 22 grad ) und wird täglich gewartet. Einziger wehrmutstropfen : die duschen funktionierten nicht.

Very nice Appartement. Whatever you need is there. Mr warme is very friendly And takes care of everything immideatly. The pool is nice, clean And warm. Only the showers didn't work. Bicicles are there and concarneau And the beaches are wonderful.

Un appartement très bien situé avec vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Un très bon équipement et une belle copropriété. La Thalasso à côté. Qu'aurions nous pu souhaiter de plus pour ce séjour avec notre fils de 16 ans qui a profité à plein de la piscine? M. et Mme Warmé, nous ont merveilleusement accueillis, et donné plein de conseils et documentations pour visiter cette magnifique région de Bretagne. Un séjour recommandé chaleureusement. On reviendra!

Très belle semaine

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement décoré avec goût. Situé à la Thalasso, il permet de découvrir facilement la ville à pied : marché, port de pêche et de plaisance, plage. L'accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire permet dès le début de se sentir chez soi. Une adresse à ne pas manquer.

bel appartement vue mer belles prestations appartement suffisamment grand pour 4 grand confort ( lit 1m60) très propre,les lits étant même faits à notre arrivée. propriétaire sympathique, de gentilles attentions lors de notre arrivée, de la documentation touristique suffisante, de beaux livres sur la Bretagne à consulter, et même des jeux de société et DVD. vraiment rien de manque JE RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT CETTE LOCATION; Dommage, nous n'avons pas eu une belle semaine niveau ensoleillement pour profiter un peu plus de la piscine ( chauffée à 28°) et de la terrasse.

A beautiful apartment in an excellent location

The apartment is very clean, well furnished and well equipped. The grounds and apartment building are well maintained clean and tidy. The outdoor pool is a real added bonus.There is ample secure car parking. The apartment is located across the road from a beautiful beach and is about 15-20 minutes stroll into town. Concarneau is a beautiful little town with plenty of bars and cafes, the old part is very pretty with shops and more cafes. We spent a lovely week here in july, very relaxing. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and would be entirely happy to stay here again in the future.
