rooms were very nice size and balcony was nice to sit out.
there was only one nightstand on one side of the bed so no lamp on each side. clock in room did not work. there was only one hanger in the closet and we never got more even though we asked.
Wanted to have a drink in the complex's bar Azalea and was told they closed at 9 p.m. really? what bar closes at 9 p.m.?
Also by the time convenience fee, occupancy tax and sales tax were added it was $134.38 extra onto the original $767.00 making it approximately $300.00 a night. and I'm sure not certain why there is a convenience fee and an occupancy tax.
Also we were informed the day before leaving for Asheville that we could not use the pool. It was in the high 80's and there was not compensation for not being able to use the pool.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and homey! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and reading, taking a dip in the pool, and relaxing by the fire pit in the evening. It was close to everything we wanted to see. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!
Nothing!

The toilet flush from up stairs sounds like a water fall in 211

Staff was very friendly.
Room was dirty upon arrival. Old coffee was left in coffee maker and trash was left on counters.

Great area just half mile from Biktmore hotel.
Quiet area. Nice spacious living room m area. Kitchen was big with needed kitchen tools. Beds comfy.
4.0 / 5.0
The spaciousness, large bathroom and shower, ease of parking, ideal location.
The bed wasn't the best. Both of us had back aches in the morning. Only one thin bar of soap. (should be 2...one for shower, one for the sink.

Location is close to downtown and Biltmore.
I would like to say very good, but... The room was dusty. I dropped AirPod under bed... What I found over there.. Huge layer of dust. It looked like staff didn't washed floor for months.

Great location in Asheville--easy to find and convenient to other attractions in the area. The condos are spacious and clean. We would stay here again if we are back in the area.
We were on the lowest level and could hear the people above us walking around quite a bit.
The main thing we didn't like is that Booking.com indicated that this is a pet-friendly hotel but did not mention that there is a $100 pet fee! We only stayed one night and had to pay almost as much for out 10-pound Maltipoo as we paid for our own stay, I felt this was very poor customer service on the part of Booking.com and will not do business with them again as a result. (If you book directly with the hotel, the pet fee is much less so we will do that in the future.)

convenient location, spacious, good price
they were replacing the parking lots which made parking a little dicey, and no instructions for what to do.

the bed was horrible. felt like we were sleeping on the bed frame alone.

We loved having a kitchen and being able to make breakfast and sit next to the fireplace.

Super helpful staff! They made check in very easy and gave us lots of great tips for our plans the next day. Location very close to the Biltmore!
The pillow on the bed had dark yellow stains and hair on it. There weren’t enough extra pillows and blankets, my kids slept on the sofa bed so they were all in use. When I reported the very gross pillow they did bring me a new one, but it made me question the overall cleanliness.

I loved the layout of the apartment, the balcony, and double doors in the bedroom. Also, the shower and tub was great.
The white bed sheets should’ve been cleaner

Our room was very clean. Somewhat noisy neighbors, but that can’t be controlled.

how clean it was and how close it was to downtown.
seemed a little dated but it was still nice

The location is very convenient. The property is spacious and good value for money.
It is not clean and untidy. The bathroom curtain is dirty. The elevator has oily smell. There was food stain on the ottoman. The room we booked looked like did not clean.

Liked the location, the design of the property, And the design of the rooms. Room had a lovely fireplace.
Although the premises did not appear to be fully booked, our room looked out over an ugly and unkept patio.
Upon checking in, the surly and bored young lady at the desk announced that if anything was missing our credit card would be charged. What a nice greeting and welcome to the hotel and to Asheville. You would have thought we were checking into the Biltmore itself , and not a little hotel room. But it certainly makes you remember your stay! There was something ironic in the fact that the batteries were missing from all the remotes.
In the morning all the used/dirty linen is piled outside the doors. No carts, no bins. Very unpleasant and unprofessional .

Room size and space was great. Mini kitchen and large bath, perfect! Along with the location to Biltmore for our visit.
The bed was like sleeping on a brick.
4.5 / 5.0
Great space, great layout, close to downtown, restaurants, breweries, other attractions. Perfect for a family or 2 couples that want to stay in the same unit. Attractive price compared to downtown hotels.
You can hear people walking above you if you are not on the top floor.
