Absolutely loved this property. We had seven women staying here and felt safe walking to and from Bourbon Street. The place had tons of room, the host messaged back same day and even left some gifts for us. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

New Orleans is definitely a city where you walk a lot. Parking was plenty at this property. If you have kids there’s plenty of room when reserving downstairs and upstairs with this property, we had kids ranging from one-year-old to eight, and there were five of them. Being blocks away from playgrounds and great food was perfect for our party. We had a little bad luck with a couple appliances but management was quick to step in and fix. If you are big on the French Quarter and Frenchman Street, like we are and being close to Esplanade this is the place for you.

The property was very roomy. The kitchen is a bit small, but we mainly needed it for our 1st night in. The area is not the best, but it is not bad either. It was perfect for what we needed to explore NOLA for our occasion. I would recommend it & I would love to stay here again! The host & property manager were really good at communicating and ensuring we had a good stay. We loved it!!

Had a group of 10 consisting of family and friends. We never felt cramped. The home is just beautiful with those high ceilings and french doors.
Location is good with 15 minute walk to Frenchman or Burbon street action.

Our group of 7 were based here for a thee-day bachelor party weekend. One friend stayed at a B&B right around the corner which is a nice overflow option should it be needed. The home handled this capacity very nicely. The location is unbeatable if you are looking for a calm neighborhood with heritage yet a stone’s throw (10-15 min) from the action at the french quarter and attractions. Very easy parking right in front. We only used our rental vehicle for select errands and for shuttling to and from the airport, the rest of the time it was ideal to walk. I recommend and hope to return!

Our group of four middle-aged guys came to New Orleans for a weekend of catching music shows around town. We were looking for a place within convenient walking distance of Frenchman Street and the French Quarter, and with parking (so that we could drive further afield). This house was perfect for our needs. The host was friendly and accommodating, and quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommended!

This is a nice and spacious home and was able to accommodate all of my guests. Communication with property manager was good and most things worked as expected. It got the job done for a bachelor party of 10 guys. 15 - 20 minute walk depending on your pace.

Property was perfect for our group! Plenty of room and the decor was outstanding. The Treme Fall Festival was great and just a block away! Ate at Lil’ Dizzy’s twice (highly recommend the catfish Jourdain). Walking distance to Frenchman Street, Bourbon Street, and all points in between. Can’t wait to get back to NOLA !
Thank you.

Wonderful house, great proximity to French Quarter
I stayed in this house with a group of 11 and we had a fantastic time. The property itself is historic and beautiful. It’s very close to the French Quarter, Frenchman St., and Bourbon St. We would absolutely stay here again. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Bach Party
Pretty good stay for the price. The pictures are very misleading, we thought we had the whole other side rented out too. There was beds hidden everywhere, if you have a large group and are fine with sleeping on a pull out ottoman then book. Not too sure how safe the neighborhood was, seems like it is in a transitional state! Those are my only complaints and it was super fun for our bacherlorette party!

Bachelorette Party at 1212 Treme
Overall this was a great stay, the place is very nice and has many accommodations. We enjoyed how many bathrooms and bedroom options were provided (especially with all women in the house). The house has 2 kitchens, which was also very nice.
Communication with the owner was good and he was very accomodating with our crunched plans and busy schedules prior to the stay.

I was Not satisfied !!
The master bedroom window was busted out. I was not aware of that during booking. The master bedroom was also extremely hot during the first night of our stay. The back porch had a big hole that was covered up by a rug (as if it was trying to be hid). The neighbors supposedly called about noise from my family however there was other people outside playing music (we played NO music and we’re not loud at all). The attached property guest checked out while we were still in the home, and no one came to clean up the house before another guest checked in. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this home.

This is a lovely, roomie home close enough to so many places but in a great quiet, friendly neighborhood. We had a wonderful time and all the amenities needed for our stay. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone planning a trip to NOLA!

Location location location!!!
This property was amazing. So much history! We loved Treme. Safe area- my teens walked to the local Treme Coffeehouse (a must!!) on their own. My son runs XC and ran down to Jackson Square and back in the mornings. Just a few blocks from the French Quarter we found the walk to Jackson Square charming. The house was perfect for us, so spacious and great for a game day when the rain storms came. The property manager is amazing and went above and beyond !!!

