The staff was nice.
The door was hard to open. Some of the towels were yellow, wall paper peeling in the bathroom. Good thing I had 4 pillows so I could make a decent one with two. Needs updated.

The location was great and the rooms were very large and comfortable
They said there was a continental breakfast, but the door was always locked to the lobby. No coffee or water

The location and the price.
There was gum stuck on one of the headboards. The pillows were super thin. You could not adjust the water temperature in the shower, it was either scalding hot or freezing.

Front display should not have a job at all and she should know it but we’re nowhere near me in the industry she is she should be a sack her at a grocery store or something she was completely awful even if we had to stay there I wouldn’t want to stay there just because of her demeanor, her poor attitude like we were bothering her or
she should not be dealing with the public

All the look and the feel of a seedy motel with staff/owner acting annoyed at just your presence. Room looks like it hasn't been renovated since the mid 1990's.

it was very convenient to get on the interstate and it was nice having it right next to the Cracker Barrel
The room was dirty. They had a ceiling fan, and when you turned that on there was cobwebs all over the ceiling and the walls. There were no cups no ice bucket of any kind to get ice. no coffee machine as advertised. The refrigerator had been unplugged, but we didn’t know that it was just hot and moldy. And the phone didn’t really even work. There was a cord there, but it didn’t snap in. It was just stuck in there handset. We did tell the staff in the morning all the issues we found nothing was done until we went again, and just said come and look at them when they brought us some cups, told us where the ice was looked at the dirt and said, he had told the staff to clean it but they must’ve missed this room. He plugged in the refrigerator and told us it probably cooled off didn’t bother to offer to clean the mold out. No offer of any compensation whatsoever.

Very friendly desk guy. Great price. Room was clean. It is a bit dated and a little worn but was more then adequate and the couch provided an extra sleeping space for siblings that don’t want to sleep with each other. Cracker Barrel being in the parking lot was a huge plus.
Pillows were pretty flat. Little freezer was too covered in ice to use.

There was no breakfast. What sounded like “continental available at 7 am, did not materialize.
The room smelled very strongly of bug spray, but there were only a few flies. The bed coverings were thin and the mattress was lumpy. The only curtain was heavy, so no natural light in room.

Location was convenient. Price was better than many surrounding accommodations, but not a great deal.
They claimed online to offer breakfast, but they don’t, and not bc of COVID. They “just don’t offer that anymore” is what I was told upon checking in by staff. I was also told by check-in staff that we would have a small coffee maker in our room, and we did not. The floors were disgusting. They were plank floors (not carpet) and my children’s feet were black with filth from the floor within minutes of removing their shoes. The bedspreads had stains, and the couch felt/looked like there was 30 years of grime caked on it. Plus, there was an outlet with exposed wires hanging from the wall. It was gross all around. I don’t require much to be content with my stay, but false advertising, soiled rooms, and unsafe electrical issues are where I draw the line. At least we didn’t notice any cockroaches or bedbugs.

Close to restaurants.
Facility was dirty from the mainentrance to the door of our room to pillow cases that were filthy. Had them replaced.

Not much. Scary in fact. I could see daylight under the door. Creepy people hanging out. The breakfast was a joke. I guess I learned a lesson. Not using booking.COM again.
Being misled into thinking booking.COM was needed to help me receive a refund for cancellation of 2 nights after staying 1 of 3 nights. I will not be using booking.COM ever again. I sent multiple customer service requests with no response.

there was no Breakfast!!!! The LOCATION WAS GOOD FOR US we could get every where we wanted to go with ease. an easy walk to the cracker barrel.
the maid adjusted the AC too cold for me I had it off cuz i am allergic to ac.
I left my guilt there and can not get a hold of anyone to attempt to get it back.
I tried for 15 days to get a hold of the Manager who is a LAIR he said no quilt. I am 100% sure I left it in the
It was 64 degrees in that room and I was cold we drove nonstop to home and it was not in the car. I know right where iwas in the room and they lied! that was a hand made quilt worth 200.00 dollars
