This great holiday home is everything as announced on the website!
We were there for 1 week with 4 adults and 2 dogs (border collie). The big garden is completely enclosed and have enough shadow places for warm summers.
Fully equiped kitchen with everything we needed with a big refrigerator and freezer.
Bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor were perfect.
3 bedrooms and basic bathroom on the first level.
Great welcome and perfect communication with the owners.
Short car ride to the center of Uzes with grosery stores, bakkeries and plenty of restaurants and little charming shops.
Within half an hour´s drive enough to do (towns, nature,...).
One hour´s drive to the coast line (region Aigues Mortes).

1st time here and 7 of us in total + 2 dogs. Good location walking distance from supermarket and boulongerie. Great covered veranda to sit and eat under. Best pool we’ve ever had for cleanliness. Good sized downstairs bedroom. Doubles upstairs but smaller. House was well equipped for glasses and kitchen equipment. Lots of bity thing’s outside but that’s normal for south of France.

Zeer nette, complete vakantiewoning gelegen in het groen.
Alles zeer net , compleet uitgerust en rustig gelegen. Airco is een zeer groot pluspunt. Voor de rest een goede en snelle service van de eigenaars (een korte onderbreking vh internet was direct gemaakt). Aanrader voor een ontspannen zwembadvakantie in een zeer mooie streek.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable , la maison est fonctionnelle et le jardin très grand. Nous avons pu profiter de la grande terrasse ombragée.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Mr et Mme Acarie, qui se sont montrés disponibles et de bon conseil.
Petit bémol au niveau de la literie, un peu dure à notre goût…

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette magnifique propriété! Tout est fait pour que le séjour se passe parfaitement. L’accueil de nos hôtes est chaleureux, les informations données utiles et les conseils bienvenus. La maison est moderne, les installations sont fonctionnels et la cuisine est très bien équipée. L’exterieur est aussi superbe, avec la pisicine, les grands arbres qui permettent la sieste à l’ombre et une terrasse, elle aussi à l’ombre qui permet de passer de bons moments conviviaux. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location!

Maison de vacances agréable et magnifique. Beau terrain, belle piscine et belle maison. Séjour à 8, tout le monde a apprécié aussi bien les petits que les grands. L'environnement est exceptionnel isolé mais tellement proche de tout.

Séjour formidable, accueil chaleureux, on a rencontré des personnes très gentilles, affables, à l’écoute.

Une grande piscine bien située.
On a passé un séjour magnifique on était avec une adolescente et sincèrement y’a de tout pour plaire à tout âge.
Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leurs accueil leurs gentillesse et leurs présence.
C’est une villa qu’on recommande les yeux fermés.

Magnifique
Superbe maison , avec un cadre très reposant . Très bien entretenue et très accueillante on s’y sent chez sois. Très très grande piscine les enfants on adorés et même les adultes. Jardin très spacieux aucun vis à vis, le seul petit point négatif ce sont les moustiques mais ça ce n’est pas votre faute c’est la nature :)
Maison bien équipée que se soit dans la cuisine - jeu pour la piscine - les chambres (très bonne litterie).

A quaint french country get-away
The villa is secluded with almost complete privacy and a substantial amount of surrounding land. Despite the close proximity of the Haribo factory, the surrounding trees and vegetation do an excellent job of giving you the impression that civilisation is a long way off as the factory can neither be seen or heard. The villa itself was very clean with everything you could need. A modern and well equipped kitchen housed a large fridge/freezer with ice machine. Parts of the villa have been modernised (downstairs areas), with other parts fairly basic. The pool is smaller than appears in the pictures (they always are!) but was more than adequate for our two families. The wifi and internet always worked and even allowed one of us to participate in a works video conference call for over an hour with no connectivity issues. The only down side was the constant attack of mosquitos and other biting insects. Although I 've been to many tropical countries and holidayed in the South of France a number of times, this was the worst I've experienced. None of the local bought repellents seemed to work.
The owners were very welcoming and through our pigeon French and their broken English, easily managed to explain everything we needed to know when we arrived.
The location of the villa is secluded with many other neighbouring and similarly secluded villas. It is a 10 minute walk to the nearby supermarket and other outlets, but the main town of Uzes is a 5 minute drive, and too far to walk. Uzes is a traditional and fashionable (and at times expensive) town, with lots happening and many good restaurants. Well worth a number of visits. The locals are very friendly with many speaking English.

