About this apartment rental
The beach is calling! This lovingly decorated 3-bedroom home is located just above the sugar-white sand and is designed for large groups who want to enjoy the beach. You’ll be greeted by views of the Gulf as soon as you walk in. In the open living space, two sofas and two comfy recliners invite relaxation and a huge 75” flatscreen TV provides the entertainment.
Open to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen features wood cabinetry, expansive granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. With a huge breakfast bar with seating for four, it’s easy for the chef to always be a part of the action. An accompanying wet bar with an ice maker, blender, and assorted glassware makes the perfect place to set out post-beach snacks and drinks. Just around the corner, the Gulfview dining room hosts a table for eight.
When you want to rest and recharge, this home offers plenty of privacy with three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Each of the bedrooms also has a flatscreen TV, coastal decor, and hotel-style linens that will have you in dreamland in no time. The luxurious primary ensuite features a King bed, plus a twin pullout sofa, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and separate shower with dual shower heads. The second bedroom has two Queen beds and the third has a Queen and a full bed. With two sleeper sofas in the living room and a fourth bathroom (with a washer and dryer), this home accommodates up to 15 guests.
Outside on your private balcony, there’s nothing but sugar-white sand and emerald waves on the horizon. Kick back on an Adirondack chair and watch the dolphins play while you sip your coffee, gather for al fresco meals at the table for six, and enjoy fiery Orange Beach sunsets from your own private slice of paradise. When you’re ready for adventure, head just downstairs for direct beach access, Gulf-front pools, and more.
*Please note: The Oasis at Orange Beach, formerly known as Phoenix West II, is a smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The non-smoking policy, which include e-cigarettes, apply to all common areas (i.e. pool decks, stairwells, etc.), inside condominium units and on balconies.

Our condo was really nice. This was our first time to this area and we loved it.

There were 3 families with kids and this condo worked out for all of us. The kids loved the slide and lazy river. The pull out couches were useful for all the kids falling asleep during a movie night. The elevator was kind of a pain but what can you do? The room was great.

We had 14 women and it was totally comfortable. It was in a great location with awesome amenities. Communicating with the owner was super great and he responded very quickly.

Check-in is strongly implied that may be prior to 4pm. It is stated that check-in is 4pm. We arrived a couple of hours early and were told we would be advised when our condo was ready. At 4 pm, we were told that check-in BEGINS at 4pm, but not guaranteed. Most will assume that parking is included with the thousands of dollars rental, but it is not. You can PURCHASE up to 2 parking passes at $75 each (on site only) and MAYBE, A day or 2 later MIGHT can purchase 1 (ONLY) additional parking pass IF there's room. for $45. You can get additional parking passes for a location approximately 8 or 10 miles away, but there is no shuttle. You provide your own shuttle service.

This was a great vacation just a few problems like , the lazy river wasn’t working. Also the sunna room never worked along with the TVs in the room were old and blurry. We had trouble watching and enjoying the tv. Other then that we enjoyed ourselves.

If you rent a condo for 15 people, you need at least towels for 15 so you don’t have to spend vacation doing laundry. We can use towels more than once but when you are sandy from beach, you want to shower. There was no liquid soap to wash dishes, four partial rolls of toilet paper, no text to check in even though we were there waiting, no communication on a package that was shipped, screen door was off track and sitting in front of patio door so you would think they would have fixed it beforehand. No basic things like salt, pepper, coffee, sugar. Ice was NOT sonic ice as advertised. For the price, this was a disappointing experience. Also the trash bags of two cheap bags is silly with that many days. And that dump was right across from our room and smell was terrible

Tried to tell us where we could & couldn’t put our private beach chairs. Made us move all of our stuff.
Couches/sleeper sofas in bad shape, not as pictured.

READ FULL REVIEW...Loved this condo!!! Loved pheonix west ii.....very clean..We took a family vacation for 12 and had a blast!! It has pros and cons just like all places, but for us the pros out way the cons by far.....here are my pros: clean, roomy, family oriented, plenty to do ( including beach, indoor pool, outside pool, splash pad for the little ones, awsome lazy river, slide at pool, awsome staff! ) so much to do...you couldnt possibly be bored....they also have an indoor parking garage with 12 floors.... here are my cons: if you come during the summer time......expect delay....what do I mean you ask???? Well , if it is busy here......the elevators are slowwwwww but once you get on, they go like lightning it is the wait that is horrible.....they are under staffed at front desk it seems.....and not enough luggage carts to go around, beach is super crowded, pools are crowded.....My suggestion is, come during fall/ winter time and you wont have a problem...when we first got here it was so crowded that you might wait 5 or more min on elevator ....After getting our condo, I called front desk to get assistance with something and they couldnt answer phone b/c they were so busy....causing me to have to take elevator ....long wait...however about our 3rd day here, alot of people left... it was almost like we had the place to ourselves!!!! Other than that it was great!! So, to sum all this up...we had a great time, condo was clean, roomy ,and we had a good time, and might I mention the huge televisions in this condo!!! Fabulous!!!....if you like the beach decor, this is the condo for you!! Beautifully decorated!! Thank you for helping us make family memories!!! We definately will come back!!
