Location, location, location is the key to this fabulous holiday unit, Hibiscus Court is only 150 meters to beautiful Shoal Bay beach.

Shoal Bay beach is an idyllic scene with a wide arc of white sand with the heritage lighthouse and Little Beach on one end and the striking Tomaree Head on the other. This small hamlet is a great base for enjoying the natural wonders of Port Stephens, including spotting dolphins and koalas in the wild and hiking that finish with unforgettable views.

A quick 150 meter walk will take you to the calm aquamarine waters of Shoal Bay which are perfect for swimming, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding, or hire a bike and explore the scenic foreshore, there are free BBQ facilities and picnic tables at the beach side reserve available.

At the eastern end of Shoal Bay is the magnificent Tomaree National Park where you can visit Fort Tomaree and view the reminders of Australia’s World War II coastal defence, continue on to the Tomaree Head summit walk for a breathtaking panorama of Port Stephens and the NSW North Coast - even spot whales during the migration season.

Shoal Bay offers a selection of cafes, restaurants and takeaway fish and chips shops. Visit Shoal Bay Country Club to enjoy breakfast at Mermaids Cafe, lunch or dinner in the restaurant overlooking the ocean and tasty cocktails on the sunny patio, the club is directly across from the beach and hosts live music on the weekends and kids’ activities on Sunday afternoon.

Unit 2 is over 2 levels, upstairs having a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities , living area with a wall air conditioner and ceiling fan and free unlimited Wi-Fi, main bedroom with a ceiling fan and timber laminated floorboards and bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity.

Down the spiral staircase will take you to an open plan area with 1 single bed and the second bedroom with a single bunk and single bed.
The property also provides an external laundry with a top loader washing machine and spare fridge. Parking provided is a single garage and single space in the driveway.

Perfect for you and your family, the layout makes it an ideal destination for a couple or a small family alike, this is an ideal holiday property for the bargain hunters!

Close to everything
An old property but a close walk to Bay and shops. The main queen bed needs replacing as Springs are poking into your body! Kitchen needs new non-stick frying pan. But a great property for a big family with the main bedroom separated from kids rooms downstairs! Stayed 3rd years in a row.
