My pool turned green 3 days after checking in. Refig. didn't get cold and stove didn't work well.
I would not rent this property again. The people were nice and check in was great but did not keep up with the pool and the children really wanted to swim.

Family Vacation
The house was roomy and well decorated. Everyone had a space to relax, and the common areas were spacious enough to comfortably gather. The short walk to the beach was safe. Cars were gracious when crossing 30A, and a paved trail allows plenty of roadside walking or bike riding space. My only complaints would be the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms, and disrepair of cabinetry and windows. The cleaning crew does not attend to details. So there is mold in shower areas, dirty baseboards, and dried food drippings along the edges of countertops. A closet door fell off its rail when we attempted to open it, Other closet doors stick. Two windows had broken locks which left our children feeling less than safe.

In the middle
First, let start by saying we had booked this prior to all the covid stuff in 2019 and the property management company push out our booking until this year to help us out - this was awesome!
Now the house, it's older and starting to show it. The main floor toilet easily clogs and the jetted tub in the master looks like it needs a face lift. The ONLY for to the pool is through a bedroom - very inconvenient. The pool is not heated and loves to collected everything the tree drops - cleaning out a pool 3 times a day on vacation is not what anyone wants. The patio area has some built up green slime around the grill and seating area from the most weather and constant shade. The 2nd floor has the kitchen on which the microwave is new, stove is electric and older. Dishwasher is probably around the same age and has seen better days. Fridge is older, but pumps out the ice like a champ. 2nd floors toilet is noticable loose, but can handle anything you put into it. The third floor is a great place to hang, but we found ourselves mostly on the 2nd story balcony on the two swings. Washer and dryer are there and do a good job getting things wet, but that dryer is no finisher.
Once we arrived, we found there was left over trash and cigarettes butts all over the outside of the house. I contacted the property management company and 3 lovely ladies were out and clean things up.
Unfortunately the fridge has a left over odor of seafood that just gets into anything you put in it. Soon as you open the fridge is like a seafood buffet of smells are there to greet you. This never went away, but was useful to keep the kids from open the fridge for any late night snacking.
The inside was nicely decorated lots of space. The view from the 3rd floor was really cool. Couldn't really see the ocean, but you could hear it. This house is a good location for day trips to either Destin or Panama City. The walk to the beach was short.

Great property
I love how clean (spotless) the property was. Location is great, and check in was easy. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. A great time was had by all.

Great location.
This was a great location but the weather was terrible this time of year. I would stay here again in the Spring or Summer.

Great time at the Beach
We enjoyed our stay at the beach very much. The house is beautiful but was different than what we were expecting. The only access to the backyard/pool area is through one of the bedrooms downstairs or through the gate at the end of the driveway. The location was great but again different than what we were expecting. While it is located close to the beach it is on the opposite side of 30 a and that is a very busy road. Not ideal for small children, which we had 3.
It was very clean except for a large spill in the dining room that was not cleaned.
Overall we had a fun time but would most likely not book this property again because of the location on the main road.

Great property!
Plenty of room to spread out. The pool was a big hit with the kids. The beach is an easy walk, but the traffic is constant and fast. Everything was
Clean and mostly in good condition. The jetted tub in the master doesn't work/ missing parts. And the shared bathroom on the first floor has toilet issues. But overall it was an amazing week and we had a great time. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great week!
