About this apartment rental

Direct gulf front property with amazing beach view! Our unit is located on the 8th floor with a balcony that is 23' long for relaxing, reading, and watching the dolphins play during the day and viewing amazing sunsets at night. Our unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with spacious open floor plan with delightful ambiance. All Mattress replaced 2/2023 as well at high end patio furniture.

We typically rent our unit Saturday to Saturday during busy season but are happy to try to accommodate your travel plans.

Owner's suite has king-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom, balcony access and fabulous view. Second bedroom has 2 double beds , TV and 3 bedroom has twin bed and a shared full bathroom.

The dining room has a table that sits 6 people. The kitchen offers all the conveniences of home. Its fully-equipped with plenty of counter space, stainless steal appliance, cookware/utensils, crockpot, blender, and Keurig and regular coffee pot.

Wi-Fi, smart tv's, washer/dryer in the unit and coin-operated laundry in the building.

Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, pack n play and child table boaster seat provided.

Property is self-catering. Only starer supplies provided.

1 assigned parking space and limited guest parking is first one, first serve.

Beautiful beach-front heated pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area. In the pool area there is a recreation room with a ping-pong table and game machines. The beach is just steps away from water sports, volleyball net and sunbathing. Across the street from the building on the intracoastal is a business the rents several types of boats and beach bikes. Also there is a trolley that will take you to Clearwater Beach or St Petersburg Beach with many fun stops on the way.

Indian Shores it home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospital in the US. Be sure to experience local flavors in the area like Aloha-toGo, Indian Shores Coffee Company, Mickey Quinn's Pub and Beach Grill, Caddy's Pub, Symposium Craft Beer and Fine Wine and the renowned Salt Rock Grill. Just north is of Indian Shores is Indian Rocks Beach with more favorites such as The Original Crabby Bills, Guppy's on the Beach, JD's Restaurant , Jake's Cantina, and Slyce Pizza.

This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed on condo premises or beach.

We only supply 1 roll toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and no laundry detergent. I do try to leave trash bags/dishwashing soap

The condo is beautiful and in excellent condition. This was the most fully stocked property we have ever stayed in. The furniture is comfortable, and the view is amazing. The location is close to everything, you can stay in Indian Shores or head to John's Pass with a short drive. The host was awesome when contacted with a quick maintenace issue and corrected immediately. I would like to stay here again :)

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Carole’s condo in Indian Shores! Our first experience with this area in Florida, we enjoyed every minute!. The condo is beautifully appointed, well-equipped and has plenty of space. Carole was so helpful with any questions. Thank you for a wonderful week on this beautiful beach!

Perfect, clean, comfy, well-equipped condo right on the beach with a spectacular balcony setting for views of several amazing sunsets. Location in Indian Shores was ideal for visiting several local parks and great nearby restaurants. Carole is well-deserving of her Premier Host status.

Three generation family of six total, 5 in beds 1 in the provided pack n play. Easy to find, easy parking, elevator. Beautiful balcony view of the pool, beach, which is just beyond the warm water pool and spa. Quiet. Less congested, less touristy area than further south. Responsive host. Clean, comfortable. Totally recommend!

The property was well equipped and close to everything. Despite mother natures wrath with Hurricane Idalia, the owner stayed in contact with us and helped with places to stay during mandatory evacuation. Would recommend staying here if your looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The beach was outstanding not over populated and the salt water pool was fantastic.

Condo is beautifully decorated with bright colors in a beach theme with comfy furniture. Great location on the 8th floor which made an amazing view from the deck. We usually end up buying bottled water so the fridge with filtered water and ice maker was a huge bonus!! Kitchen incredibly well stocked with pretty much everything you’d need. Even grilled out one night using the gas grills by the building. Appreciated the use of all the beach equipment available in the storage closet. Incredibly comfy beds. The TV didn’t work in the second bedroom and we struggled figuring out which remotes worked in the living room. Got it figured out and although the bedroom TV not working wasn’t going to make or break our vacation, I never got any kind of response to a follow up question I sent twice, which I would have at least appreciated it being acknowledged. Overall a great place to stay.

