The place is decorated in vintage style and centrally located w/ walking distance to the main attractions in downtown Palermo. Hosts are doing a great job and they were always ready to assist us. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the apartment.
In our opinion coffee machine needs an upgrade, also an option of a milk-frother would have been nice.

The property was large, good sized rooms with plenty of bathrooms.
Air conditioning units need a lot of attention, man who lives in the block is militant about the lift doors being shut and is ready to shout at anyone who is present, not necessarily the culprit.

Amazing location right near a Lidl close to most points of interest as well as the train station and a bus stop which were on time and connected us to the beaches we were interested in. Had incredible views from the 5 balconies, lovely decor and plenty of room and storage in the bedrooms.
Kitchen was slightly small but well stocked with utilities, bathrooms were slightly outdated and showers had some issues. A couple of the air-conditioners were faulty but most worked and apartment was never too hot.

Oh wow! This apartment was very beautiful and comfortable for our family trip of 8, including two kids. The beds were spacious and comfortable (we slept very well!), the rooms were large and there were 3 bathrooms, one of which had a tub. There was also a washing machine and drying rack to my surprise. We had a really great time seeing Palermo Old Town which was at our steps and getting away and back to day trips. So nice to have a lot of living space (with lots of light!) for the kids to play around in. Check in was super smooth over WhatsApp, it was possible to do self check in which was convenient.
We liked everything!! The kitchen is very small so if you plan to not eat out, be aware. It wasn't an issue for us as we did dinners out mainly. We mostly sat at the table rather than in the living room - another couch might complete the living space but we also didn't sit there because there was also construction going on that blocked most of the balcony views in the living room and most bedrooms. Not a big deal for us and I would highly, highly recommend the apartment!

This was a lovely pleasant apartment, everything worked well. Lots of coffee working showers, comfortable beds, great apartment. Lovely bars and mid range restaurants around.
I think we we were unlucky that we're staying on Liberation weekend. There was a lot of noise from drunken revelers until 2.30am from bars outside the window.. For the two nights we stayed. The windows did not shut well against the row.

If you are looking for the authentic Italian place - this is for you.
Host was extremely helpful, and always responded very quickly, we got the list of recommendations where to eat.
Location is also great, beds are comfy and everything was so clean ! I would recommend to stay here :)

Excellent location to explore historic Palermo. Large apartment. (We had a family of 7 stay here) High ceilings. Host was very accommodating and happy to answer questions. There is a supermarket about 2 doors down.
The apartment is older and not updated. This leads to challenges with using the air conditioning. If you use several room units at one time, the power to them goes out, which also kills the WiFi router. It is easy to reset, but this is an issue we dealt with 4-5 times. Cleanliness was not as we had hoped. I did kill a bug in the bathroom and some dishes were still dirty. This is an apartment, not a hotel, but we had to get toilet paper, shampoo, ... everything. And the kitchen is not well-provided if you actually want to prepare a meal. The location is noisy because of the center of the city and facing a courtyard. The parking is not unreasonable given the location in city center, but it is not pleasant to walk so far to the parking (price of parking was not a concern to me and staff there were fine--it's just a long walk). Overall we felt--having stayed in dozens of places--that this is not really a 9+ property because of the lack of updating and maintenance. It seems more like a 7.5 to us.

Better noise reduction windows are necessary. Even if it’s true that the appartent is in the center of the city and you should expect to be noisy, in this case the noise was too much. People are partyimg in the streets near the appartment until 4 am and the noise was so bad that it seemed you were between all those people, even though the appartment is on the 4th floor. Other than this, everything was great!

The apartment is in the middle of Palermo city central, and has a great access to the tourist spots. It is very convenient, because it is also very close to the train station, a bus stop, and a supermarket Lidl. The room is very clean, and the owner is extremely friendly. I stayed with two other families (7 people all together), but there are 3 shower rooms and a bathroom. We used them all at a same time, but there were enough hot water for all of us.
The only thing that I can think of is that you will hear car sounds from Via Roma. It didn’t bother us much, but if you are sensitive to a noise, it may. However, being on a big road has positive. We felt safe going to a restaurant with 4 small kids on foot in evening, because the apartment was on Via Roma, a one of the main roads in Palermo. I would definitely recommend to stay, if you are a family or a group.

We loved the property! It's amazing and everything is so well organized for your stay. We've had everything we needed to have a great time there. The apartment is in very central location so easy to walk anywhere. Maria Teresa is a fabulous host! She was extremely helpful any time we needed her assistance.
