September 2023 weekend in North Wales.

The location of the apartment was really good and close to the centre of llandudno. The apartment was really nice and well laid out with three good-sized bedrooms. A good size kitchen and living room and is kept to a high standard.

I could not fault the apartment and would definitely book again.

Immaculate home

Loved everything. Immaculate, thought of everything and the comfiest beds and bedding. Smelt amazing in every room. Even the makeup remover pads, such a lovely touch. Thanks for the beautiful basket of goodies which we enjoyed and the chocolates that the kids loved. Even a Christmas tree and all the lights. Stunning home and made our new year so special. Thank you.

Relaxed and beautiful

Very clean, beautifully furnished apartment with everything you could want for a lovely stay. Great welcome pack waiting for us. We all slept really well in the comfy beds. Ideally situated for the beach, restaurants, shops etc but on a quiet street. Annie was very friendly and helpful when we were messaging for instructions for getting in etc.

Some coat hooks would be useful just so that damp coats had somewhere to hang so as to not damage the furnishings, although we were lucky and we didn't need to dry our coats.

It was all lovely and would not hesitate to return

All of it, it was lovely!! There was no breakfast included as it was a self cater but the hosts left us a welcome basket that was lovely and fresh milk in the fridge😊 perfect

Would have to be the parking, no specific space to park although we didnt find it too difficult to get one.

A lovely home-from-home in a fab location! Would definitely recommend.

Good, spacious apartment on a quiet street with free parking. Lots of home comforts provided including fully equipped kitchen, board games, dvds, hairdryers, towels, vanity mirrors etc. There was even a fab little welcome basket and milk in the fridge when we arrived 🙂. The walk into the centre is about 10-15 minutes though there are restaurants/ cafes and shops closer if you need them. We parked up on arrival and walked everywhere during our stay... The walk back in the evening helped walk off the lovely meals we had at the Cottage Loaf and White Tower! Lovely owners and great communication throughout.

Exceptional

This property exceeded all expectations it was lovely and clean, very homely and had some lovely personal touches when we arrived. Everything we needed we found in the property. Although it was a bit of a walk away from the pier it allowed us to have a couple of quiet nights in. Overall an amazing stay we would definitely recommend.

A perfect birthday weekend away. Lovely place for a family stay!

A lovely place to stay close to the beach and just a short walk to the pier! A really big apartment with lots of little extras.. We even got greeted with some birthday banners, chocolate cake and prosecco for my birthday weekend away. Plenty of games, puzzles and books to keep the kids entertained which helps too. Annie and Robert were the perfect hosts keeping in contact from booking and checking in with us whilst there, It was lovely to meet you both. We will definitely be back. Thank you xx :)

Lovely stay, everything we needed was there at the property and Llandudno was not far for shopping.

The property was excellent in a good and quiet location with the beach very close. It was an ideal location for a physical run to Llandudno. Also it was a lovey walk too as the walk was not to far for the young children. Overall a wonderful stay, lovely property, great location and is some where we we wold book to stay again. Big thanks.

Great place to stay for a long weekend!

Everything! Cosy rooms and big. Well equipped house! Clean, great location from the Pier, central town and Angel Bay. Owners were brilliant communicators from the point of booking. Would visit again.

Spotless, spacious and well equipped. Excellent communication from hosts. Comfy beds. Quiet. Massive bathroom. Well stocked kitchen and nice thoughtful welcome pack. Looks recently renovated. Parking in the street was fine and there's another street which is really wide and has lots of spaces not far away. It's a nice safe area to walk even at night. It's a stones throw from the beach and the shops which have a bakery, restaurants and convenience store. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will stay here again.

What? There's nothing not to like!!! It's lovely.

3 night stay great value for the money plenty of unexpected extras overall can’t fault our stay

Lovely spotlessly clean Self catering accommodation. Location was ok 15 to 20 minute walk to shops and pier along the sea front exhilarating.

Would highly recommend

The accomodation was great, very spacious, clean, had everything we needed and kids friendly (our daughter loved using potty-train and playing with boxes of toys and books!). Annie and Robert were great hosts, replying to messages within few hours. They also left us a personal welcome note on a board and some treats in the kitchen. We loved staying at this great place and would definitely recommend it.

The perfect place to be

I consider myself extremely lucky to have found such a wonderful place to stay. It's in a quiet residential area with a Co-op nearby. The lockbox for the keys is easy to use. Takes about 30 minutes to walk to the pier, Great Orme & town area but is a lovely walk along the promenade. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated throughout with some lovely artwork on the walls. It's big, comfortable & homely with absolutely everything you need for a stay away from home. The beds & settee are comfortable, the shower is set at just the right temperature. I liked that there are board games, DVDs & a box of books to choose from, plus plenty of toys & books for children. I can't praise this place highly enough, the owners are lovely & friendly & got back to me straightaway with a couple of queries I had. I can't wait to return.

Great place to stay with a good location

Spacious house with loads of facilities included and very clean - was great to see a selection of kids toys too. Location was good - quieter end of the promenade and about half an hour away from Great Orme. Really close to the sea front.

Brilliant apartment close to the beach and with excellent facilities.

Lovely and modern apartment in an excellent location. Welcome pack and coffee pods were a brilliant touch. Very helpful hosts. Will certainly stay here again.

Annie & Robert made sure our stay was as confortable as possible & were absolutely lovely. The apartment had everything you could possibly need & more. Immaculate & so clean. Fantastic & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Fabulous place and quiet location.
