Location was excellent in the old town. Right in the heart of the town and fairly flat. Couple of flights of stairs to the apartment but very manageable. Very spacious, good airconditioning and wifi.
Only thing it lacked was a bottle opener.

The location was excellent. We got inadvertently upgraded to a different unit in the same building. The entrance to the flat was along a flight of stairs but fortunately, it was close to the bottom. A quick walk from everything including the beach. Everything was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities you could need. It had an outdoor patio area with an outdoor shower (perfect when you're coming from the beach). The person who met us (Asia, sp ?) was very nice and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, this is a highly recommended flat and would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Monterosso/Cinque Terre.
Nothing that we didn't like. Our only complaint was that we wish we had stayed longer.

Great location and sweet little apartment. We were glad to find a washer. Nice to have a kitchen and balcony. Also nice to store our bags at the wine shop.
Everything was great. No complaints.

I loved the location! I could honestly live there it was so pretty and convenient! The cute little bar right downstairs was magical at night. I didn’t want to leave.
I had a little trouble with the key trying to open the door from the inside but not a big deal at all. I also wish there was more nespresso pods for the machine (original style) so bring those with you if you want to drink on the beautiful patio.

very comfortable and nice apartment
You can hear every little noise from anywhere in the building very well inside this apartment. it was super noisy all night long with people in apartment above walking around and people exiting and entering apartments from outside the hallway. The wifi didn’t work, the host was unresponsive to questions or fixing wifi, the television didn’t work. we normally don’t care about wifi and television but travelling with two small children we need other forms of entertainment at moments of the travel.

We like italian magic environment, close to beach from apartment ( public just 1 minutes) however we have used private beach (5 minutes from apartment, paid but much more better, umbrellas, beds and toilet and less crowded). Lorenzo has been very helpfull to settle up on the place.
Very bad parking. There is Loreto 2 parking house , 3.floors however when I have arrived, all full despite huge price.
I already used to park on other side, Fegina parking on the beach. There has been a lot of parking spaces and I left the car there. However I didnt like it. The car is on the beach all day which means The sun shining all day to paint, tyres, rubbers, plastic and battery. And at the end of week, the car is very dirty from melt of sand and water. And other thing, pricing policy when first day you pay 25 EUR, second 25 EUR, than 1- 3 day 10 EUR , than 5 EUR etc. kept us from use the car for trips around. And the Fegina parking is a quite far way to bring the luggage into car so I have woke up and I have went for the car and goes back to Lorete 2 ( cca 7 km) to be easily load our things. One week for car parking = 100 EUR on the beach.

3 adults stayed comfortably in this super clean, modernised apartment. The layout was great, with a small outside balcony which was very useful for drying laundry and just sitting outside in the morning. The kitchen is lovely and the bathroom works well, with a shower/WC that can be closed off to the handbasin. So you can shave/brush your teeth whilst another person showers. Washing machine worked well, as did the aircon. The apartment is in a lovely part of Manarola village, with a short walk to the beaches, and terrific eating/bar options. It is up 2 steep flights of stairs, so the street noise/activity is minimised. Lorenzo was helpful and we really appreciated his help with getting our luggage upstairs. He arrived quickly to give us the keys, and do admin stuff, so no waiting around to get into the apartment.
Manarola is a charming and fun town to stay in - we walked from here to Corniglia, and trained back. Start early to beat the heat. It is a challenging walk, but well worth the effort. The boats to the other towns very easy to catch and use. The seafood is really good here. Loved the restaurant, which is last restaurant walking up to Cinque Terre walk.
I loved the apartment, so the following comments are made to be helpful, as I aim to be factual in my reviews. eg.The steepness of the stairs cannot be changed, but can be mitigated with some help with the luggage - as Lorenzo did.
The one bedroom has a very comfortable double bed. The other 2x beds are a sofa bed (with closed ends)with a trundle pullout with a mattress. This would not be very comfortable for tall people -we were fine!
The stairs - there are a lot, and they are steep. However, the upside is you are further away from the street noises, which quietened down before midnight, and is a part of what I love to experience in a cute town like Monterosso.

Beautiful and spacious apartment in the centre of Monterosso Old Town. Everything you could want for a trip to Cinqueterre. The host met us on arrival and gave us great advice for our stay. Fully equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony to enjoy a drink before dinner. It's a very short walk from the train station and right beside the best restaurants in Monterosso. The air-conditioning was really good. Couldn't recommend this place enough
Everything was fantastic

The facility was excellent with everything needed for a stay. The balcony was a great place for a glass of wine and to watch life go by. The apartment has the best location in Monterosso on a small square that is constantly photographed. Just watching out the windows is fun. Good restaurants abound and a good small grocery is just outside the door. Parking and access is easy. Parking is a little steep 25 euro in the parking garage but once you see where you are staying and the limited access for cars it is understandable. If you are traveling by car and want to stay in the 5 villages this place can’t be beat. The feel of staying in Monterosso versus Levanto where most car travelers stay is 10 times better, having done both. The owner is fantastically helpful. This is the place to stay for 4 in Monterosso.

The apartment is spacious and well designed in a cool beach theme. Everything you need is included, such as a complete kitchen and a washer. Caroline who is American was very helpful on arrival as well as during our stay. The location is right in the heart of the old part of town. Very quaint, picturesque surroundings.
The main issue was the noise of the outdoor cafes in the piazza below. We were there on a Friday night. Also, the price was a little more than I would've liked but I booked a little late.
