We just purchased this beautiful condo in May 2017. Did a complete remodel in the fall of 2017, looks amazing. Enjoy the wonderful sunsets from the extra large direct beachfront balcony.
Everything about our sophisticated and stylish two bedroom flat will delight you; from the breathtaking gulf views to the new fully equipped kitchen. Our place is a recently refreshed home featuring master suite with a king-size bed and second bedroom with two full-size beds. We had a great time staying at this Condo. The view was great, and loved the location. We’ll definitely be back!!! I would only make a couple suggestions. The check in process was ok. We didn’t know the codes to the elevator or gates, so that made the check in process a little confusing. I would also suggest adding a pizza pan and scissors to the kitchen (maybe I couldn’t find them). I know we are at the beach and sand is going to be everywhere, I tried to sweep every night just so there wouldn’t be as much sand on the floor, but the floor seemed dirty. My kids white socks were completely black on the bottom each night. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we had a great time!!!

This property is by far one of our favorites we have stayed in. The condo was very clean, well stocked and exceeded our expectations. The sunset views from the balcony were amazing every night we were there. Communication with the hosts was also very good. We will stay here again when coming back to the area. The location of the rental was ideal, situated in a peaceful and picturesque oceanfront, steps from the beach. We loved the convenience of having local shops, restaurants, and attractions within easy reach. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and well-maintained condition of the property. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless, and the entire rental was beautifully decorated with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The photos and description online were accurate, and the rental exceeded our expectations. The amenities provided were outstanding. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it a joy to cook and prepare meals together. The comfortable beds and quality linens ensured a restful night's sleep, and the spacious living area allowed us to relax and enjoy quality time together.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The view is spectacular and the rooms were perfect for our family of four! We loved the pool and the fact that it is not beach side and we can take a cool down dip in the pool in the afternoon. We will be back again!

This is our second time staying in this condo. Very lovely unit, updated a couple years ago and still looking great. The view from the balcony is probably my favorite thing, you can hear the waves anytime of the day or night. You can watch for dolphins, bird watch or just relax looking out at the water. Going to the pool and beach is just steps away. My kids had a blast shelling (regular shells and sand dollars) and catching little fish in their buckets. I highly recommend this unit. The owners respond very quickly with any questions you may have.

Had a wonderful time. The beach and pool were wonderful. The condo had the best view and was very clean and had many beach toys and games to play. Can’t wait to book again. We were supposed to visit in 2022 but the hurricane hit and we were finally able to visit. So glad we waited and rebooked this condo.

We have enjoyed all three of our stays. Plenty of room in this clean condo. We loved the fully stocked kitchen. We appreciate all the extras that are provided (paper towel, TP, pump soap, dishwasher tabs, beach towels, beach chairs, etc..) The shower was updated nicely. We enjoyed the patio with the beautiful view. We hope to be back again some day!

Property was as advertised. Simple, clean elegant interior, location was amazing you could walk to or drive to many wonderful restaurants. The view was amazing. We never went to the interior as the beach was too lovely. We did drive to John's Pass and Pass-a-Grille. They gave restaurant suggestions which were very good. We ate most breakfasts and lunches in just enjoying the beach, sound of the waves. Just lovely.

I can't say enough good about this property!! We stayed here three nights with a total of four adults. Everyone agreed this was a high point of our trip! Everything about this booking was perfect. The check-in instructions were clear and simple, the location was great, the parking was easily accessible (even with an extra car). The owners - Rodney and Connie - were nothing short of awesome to work with and the condo itself was incredibly beautiful!! We really appreciated how quiet it was as well. And the neighborhood had plenty of excellent restaurants and food choices within a couple of miles. Located right on the beach, we were able to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the lovely balcony. There was a large and a small table and four chairs so we spent lots of time on it in the morning and in the evenings. The condo was absolutely stunning!! It was spotless and fresh, and very well-stocked!! It was so roomy and we've never felt more at home (away from home!) I cannot wait to come back here! There was some beach reconstruction going on while we were there (which the owner notified us about well in advance), but we were still able to access the water over the weekend when they weren't working on it, and also just to the north of the property during the week when they were working on it.

This has been the best condo we have stayed in!! Had all the extras, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, pillows, bath towels, beach towels, toys, umbrellas, chairs, plenty of seating, kids step in the bathroom, potty seat, hamper, pack n play.... and more. Perfect view of the sunset! Very clean and beautifully decorated! We loved that the location was close to restaurants and the store. We also enjoyed a baseball game at Tropicana Field! Plus, veru friendly and informative staff! A must if you are in the area!

Our family loved our stay! Check in was easy, laundry was right near the unit, beach towels and chairs were provided, and kitchen was fully equipped with spices, dishes, glasses, pots, and pans. There is even a volleyball net right on the beach that my girls loved. The unit had a beautiful view and the sunsets were amazing!!!

Condo was exactly as described and was very clean. Lots of beach chairs/toys in the closet as well as beach towels. Kitchen was supplied well too. Only complaints was the elevator not working most of the time that we were there and getting stuck in it at one point. And the water pressure and temperature did not work properly in the master room. Other than that, we had a great time and would return again!

This is our second stay at this condo and we are excited to be returning next year as well. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed cooking fresh fish from the local market and were glad the kitchen had everything we needed to cook many delicious meals. The owners provided many helpful items such as beach towels, beach chairs, and a bunch of other "beach items" in the balcony closet. This condo is right on the beach and we enjoyed the beautiful view. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

We were very happy with our stay here. The host was super responsive whenever I messaged him. The unit is located directly on the beach with amazing sunset views.
