“Sherman” is a great ocean side town home in the center of Wrightsville beach! Enjoy your Wrightsville Beach vacation in this very attractive 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse that is less than a block from the beach and Johnnie Mercer’s Pier. Come and experience comfort and convenience!
The main living area features an open concept kitchen, and the living area makes an easy gathering space for families. The living room opens to a large deck complete with table and chairs for outside dining – providing the prefect blend of indoor-outdoor living! The quaint kitchen has everything you need to make a home cooked meal and has an open sightline to the dining and living area. There is a guest bedroom on this level that is furnished with two twin beds. The twin bedroom shares access to the hall bathroom.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom is perfect for families. Furnished with a lush king-sized bed, there is also a private bathroom and deck that is ideal for sunning. The primary suite has a twin sized day bed and a pull-out twin trundle bed that can accommodate two additional people. Down the hall there is another guest room complete with a king-sized bed and bathroom.
Children will have fun at the public park that is less than a block away. The Loop, a 2.5 paved pathway around neighboring Harbor Island and downtown Wrightsville Beach is accessible practically at your front door for an early morning jog! “Sherman” is located on the East side of Lumina Avenue, so there is no need to cross busy streets to get to the ocean. We had an A+ vacation staying at this property. We had 6 adults and everyone had their own space and bathroom which was really awesome. The kitchen is on the small side, but it worked out fine. There are enough chairs around tables to eat together or for playing games inside or also out on the deck. The location is near many places within walking distance and the beach is really close. I can't wait to stay here again!

Overall, the unit was fine. It could use some fresh paint and new rugs (they were pretty dirty). Downstairs bathroom lights should be replaced - very dark. Internet was spotty. Location was okay but noisy. Brawl at bar one street away at 2:45 am was unsettling. Beach was very accessible and not too crowded. We love Wrightsville Beach and will return but probably not to this unit.

As I was standing in the kitchen, some stranger typed in the code for the door, unlocked it, saw me, yelled 'oops', and then left. When we called Bryant Real Estate, we had to leave a voicemail because you didn't answer. You never got back to us despite us calling two times after. We will definitely never use this company again for our beach trips. You don't even have a door guard lock, just the code.

Wedding weekend
The Sherman property was perfect for our stay! The location was 5 minutes from the wedding venue which made it easy to travel with two small children. We were close to the beach, pier and a park for the kids to play at. We would definitely book this property again!

Good location
The bedding really didn’t fit in terms of comforters. There is a big pile of hair behind the bathroom door and the inside of the bathroom vanities had toothpaste rings. I don’t think there’s any extended amount of cleaning being done.I think for the price I expected it to be a little nicer, less dated. Especially thought during Covid it would be cleaner

Great location !
We had a really nice long weekend stay here at this rental. It’s located just steps away from
The beach. Also a short walk to Resturant’s and ice cream shop. The place was clean and comfortable for our family. The Parking was great too- Right by the road so you must be ok with loud cars and street noises. We brought a sleeper white noise machine and it drained all that out for a very peaceful sleep ! Would recommend and also come again !

Awesome stay!
We were very happy with our stay here! The location is awesome , 5 houses in from the beach and parking for 2 cars was awesome . I walked the beach every morning. The house is date but the bathrooms are renovated . Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is huge for a family with teens. We would definitely stay again. Thank you !

It's not super spacious, but we still felt very comfortable with seven people. Having three bathrooms definitely helps. The outside shower area is very convenient; the decks are nice, and while a little small, the kitchen had most everything we could want. The ice maker was a champ. The single problem we encountered was that the coffee maker was really gross. It wasn't just stained inside, but was caked with filth that made it unusable until we scrubbed it with bleach and ran hot water through it a couple times. But, I know that, if we had reported it, Bryant would have taken care of it because they were totally on-the-spot with fixing a blown circuit breaker and getting us hooked up with the wi-fi password. Great people. Great place. Thank you!

The property was nice and enjoyed having two master suites upstairs. The bedroom downstairs was also good having the two twin beds. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. The parking situation worked out good also. The only disappointment is that we think we left a laptop and it was not found.

The location of the townhouse was perfect! It was close to the beach, grocery, and restaurants! The house itself was very clean. The carpet was worn, but expected in rental where people will drag sand in it all week. I couldn't find a coffee maker when I got there and called Bryant Real Estate and they brought me a brand new one within 10 minutes! Of course, then I found the coffee maker in a closet down the hall as we were checking out. So, now there are two:) The stopper for the sink broke and they immediately were there with a new one. I can't say enough of the great response time and attention given by Bryant Real Estate. I would definitely use them for renting again!

Condo was fine, a bit dated but overall fine.
Location wasn’t great, beach was very crowded because of all the public access and it was noisy being near a big intersection. Easy walk to Wings and Kohl’s so that was a plus.

Older property but well maintained and you cant beat the location. Very reasonably priced compared to other smaller places. Very nice that each bedroom has its own bath. Had some trouble with the fridge alarming during our stay. The rental company sent someone right over and was able to quiet the alarm eventually. As we were checking out the owner was having a new fridge delivered. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Actually this was our second stay, we also rented here in November.

From the beginning Bryant Real Estate was extremely unprofessional. I have rented through Bryant multiple times over the past 6 years and every time I am unimpressed but this was the absolute worst! After numerous complications with my reservation (Booking and confirming a rental only to find out a week later it is unavailable) they REFUSED to pay the difference for putting me in a different rental because the one I had booked and was apparently unavailable after a week of receiving my booking confirmation. I asked for complimentary linens, and early check in, and a late check out (I was able to see there was no one in the unit before or after our arrival) I was told yes to late check out and early check in and then when I asked about the linens again they said "We don't want to give that to you" and then only offered me an early check in. They were unbelievably rude over the phone after they caused this much inconvenience they yelled at me and told me I "was being difficult". I have never experienced such awful customer service from a rental agency. I will NOT be booking with Bryant ever again.

This is the second year in a row that my best friend and I have rented this place for our annual summer vacation. Overall, the stay was fine, but I was very disappointed in the old appliances and Bryant’s response to the broken dryer. Last year when we rented the place, it took 1.5-2 full cycles to dry a load in the dryer, so I was shocked when I returned 365 days later to find the same dryer!! Further, when the dryer stopped working on the 2nd day of our 7 day trip I wasn’t surprised and assumed this issue would be quickly resolved. However, 2 full days later (3rd day without operational dryer, and we have 5 children under age 12) the dryer still remained broken. Although it was ultimately replaced, the communication throughout the ordeal was less than ideal. Moreover, the quality and capacity of the replacement was less than optimal given that this is a beach rental.
