Zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit schöner Dachterrasse und nettem Personal!

Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit sehr zuvorkommenden Personal. Frühstück auch frisch und lecker zubereitet.

Der Standard in Italien ist generell etwas einfacher und da die Unterkunft sehr zentral ist, ist es eher eng alles als großzügig. Würde mich aber nicht abschrecken nochmal zu buchen- Preis Leistung ist top!

Not my favorite city in Italy

The location was close to the old town of Palermo. Our host was very helpful with our needs.

Although the location was good, our room was facing a busy street so it was very noisy. The bathroom was very tight and hard to take a shower, no hooks for towels. The breakfast was not as good as other hotels we stayed at in Italy. Palermo itself was not my favorite city. I found it to be very very dirty, lots of graffiti, trash and dog poop everywhere.

This stay really exceeded our expectations! The location is great, and our room was clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast on the roof terrace was a definite highlight. The staff were really helpful arranging a taxi for us too.

Perfect location and elegant, comfortable room from which to explore Palermo

I loved the location...right smack beside one of the entrances to the old city. I was easily able to walk around the old city and the main restaurant streets. I loved the "feel" of the hotel...more like a B&B really...I had a spacious room and a huge balcony overlooking trees and a square. The breakfast was good every morning - and I enjoyed meeting other people staying in the suites while having breakfast together in the dining room. I appreciated that parking was free and right in the back of the property. There was also a nice hamburger truck there by the parking lot and I enjoyed a couple of lunches/dinners sitting there. There is also a great gelato front out front of the property. :)

If we return to Palermo we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else!

Loredana the owner makes every effort to enhance your stay (is very informative too) in her perfectly located Boutique B&B and Dante the house manager gives such a good welcome and service. We loved it - even the food truck 'Crusts' around the back is fab!!!

Great location and space

Superb location literally just outside the Porta Nuova with parking for the car in a locked parking area nextdoor. Easy walking to all of the old town and many restaurants. Very clean. We had a lovely roof terrace overlooking the Porta Nuova with sofa, chairs and table. There was a marvellous arancini place just around the corner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good double glazing which keeps out the noise of the city.

Not easy to find as it is tucked away and no clear instructions - it is in fact right next to the Porta Nuova in the tiny street on the left but you have to go round the block to get in. The air con was a bit temperamental and we spent one very hot night when it wouldn't work. There is a roof terrace and the cleaners start work before 730 am cleaning it and moving furniture especially after rain and that is really noisy. The lift didn't work for most of our stay and we were on the top floor. Breakfast was a bit sparse if you don't get there by 9am.

Very good accommodation

Very good communication great to have early check-in. Accommodation clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff very friendly. Great places near, really enjoyed granita bar and views of porta nouveau from terrace. Weather very hot for September so air con indispensable. Views to street good and burger bar at rear if you want to avoid restaurants and opt for street food. Also sorted airport transfer which was very useful. Not far from Palermo cathedral and Royal Palace both worth visiting.

location, room quite confortable (balcony in simple rooms not useful), really good attention from Dante and a simple but nice breakfast. a lot of pillows at the bed, loving it!
