Newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2 full bath minutes from Historic St. Charles Main Street, Lindenwood, Ameristar and many other amazing St. Charles destinations! This home was just lovely! Great location and easy to find. Well stocked kitchen including a few basic spices (this is not true of a lot of VRBOs). Ample towels, blankets, etc. provided. We also felt that the check-out expectations were extremely fair. Often VRBOs expect you to do a ton of housework before you leave and then still charge an astronomical cleaning fee. This one was right on the "money" in both what we should do and fee. A couple of quirks in this house to be aware of that are in no way a reflection on the property, but worth mentioning to make your stay a little more pleasant if they affect you: refrigerator is noisy! Turn the TV up loud and if you're a light sleeper and are in the upstairs bedroom, bring earplugs. Also, semi-steep stairs to get into the home (approximately 8?) and then two of the bedrooms are downstairs. Keep this in consideration if stairs are an issue. Again, this is NOT a reflection of the PROPERTY, just mentioning from a frequent traveler's observation. The four of us loved this home from start to finish and will definitely stay again if we head that way!!! SIDE NOTE: If you want the BEST MASSAGE EVER at an EXTREMELY reasonable price, check out Lily's in St. Charles. OMG! 3 of the 4 of us booked massages at the last minute on our last day and all agreed that they were the best we've ever had anywhere in this country at any price!!!!!! FANTASTIC!

The reason for the low rating is that there were a few cockroaches. We had no chive but to stay. The bed on the main floor was extremely uncomfortable. No wonder the rate was low. Next time we’ll look for a more expensive place. The stairs up to the door are dangerous for seniors. The person in charge is not taking care of this place.

My family and my niece’s family rented both sides of this duplex home for my son’s wedding. We could not have been happier with both spaces. This place is adorable and cozy. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The upstairs had a living room, kitchen/dining area and a bedroom and bath that was perfect for my elderly parents who do not do stairs well. There are quite a few stairs to get into the home, but my parents did ok with that as they took their time. You can see these stairs in their pictures, so it is something to determine for your own family’s needs. Downstairs there are 2 other bedrooms and a full bath. They are all very private. I would stay here again if I ended up in the area again. Don’t hesitate!

We stayed for a week, 2 adults and 4 kids....we loved that the kids got their space downstairs with their own bathroom and the adults their own space upstairs. Clean, close to food, groceries. We were there for travel soccer so the washer/dryer was a must! A great stay, highly recommend!

This place was our last stop on a family road trip vacation. After being in hotels for the past week, it was really nice for all of us to have our own space for a couple of nights before heading home. (Three bedrooms and pull out couch) St. Charles felt really safe and the Historic District was a lot of fun. The place was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed 2 days of being tourists in the St Louis area. It was nice to be close enough to attractions but far enough away from the crowds and traffic. The downtown area just a few blocks from the duplex held inviting old-town charm. The house was spacious, clean, and beds very comfortable. Hosts communicated efficiently. Neighborhood was quiet.

This property was very clean and easy to get to. It is not on the main shopping street so you need to drive to get there but it is on a quiet street which is nice in the evening/nighttime. All of our questions were answered quickly and the check-in/check-out process was clear and easy. Overall great stay.

Adorable duplex home on quiet street. Super clean and stocked with all basic essentials. The home was not 100% perfect, but for the price it was excellent. There was just tiny imperfections like a broken blinds slat and broken outlet, but like I said, clean and decorated really nicely. And the noise from the neighboring renters was less than you would hear in some hotel rooms, so no big deal.

I didn’t realize until we were there that there’s 2 units but the neighbors kept to themselves and we kept to ours. Everything we needed was provided and we were 5 minutes from everything. Had a great 21st up there would go again.

Our family had a comfortable visit here. We loved that there were 3 bedrooms so we could spread out - and the 2 bathrooms were very useful. We also liked that all 6 of us could fit at the table. We appreciated the baby gate. It would have been helpful to have a coat rack. I turned the fan from auto to ON and that helped with some of the noise in the back basement bedroom of the heat turning on in the night. Our daughter loved the Paris decor. We would recommend this house and would stay here again.

We loved this home! We visited town for a baby shower so we did not plan on spending too much time at the house. The three bedrooms were so spacious and homey for our group of 5. We felt very spaced out between the two floors. It was a great location to restaurants and walking Main Street. We loved Lady Dis breakfast dinner. They were a hoot. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks!
