Hôtel très bien situé et très très agréable

Hôtel très bien situé dans le village, au calme. Nous avions une terrasse avec deux transats. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Personnel très sympathique et très accueillant. Chambre spacieuse. Il est rare de trouver un hôtel aussi agréable.

Excellent stay. Staff & hotel was incredible.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were great. Had working air conditioning and ample space for luggage/ walking around. They were incredibly accommodating and even put the effort to ensure we had breakfast for our 4am check out time. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

Pillow was a bit too thin for my liking (but this likely would be fine for others). Otherwise, all was great and it’s hard to pick something I did not like.

La posizione dell'albergo è invidiabile, a due passi dall'imbarco e in pieno centro storico di Monterosso. Le camere sono nuove, di buone dimensioni, ristrutturate da poco e molto pulite. Anche gli arredi nuovi con linee molto semplici e pulite. I ragazzi dello staff, accoglienza e sala colazione, molto gentili. Nonostante quando siamo arrivati la camera non fosse ancora pronta si sono prodigati e nell'attesa ci hanno offerto un buon caffè.

Occorre dire che l'albergo non è economico come lo sono, in generale, le 5 terre. Per quanto pagato, al banco colazione, mi sarei aspettato prodotti di maggiore qualità e del territorio.

Hotel Marguerite was a great choice for our stay in CT for three days!

Good location a bit away from the crowds but still very walkable. We had a car and the parking garage is one block away, very convenient. Only about 200 meters to bring your bags from the beginning of the pedestrian only section. Convenient to everything in the old town section, but only 10 minutes to the train station. Lots of cafes and coffee close by. Rooms were big, linens were fresh and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is clean and modern, completely updated. The included breakfast was excellent and the small bar and lobby worked great for a drink before and after dinner. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I found nothing to dislike about the hotel and left with a smile. I would definitely stay here again.

Not the properties fault but walls are very thin and other guests are very disrespectful so expect to be woken up at all hours of the night

Great location, favourite town of the five in cinque Terre, recommended by my mum who came 8 years ago and would definitely recommend to anyone else coming!

Great location, friendly staff- clean and efficient hotel - ample breakfast.

Wi-Fi was poor, had a lot of trouble doing business and sending emails. Also the hall way lights flicker on and off every 20seconds all night- this shines under the gap in the front door and lights the whole rooms.

Exceptional

The location was amazing. It was next to all the restuarants and shopping. Close walk to the beach. The breakfast selection exceeded my expectation and I'm a picky eater. All of the staff were outstanding and helpful. They went above and beyond.

My room was next to the stairs so it was loud if people were coming and going. Thankfully it was quiet at around 11:00 and I didn't hear noises after that.

Throughout our vacation in Italy, we had the opportunity to stay at various hotels in Rome, Florence, and Sorrento. However, Hotel Margherita stood out as the ultimate choice in every aspect. The service desk was exceptionally helpful, the breakfast quality and organization were top-notch, and the rooms, along with their spacious bathrooms, left us thoroughly impressed. Undoubtedly, Hotel Margherita was the highlight of our Italian getaway, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

We did not like the fact that we booked only three nights in this hotel. I wish we stayed the whole week there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 night stay in Hotel Margherita.

Location is excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was generous.

it was clean, nice rooms and lovely breakfast

when I was leaving the young Italian woman on reception (13/4/23) was extremely rude because I had an issue with my debit card at the ATM and requested I pay the hotel tax by card. She was extremely rude as I had no option of paying cash and slammed the room receipt down without saying a word. Disgusting behaviour towards a customer and I hope the management reading this take action.

Brilliant location for enjoying Cinque Terre. Very cozy and walking distance to everything in old town Monterosso and the paths.

The staff , special mention to Francesca. Elisa and Daniella Everyone was so helpful and friendly the location was great . The property was very clean . It was also nice to have the outdoor space as well

We had a lovely week at Hotel Margherita, perfect location in Monterosso, amazing staff, quiet room. Really liked the balcony for our room. Would definitely recommend!

The beds were hard. It would have been nice with some comfortable chairs in the room for some space to relax that’s not in bed.

rooms are very dated and shabby and there is zero noise proofing between rooms. breakfast is basic and not very good. seems extremely overpriced for what you get. staff was not very helpful or friendly. wifi was weak.

A great value for the cost. A gem of a little hotel!

This gem of a hotel is in the perfect location. The staff was so friendly and so helpful in assisting in our plans in the area and our travel services. The room were spacious enough and very clean. The breakfast was delicious!
