Overall, it felt quite basic, first time in Willa style hotels so probably not used to it.

The view of the mountains was good

Location was not as central to town, had to walk on a motorway - perhaps better for people who are driving as it’s not as central as our previous hotel in Zakopane. Breakfast was basic bnb style with small selection and sometimes items were not refilled. Rooms can be hot and aircon is very loud. Spa facilities are quite basic. Front desk was not 24/7, just a number to call, so felt less secure than normal hotels. First time staying in a villa style so maybe not used to the bnb style.

Comfortable bed. Clean linen. Good breakfast. Good location. Stuff very helpful. Nice SPA area.

At the arrival minibar fridge wasn’t able to cool down the goods. It’s inside the closet and gets overheated. Only solution is to keep the closet door open then the fridge not gonna overheat.

Piękna, kameralna willa w świetnym położeniu zaledwie kilka kroków od stoku i blisko do Krupówek. Pokoje (i całość) ślic

Położenie, wystrój, wysoki standard, spa, pyszne śniadania, przemiła obsługa, widok z pokoju i z pokoju śniadaniowego.

Pokój z widokiem na góry był mały i nieco głośny, w porównaniu do innych pokojów (mieliśmy porównanie do rodziny). Słychać było wszystkie kroki z pokoju nad nami, ale zatyczki pomogły. Przydałoby się ciut więcej miejsca na rzeczy. Ale widok i położenie nadrobiły wszystko i pobyt był mimo wszystko bardzo relaksujący i udany.

Vše naprosto perfektní

Výborná lokalita, naproti sjezdovce. Krásné čisté ubytování. Perfektně uklizený pokoj, včetně koupelny. Parkování zdarma. Výborné snídaně a výhledem na hory. Velmi milá a vstřícná recepční, i ostatní personál. Wellness čisté, super. Moc doporučuji, určitě se vrátíme.

Vše bylo v pořádku, jen na snídaních mohlo být více ovoce.

Bardzo fajny urlop, jeśli będę miała okazję napewno tu wrócę

Pokój bardzo przytulny a przede wszystkim ciepły w stylu góralskim, łazienka też nowoczesna. Śniadania bardzo dobre, codziennie świeże produkty. Woda i herbata w pokojach uzupełniana na bierząco.

To że trzeba strefę spa rezerwować z wyprzedzeniem. Przez cały wyjazd 3 dniowy mieliśmy możliwość skorzystania tylko raz. Sauna powinna być wcześniej nagrzana. Jednak nie wpływa to na negatywną ocenę bo jeśli będę miała możliwość bardzo chcenie tutaj wrócę.

I would highly recommended!

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful as it’s in the pictures! Villa is really very well designed: nice furniture everywhere , balcony railings is a piece of art, modern bathroom, well kept surroundings. Our bathroom had a window , we liked that . Very friendly staff. They let us keep our car in their parking earlier before our check-in and also after our chech-out hours. Parking space is big. SPA is cozy, small and only booked for You for an hour- we loved that. We got a little sweet present on the check- out day . On the other side of the street there is a huge hotel (if You need a restaurant) and also there is a public pool. Event though pool was super crowded, it is cheap and two min away from the villa , so worth visiting . Also , there is an open cable car next to that public pool with an access to a marvelous Szymaszkowa hill. The views are absolutely amazing , there are plenty of restaurants and smth kind of a bazaar there - so very worth visiting .

Villa is super wow for staying if You will get a room with a mountain view . If not , the impression is not something exceptional. We got the room facing constructions . So with this view it was little dissapointing and also really quite dark. Breakfast quite average . But the view from the breakfast room is amazing . Also , there could be some outside furniture next to a dining room on summer time . It would be awesome to have a cup of coffee outside with a mountain view . No places to sit outside at all .

Great stay with beautiful views

The location was fantastic. Came with a beautiful view. The room was nice and maintained, though a bit small. Water was refilled daily in little bottles. Breakfast was great if you like the local cuisine.

More breakfast variety (croissants, pancakes, etc.) More staff availability

This is a wonderfully charming place! The breakfast was ample and the use of the spa was a perfect way to end our day. Hotel staff is extremely accommodating and helped immensely when organizing a taxi to take us to Chocolowski on a rainy day. Next time in Zakopane, this will be our go-to lodging!

Highly recommended !

Great location and very friendly receptionist who helped us pick the top attractions. The villa itself has a character and its very close to the vibrant city centre. Great option for a little jacuzzi and sauna evenings after long day out. towels and water are provided which is great :) Also amazing view during breakfast, very quiet and lovely place. Would highly recommend.

The only thing that we were picky about was the way breakfast was served. We are both vegetarian and we would assume that eggs are vegetarian as there were no labels we didn't realise that the eggs were friend on a bacon which is an issue for us. I would suggest making labels for people with dietary restrictions to avoid confusion. nevertheless, the breakfast was tasty :)

An amazing place to stay, especially during the winter time.

The location and breakfast was amazing. Very cosy, clean room. Sauna and jacuzi is a very nice addition;)

Excellent location, just in-front of the ski slopes. Aesthetically pleasing both inside and outside. The staff were very helpful and friendly and had absolutely no issues.

Definetely good place to stay

It has one of the most important things for me - a view. And it was magnificient. Room small but looks really good - the design, comfortable, clean and smells good. And it has SPA, the thing you really need after long day.

Breakfast was really good and tasty but selection was small
