Tutto perfetto

Posizione perfetta per visitare chiese e monumenti storici. Staff gentilissimo e struttura accogliente e pulita. La colazione un tripudio di bontà di ottima qualità con molti prodotti locali. Davvero consigliatissima.

O apartamento era espaçoso, cama confortável, boa localização em Palermo .

A entrada no apartamento era às 14h, quando chegamos no prédio que fica a dois quarteirões do hotel, não estava pronto, tivemos que aguardar um pouco. A limpeza é deficitária, cabelos grudados no chuveiro e no piso do banheiro. Chuveiro não tem pressão, sai pouca água. Ar condicionado é central e não resfria bem o quarto. O café da manhã é tumultuado, muitos hóspedes para pouco espaço, fila para pedir um café. Não voltaria a me hospedar.

Proximidade do centro, quarto com varanda e limpeza.

Falta de amenities, copos de papel na casa de banho. Tínhamos expectativas maiores por ser uma lua de mel.

Da consigliare per partenze con traghetto in quanto vicinissimo al porto.

Posizione perfetta per l'imbarco dei traghetti che è quello che a noi interessava. Personale gentile e professionale.

A very comfortable place to stay in Palermo, Itsly.

I stayed at the Mercure central Palermo, and my friend and I were allocated a very large room with a great bathroom and an extra living room. I couldn't be happier and more grateful. We spent 4 marvellous days at the Mercure and the breakfast is very good, I recommend it.

Room in the new facility was nice, breakfast was ok, location was decent

Location was good. Walking distance to some of the sites, restaurants and shopping.

Staff suggested that I order a cab from them to pick us up from the airport. Cab never showed up. Staff said that they had to charge me for the cab anyway. There were dozens of cabs in front of airport.

There was at least a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities.

Ottimo, peccato per l'insonorizzazione nella stanza.

Posizione, struttura, stanza comoda pulita ed accogliente, nuova ampia e funzionale. Ottima colazione. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Nel plesso distaccato, nonostante il letto fosse comodissimo, ho faticato a dormire per via di un rumore costante metallico /elettrico proveniente dal torrino dell'ascensore (credo) che è andato avanti per tutta la notte senza sosta. Come se si avviasse una sorta di autoclave. In stanza lo si percepiva Chiaramente. Ultima cosa: assenza di grucce in stanza.

Confortevole ma con una spiacevole sorpresa.

Posizione

Al check-out ho avuto la sorpresa di vedermi addebitare una cifra ben superiore a quanto pattuito. Purtroppo al momento del check-in ho firmato un foglio in cui è stato ambiguamente riportato il prezzo della nuova camera assegnata che in fattura è stato aggiunto al prezzo della stanza originariamente prenotata. In pratica ho pagato circa l'80% in più.

Disgusting. Don’t ever stay here.

Location and staff was responsive when I asked for an air freshener for the foul smell in the room

Everything else - it smelled like sewage everywhere but the shower was worse. There was mold in the shower. They couldn’t turn on the air because it was winter so it was very warm in the room and the only way we could ventilate it was by opening the balcony door. It was absolutely disgusting and no one should stay here. I left after one night and went to a different hotel.

The location of the hotel near by the city centre

Hotel room wasn’t in the same building, it was in the building across the street. The room we requested was a queen bed and when we got in the room it was two single bed. They kindly offered a drink while they were fixing the issue. The edge of the shower were broken, while taking a shower the bathroom got all floor wet. Also the the bathroom door got issues and it got broken. They fixed in the day. The staff wasn’t pleasant, kinda appeared judgy (gay couple). The interns of the room were very modern. Breakfast isn’t included, but it’s very generous and good.
