Adequate, but not what we had hoped for.

Breakfast was very good.

I reserved a room with two beds. That room had a tv that was non functional. It had big black hole in middle of picture and couldn’t be seen. Moved us to room with one bed and pull out couch. While it was appreciated, it didn’t fulfill our wishes. No other options as it was the last room available.

Won't be staying there again.

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfy.

The rooms smelled musty, there was a lot of stains on couches and carpet. Everything looked pretty broken down in need of maintaining. The pool was super green.

Furious my daughters had to see a syringe on the bathroom floor

Breakfast was put away earlier than when they said it would be. The Hotel had some sketchy people standing around outside, all hours of the night. I wouldn't even let my adult daughters walk outside alone. I will say the part of wichita we stayed at had awesome shopping.

Absolutely unbelievable. Please take the Comfort Inn and Suites off your site. It looked great but we got there and the employee working had their car parked where the entrance is. Would be a big deal for elderly or handicapped. My daughters and I got to our room and it looked pretty ok. We went to dinner and when we came back we discovered a syringe on the floor, yes syringe, a used one . I called down stairs immediately and he did give us a different room but never did a manager contact us but we're told they would the following morning. We waited but nothing. We came back that evening and I asked if the manager was there. I was told they wouldnt be there til monday but we were leaving sunday. The girl at the desk was so sweet . She had no knowledge of us even changing rooms or what had happened. She was as helpful as she could be. The new room we were mived to was filthy and smelled like smoke, new smoke. The phone didnt work,. There was no safe in the room nor a bible..The toilets had mildew at the rim . The hall had a really bad chemical smell and there was blood on the elevator door. Pool smell was so strong it burned our eyes.. This is unacceptable and I should be fully refunded. I've never had a problem with anything Booking.com promotes. I've still yet to hear from a manager . And it's now been 8 days.

Very poor

Very nice staff. Carpet in hallway stained, also carpet in room stained. After turning on TV after about ten minutes the screen started to shimmy/ flickering. Great location, I've stayed there quite a bit in the past. Seems to have gone downhill.

Heartbreaking on top of an already somber event. NOT HAPPY

rooms where nice, not to fancy and clean.

We were at this hotel with family in town for a funeral. family rented a meeting room and the suite i rented was across the hall from the meeting room. so we opened our door to the kids in the family. they spent most there time in my room however would have to go across the hall to talk to parents when needed. staff called once and stated there was a noise complaint so i had the kids be quite while in the room. later i went to check on them and there was a man that looked like he had walked in off the street at the room talking to my son. he then told me he had gotten more noise complaint over the kids running in the hall. 1st strange man at my room in ragged cloths talking to my kid. 2nd kids were not in the hall except to cross to the meeting room were the hole family was. 3rd FAMILY EVENT, means kids, MEETING AREA was open and in entry way to the hall. 4th I would not allow the small kids in the hall west of our room due to the strong odor of pit coming from mid way down. (and I was getting supposable noise complaints from the people smoking it). Hard to believe? Yeah I thought so to. Need less to say all this did not help in the case of a grieving family in town for the loss of a father, grandfather, husband, sibling and very valued friend/family.

Overall a nice stay, but would have liked more attention to the little things for the price point

Hotel was in a good location, clean part of town and quiet even though near a major road. The bed was comfortable as were the other furniture. Room was big with plenty of space.

Although the building seemed clean, there was some maintenance needed. Our room had loose carpet in the bedroom, major ripples in the middle of the floor where the carpet needs to be stretched. The main door was difficult and noisy to open and close. The curtains covered the HVAC units.

The only problem was on the 2nd day of our visit they put too much chlorine in the pool, we got sick

Breakfast was good. Always warm. Staff was quick to refill things. Enjoyed the omletes

I would have liked more fruit choices and more variety of bread choices.
