**We are accepting guests with open arms since Hurricane Helene. Our home sustained no damage and we have potable water from the City of Asheville effective November 18, 2024. The Biltmore House reopened on 11/02/24, the Grove Park Inn reopened on 11/15/24 and our yummy restaurants and diverse retails stores are up and running as well. Adjacent to the Kitchen, it's ideal for casual get-togethers or relaxing movie nights. The Kitchen boasts a large inviting island, beverage cooler, and bar area for mixing your favorite cocktails.

For larger gatherings or recreational activities, the Lower Level features a versatile Living Room complete with a leather semi-circle sofa, media center, ping pong table, and a variety of board games and children's books, offering entertainment for all ages. Hungry? Our full Kitchenette is equipped for snacking and preparing light meals, ensuring that refreshments are always within reach. Additionally, the Queen Size Sleeper Sofa and Single pull-out provide extra sleeping arrangements if needed.

PETS:

Dogs are allowed - we permit 2 dogs under 50lbs each, with a pet fee of $150. Cats and other animals are not permitted.

Due to our insurance, dogs are restricted by breed so the following breeds are not allowed on property:

Akida, Armenian Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, any Wolf hybrid.

Any dog that has a mixed background of any of the prohibited breeds cannot be on the property.

Any animal that has a bite history must receive prior approval from our insurance carrier before the animal is allowed on the property.
