Wonderful! Will definitely rebook!

How close it was to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee, ice cream. Beach!!! Very clean, simple decoration. Very friendly staff!

Location was great. Next to beach. Very very clean. Owner very nice and always asking for any convenience. Pelham House, accross the street, was great for diner and breakfast.

Loved staying in the heart of cape cod

Decent view if you get a partial ocean view, and the rooms were recently renovated with a big glass shower

The price could be a little cheaper for a motel but it's cape cod after all

Clean comfortable room, very friendly staff, and an unbeatable location!

Easy check in, super friendly staff, and a short walk from the beach! Everything in the room looked pretty new and clean, the ac worked great, and we had everything we needed for our stay.

The beds were the most uncomfortable beds ever. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels with comfortable beds. Very stiff and the middle sinks in. Pillows were horrible also. For what I paid I expected beds to be more comfortable. I felt itchy in my bed. Place is cute with a great location. Not worth what I paid and expected.

size of the room and condition were excellent.

I booked this resort because it advertised an OCEAN view!!!!!!! not the case. room was very nice and updated. Price was too high for location to water and no ocean view.. no chairs outside to sit We asked for coffee cups, response was rude. Drapes hung over air vents.

Friendly staff, newly remodeled, & very clean.

I wouldn't pay extra for the partial ocean view if we stayed there again. You can technically see the ocean but, only if you leave your privacy curtains open & look across the parking lot & over some trees.

The location was perfect---easy access to beach and restaurants. The room was tastefully decorated. Keypad room entry was so much better than always having to remember a keycard. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Excellent little seaside motel next to a public beach. Very clean. Newly refurbished. Very comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Easy check in check out. Helpful friendly staff.

Sparse furnishings. Only one comfortable chair. Card table chairs were below par.

Nice little seaside motel. Room looked newly renovated and modern. Very clean and well supplied. Easy access to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Quick Overnight on the Cape!

Great location right next to the beach. Room was very clean, and the check in/out procedures were simple. Price was fair for the location and time of year.

Rooms are very sparsely furnished and decorated. No table or dresser, and only one fold-up chair. A few more furnishings and decorating would make the room much more inviting.