This was our first vacation to Indian Shores and we will definitely be back!! Everyone we came in contact with were super friendly. Carole's condo was just as described, very well stocked with extras that you don't typically get with a condo rental and it was very clean!! We can't wait until our next vacation!

My family and I truly loved staying here. It was clean, it was roomy, it was stocked very well, & it was comfortable for my family of 6. Great views! & dinner at Caddy’s just across the street was very good. There were a few beach towels that we found located in the spare bedroom, but we however did not see any beach chairs or sand toys as stated in the description. No biggie though- we had prepared by bringing our own toys and had rented chairs and an umbrella from a local vendor. We look forward to visiting again, hopefully next year. :)

We had a beautiful stay at the condo. Great location directly on the beach. Coffee on the balcony each morning and stunning sunsets over the ocean each night. Amenities were much appreciated - 2 beach umbrellas, beach chairs for the whole family, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler. We would absolutely rent again.

This was a beautiful property to stay at and conveniently located to many attractions. The sunsets from the deck were spectacular and the beach was very enjoyable for days in the sun. The condo is very well supplied with everything you might need. My only complaint was the excessive noise from the individuals staying in the condo above us. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

This property is just everything! The view, the sunsets, the beach, the pool and hot tub…. For sure a 10/10! We enjoyed many of the little extras that they have to offer like board games and jigsaw puzzles. It includes all the cookware you would need if you were to cook for your family for the week! Close to many amazing restaurants and we highly recommend the Clearwater marine aquarium. We left sun-kissed and our hearts full of amazing memories. Can’t wait to return to Indian Shores!

Sandcastle #1 is an older building but the elevators were reliable and the landscaping is beautiful. Condo #806 has been tastefully renovated, the kitchen is well equipped and the housekeeping service is commendable. The beach is wonderful for long walks in both directions. The area of Indian Shores is quiet and relaxing with access to great restaurants, parks and walking trails. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Amazing! I’ve stayed in quite a few rentals all over, but this host provided our home away from home! Great location! Beautiful view from an exceptional balcony (they just aren’t all the same.) The host was very attentive and the accommodations were exceptional! We are booking again for next year!

This condo has an excellent location if you are looking for some down time and R&R. The view is amazing and you hear the ocean waves from the balcony. The condo is well maintained and as all the essentials. The pool is heated and my daughter enjoyed it. I would book this location again.

This past week I had the pleasure to enjoy all this spectacular unit had to offer…. From relaxing on the patio with cooling ceiling fans all while taking in the breath taking view or watching the sunset rise right from the privacy of the master bedroom.. This Cozy unit boast relaxation.... There was plenty of space for my group of 6 which included is a group of 4 young boys between the ages of 11 and 12... To top everything the owner was more than available for anything needed which My only concern was an unauthorized vehicle parking in my assign spot... I can go on and on about the small crowds on the clean beach and the beautiful ocean water but I'll just end it with can't wait until next time definitely a unit I will look into renting again!!

The unit was very clean, check in was easy and the combo lock on the door made it so easy not to worry about losing a key at the beach. The location was perfect, close to a lot of different areas but in a quiet beach town. The unit came fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Lots of beach chairs/towels, nice appliances, kitchen has everything you need including both a Keurig and a full coffee maker. The unit décor looks like a professional decorator put it all together. The building had reliable elevators that came quickly and they even have carts available to bring up your things. The beach was literally steps away and the views from the balcony will take your breath away. I highly recommend this property. We would stay here again and hope to come back!

I vacationed with my twin toddlers, my sister, and my father. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute! The Sandcastle was such a nice building with a great pool and game room. The condo was just as described, and everything was very clean! We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, and it had all the cooking utensils you could ever need! We used the beach chairs, cooler, and umbrellas provided, and the balcony overlooked the most beautiful sunsets! I think this is the perfect location between Clearwater and St. Pete. We ate at Caddy's right across the street, and their live music was great! Carole was wonderful, and such a gracious person to work with! There were plenty of board games, and I really think the reclining seats in the living room were extra nice! We will definitely be back year after year, and I think once you stay here, you won't want to rent anywhere else in Indian Shores! Book it today, you will be glad that you did!