Ruhig und komfortabel
Das Haus ist sehr schön mit einigem Komfort, beispielsweise Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelspender. Beides könnten wir bei dem heißen Wetter auch sehr gut gebrauchen.
Mr. Acarie reinigt alle paar Tage früh morgens den Pool, wir haben ihn nur zweimal in den drei Wochen gesehen. Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Pärchen dort und konnten jeweils eine Etage nutzen, was sehr praktisch war. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich neben Küche, Wohnraum und einer kleinen Ecke mit Waschmaschine ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein WC und ein Bad. Das Schlafzimmer hat eine Terrassentür aus Kunststoff, kein Fenster. Wer Angst vor Mücken hat und lüften möchte, sollte sich selbstklebendes Mückennetz mitnehmen. Im oberen Stock gibt es mehrere Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Bad. Oben sitzt auch die Klimaanlage. Es gibt sehr wenige Steckdosen im Haus, auf der Terrasse gibt es gar keine. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist ruhig und dennoch ist der nächste Bäcker und ein Supermarkt nicht weit. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, wir durften auch unser Auto (Plugin Hybrid) laden. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

ACARIE pour leur accueil si chaleureux et la qualité des prestations et des équipements proposés au sein de cette si confortable villa et si belle propriété - leur entretien en est parfait, tout ici est pensé pour que nous nous sentions comme à la maison, rien ne manque !
Les couchages sont excellents - je tiens à préciser que nous n'avons eu aucun souci de débit..que cela soit pour l'eau... ou le wifi.
Les lits faits à l'arrivée, le linge de maison et le ménage de fin de séjour sont des services particulièrement appréciables....plus qu'à se concentrer sur la beauté des lieux, ...les chants des merles et des grillons vous berceront, nous avons admiré huppes, pic vert et écureuils....bref...aux portes de la merveilleuse cité d'Uzes : LE PARADIS !!

Sehr schön gelegen mit einem grossen Umschwung. Das Haus ist gut und zweckdienlich eingerichtet und in einem guten Zustand. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert. Die Betten sind für grossgewachsene Personen zu klein. Deshalb hier ein Punkt Abzug.

Nous avons passés de merveilleuses vacances dans ce logement en ne manquant de rien. Il y a tout les équipements nécessaires ( machine à laver, micro onde, lave vaisselle, frigo américain etc...)
Notre chien s'en est donné à cœur joie dans cet espace immense.
A cette période de l'année, la météo était excellente.
Mme et Mr Acarie sont disponible pour leurs hôtes.

Alles da, was man für den Familienurlaub braucht!
Wir haben das Haus mit einer befreundeten. Familie gemietet. Für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder passt es wunderbar. Die Kinder hat der Pool glücklich gemacht (M. Acarie hat auch jeden Tag auf die Wasserqualität geschaut, was ich sehr lberuhigend finde). Für die Erwachsenen gab es himmlische Ruhe, eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche, Croissants in Laufweite zum Frühstück und
das schnuckelige Städtchen, das man in 40 Minuten über einen wunderschönen Wanderweg an der Alzon erreichen kann, wenn man keine Lust auf Auto hat.
Und innerhalb einer Autostunde kann man so viel Sehenswertes (römische Ruinen, Weingüter, Shopping, ...) erreichen, dass zwei Wochen niemals erreichen, um alles anzusehen!
Kurz und gut: ein toller Auflauf, bei dem alle Spaß hatten!

Wunderbar großzügiges Grundstück
Kein luxuriöses, aber ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Schöne große Terrasse, eine Boule-Bahn, Grillstelle und ein Pool ohne direkte Nachbarn. Man ist auf dem riesigen Gründstück völlig für sich.
Für ein Ferienhaus eine erstklassig ausgestattete Küche, von der Eiswürfelmaschine angefangen bis hin der Vielzahl von Töpfen und Pfannen.
Die Lage (ein vorhandenes Auto vorausgesetzt) ist sehr gut, ein Supermarkt ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Zur Innenstadt von Uzes (ausgesprochen sehenswert und lebhaft) sind es ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Sehr schönes Haus mit riesigem Garten in angenehmer und ruhiger Lage
Wir haben zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Mme. und Mr. Acarie haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und alles gezeigt. Das Haus ist mit allem, was man im Urlaub so braucht, sehr gut ausgestattet. Überhaupt ist das Haus und der Pool in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Der Garten ist riesengroß und war für unseren Hund das wahre Paradies.
Es gibt eine sehr schöne, große und überdachte Terrasse, die ausgiebig Platz für 8 Leute bietet.
Uzes ist eine sehenswerte Stadt mit einem Samstagsmarkt, der unbedingt einen Besuch wert ist. Die Landschaft rund um Uzes ist einfach traumhaft -> Pont du Gard, Avignon, Camargue und vieles mehr.
Wir hoffen, dass dies nicht unser einziger Urlaub dort war und möchten gerne wieder kommen.

Parfaite pour des vacances en famille
Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles. Située au bout d'une impasse, donc au calme, sur un grand terrain clos (parfait pour de jeunes enfants), la maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Piscine sécurisée très agréable.
Et quelle riche idée d'avoir su conserver ainsi ces murs de pierres sèches et ces maisons de vignerons (cabordes en Franche-Comté). Pour ceux qui fuient le béton, cela donne un charme agréable et reposant à ce quartier simple et très bien préservé.
Les petits-enfants souhaitent y retourner... !