The house that were originally assign to me was not clean at all from the first rental. I was highly upset about that. They move us to the other property it was much better. Overall it was great perfect location and it has some history in TREME location. I will book again.

Great location and place. Probably would have a tough time fitting 12-14 people. 10 was a lot. But great service and place!

A mixed bag
We loved the location and neighborhood but the house was lacking in several areas. Lighting in all rooms was poor—difficult to read or play board games. Need more lamps and higher wattage bulbs. Couch is in very poor condition, needs replacing, and not enough comfortable seating for 7 people. Had to move seats from upstairs for all of us to eat together. Mattress in downstairs bedroom poor, sags to the middle. Absolutely no baking pans or microwave dishes. Jason did bring us a large baking pan when we requested it. Utensils limited.
While kitchen, bathrooms, and living area floors were cleaned for occupancy the rest of the place could use a deep cleaning to be called “dazzling” — for instance windows, frames, baseboards were filthy!

Great Experience!
Perfect place for a group! The kitchen isn't very large but we weren't planning to stay in and cook anyhow. Property manager was excellent. Called me before I even arrived in the state to make sure I didn't need anything or have an questions! Would definitely stay at the property again.

Short family getaway!
The property was nice and located near public transportation.
I wish there was some history included with the property The unique 1900 style of the house made the experience nice. The furniture needs to be updated and I wish the electronics of the house were made simpler. So many remotes! Freaked out my husband with the remotes for the fan, when I would turn on 1 fan it would another fan would turn off. The walls between 1 unit to the other are thin, thought someone was in the house but it was just the neighbors. Overall we had a great experience and the property manager was awesome. The owner is lucky to have a great management service who handled all our issues. I would recommend families with older kids since the master bedroom is upstairs and/or parties of all adults.

Perfect Location
Perfect Central Location. Walked down to Frenchmen Street and rented bikes there. Cute local coffee shop a few blocks away. The house was huge and the beds were super comfortable. Thanks for a nice stay.

This is a very interesting property and the layout is unique.
We liked the ability to have a separate master suite. The owner does a nice job of keeping the place in good condition. The neighborhood is also interesting and a convenient 10-15 minute walk to the French Quarter. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept great.
Overall, a nice stay.

Fabulous!!!
This was the perfect home for us! The location is absolutely fantastic. We walked everywhere. It seemed like everything was within a 15 - 20 minutes walk.
Check in time was 4p, which was tough, as many of our party were flying in in the morning hours. Jake and team were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in before noon. This truly made a huge difference and made for a fantastic start to an amazing stay.
The sofa bed downstairs was not comfortable and needs to be replaced. Outside of that, the house was clean, well appointed and perfectly situated.
Thank you Jake and Team for making this 3 day, all-girl cousins trip the best ever!! :)

Beautiful home close to everything.
We really enjoyed our stay in the Treme House. The property was very clean and comfortable. I am a bit of a germaphobe so I am always worried when I first arrive at a property if it will meet my expectations, but this one did!
We also really appreciated how friendly and communicative Lashanda was. She genuinely seemed to want us to be as comfortable as possible during our stay and was super quick to respond to any questions we had. The maintenance person lives nearby and he was also very friendly. I would give management and communication an A+!
There were plenty of linens for everyone and we appreciated the water, coffee, and snacks.
As for the neighborhood, we were told by friends in the area that it was very walkable by day, but that it would be best to Uber at night. We followed their advice until the last night, when we decided to walk home from Frenchmen St. We had zero problems or concerns and regretted Ubering on the other nights. Next time we will walk more and Uber less!
Louis Armstrong park is very close. We enjoyed learning more about Congo Square and its history. Also, the Tomb of the Unknown Slave is around the corner at St. Augustine Catholic Church. It is worth a visit to read the plaque and pay your respects to those who suffered.
All told, we are very happy we chose the Treme neighborhood for our stay and we would definitely stay in this home again!

Perfect Location For Mardi Gras
This house was beautiful and centrally located for everything me and my group wanted to see/do during Mardi Gras. The house had 3 bathrooms and tons of space for the group. It is about 2 blocks off of the quarter and 4 from bourbon which still puts you in it without being smothered by people. We saw a big Chief from the front porch and were a block from where the Northside Skull And Bone Gang begin their walk on Mardi Gras morning. It was amazing to be immersed in the culture of the holiday. I’d love to stay again!
